Have been here a few time and only got good things to say about this place, really nice staff and comfy rooms. Their breakfast is typically English with some treats for the sugar tooth folks out there Atmosphere is calm and the cleaning is thorough from my experiences

Went there with a group of 20 workmates and arrived at 7pm for the Wales v Ireland game. We sat down for dinner at 7.30pm but were just served our mains (after basic starters) at 930pm ! Service was horrendous. Obviously we were a large party but the staff were intent on serving constant drinks rounds in between food to make as much as possible on the bill.... Food itself was just too hot and spicy so that you couldn't even taste if the chicken for example was any good or not ! The in-house Indian house band dominated the entire bar too so that any non fans didn't stay long even if there was any football on 😂

We went here using a Groupon voucher and had a wonderful dinner. To be honest we weren't expecting much so we're very pleasantly surprised. The Masala Lamb Chops as a starter are to die for. In fact so good we would have had them as a main. For mains I had chicken kebabs with flatbread and my husband chose the steak. Both excellent. Our server Mohamed was friendly and efficient. Our meal includes a glass of wine which was good . We would go again.

As I wanted a pasta dish, the menu didn't have much of an option on, so I asked the waitress if they could make a dish off the menu which she went in asked and returned to say no. While I was looking at an alternative option the head chef came out and said he could make a dish which would be really nice and I'd enjoy, I asked for particular items to be added such as rockets and to my surprise it was lovely and not too spicy. Just how I wanted it.

There's no song and dance about The Arch restaurant and bar; just good food and drink, in relaxing surroundings with no fuss. We were up from Cornwall, the day before seeing Adele at the stadium and as we had lunch planned in Piccadilly the next day, we thought we'd stay in and try the hotel nosh for dinner. There's a dinner buffet up to around 8pm and as we wanted an early night, we went for it. And very nice it is, too. Very nicely cooked meats, veges, tatties and a veggie mushroom ravioli with a lush selection of sweets. Washed down with a decent value bottle of Chianti; we slept well. The thing about Wembley is; it is only ten minutes from central London on the Chiltern Railway. You may as well be right in town. But sometimes, after a long trip, you just want to crash and The Arch is a great place to do it. So, here we end what turns out to be a short review but does it matter? I expect you have other things to do than chomp through another couple of paragraphs. If you're staying at the Hoilday Inn, eating in, is a good idea.

I stayed at the venue for two weeks to complete my Nebosh certification with Phoenix. Excellent service, people are super helpful, should you ask for something, you get it straight away and in the best way presented. We have been spoiled with constant coffee and biscuits and lovely little scones (helped a lot during study). Lunches are very tasty, always good selection of veggies and meat and absolutely beautiful profiteroles. Huge thank you to people working in Bar next to the restaurant, as I can not drink milk, but love coffee, I have been asking for special soya milk, they always managed to find me one (have no idea where from) as they dont usually have it in the bar. Felt special and looked after. Out 4 start, as if I were to have a room in the hotel, would probably say, it need a bit of renovation, looks a bit old to me. Service is 5 stars!

Visited Wembley recently and stayed at the Holiday Inn. Due to storm Dorris we were late getting to Wembley and didn't have much time between arrival and the event beginning so decided to stay in the hotel and try the buffet as bar food had been suspended that day. Was sorry that we did. Food was ok but it cost too much £24.95 per person for the buffet. What I noticed while we were having the buffet that others (who had probably been there before) that if we'd been able to wait for 30 or 40 minutes we could have ordered off the regular menu and got and paid for only what we wanted. Bad experience price wise.

Visited this restaurant on a recent visit to Wembley after staying in the nearby holiday inn. Great range of food and drinks available. I would highly recommend this place. The staff were polite and friendly and always willing to help when required. Service was prompt and efficient. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Good value for money with excellent portion size. Very good range of alcohol available too.

Staying in the nearby Holiday Inn hotel, a friend and myself visited this great little gem of a restaurant to unwind and fill up after a busy day on the road. The service was swift and efficient, with the staff proving friendly and willing to cater to any needs. The food was absolutely lovely, served within a very reasonable timeframe considering that the restaurant was pretty full and full of flavour. As a fan of Indian cuisine and eating out at Indian restaurants, I can highly recommend a visit to The Arch if you're in the Wembley area. It serves as a great stop-off point for some hearty, fresh and filling food and the menu is both varied and of a commendable price. As is often the case, a worry was that the price would be quite high, given the type of food and the location, however we were both pleasantly surprised by the price. Totalling just under £40 for two drinks, main courses, rice dishes and sides. Factor in that it was a modern, clean and well-kept space and its a bit of a winning combination. I would most definitely pay The Arch another visit if ever I was staying overnight in the area for an event at the Stadium.

We booked in here to eat in the evening after the FA Cup Semi Final (April 2015) although they had a set menu and it was buffet style which I normally don't like this was very different, much more up market than your usual run of the mill buffets. The food was lovely, all three courses and very good value for money. A very good selection on all courses. You were served your drinks at your table. The atmosphere was good as well although some of the noise from the remaining football fans did come through from the bar, did not mind this as you would expect that following on from the match, not all of us head off home. The staff were very friendly and I would return to eat there again if at Wembley for an event.

It was only a disaster in that having booked through OpenTable, they had no record of our booking at all and they had finished serving by the time we arrived. However the staff were brilliant, the chef produced some fresh buffet food within 20 mins, a free bottle of wine was provided and all in all it was ultimateley a happy experience. This is a pretty tired location I'm afraid but if what you want is a good value no nonsense buffet style meal with helpful and friendly staff in a typical hotel style location then this is fine.

I was staying the night close to Wembley and, although there are plenty of food outlets in the nearby London Designer Outlet, I am not keen on chain restaurants and so ventured into The Arch Restaurant at the Holiday Inn Wembley. There were no events on at Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena (which are both only a few minutes walk away) and it seems the dining area has been designed to deal with larger numbers of diners. But although I was one of only a few tables occupied, I found the ambience very pleasant and certainly the service was efficient and extremely friendly. The lounge menu (sandwiches, burgers, salads, tapas) has a good selection but I went for the restaurant menu which, although not being especially extensive, contained a number of more tempting more fulsome dishes. I chose the lamb shank with gravy, garlic mashed potato and sautéed green beans. The presentation looked appetising and so it proved to be – the lamb fell off the bone, the potatoes were beautifully creamy and garlicky and the green beans were deliciously crunchy. Compliments to the chef, to the friendly waitresses and to the maitre d’ (although he said his title is senior supervisor) who was very attentive and informative.

My wife & I were staying at a nearby Hotel, but chose to eat in the Arch Restaurant (Holiday Inn, Wembley). We used the Restaurant on two consecutive evenings. We reserved a Table earlier in the day, on the first day - the reservation clerk was courteous & polite. The meals we had were served quickly, (but not TOO quickly) and they were excellent. HELEN, our waitress was superb, - efficient, polite and had a bit of conversation, which made us feel like "friends", rather than "customers"................and, it was just as good on the second evening !

We booked lunch prior to a concert at the stadium thinking that it would have been better value.

It was buffet style but the staff were slow to replenish the food. There were no prawns left so we went straight to mains. The lamb was very good. Desserts were very poor Hartley anything left chased the staff waited ages the cheese board was replaced with mini baby bell and burger cheese slices!

We ordered a bottle of prosecco, after a long wait they returned with champagne as they had run out! They didn't offer the sparking wine alternative.

Overall not enough staff, totally inexperienced and really not a good experience .

Will not be returning

My son and I dined at the now Arches restaurant in Holiday Inn, as a pre match meal It was a fixed price buffet, so no surprises. Better value than fast food in Wembley stadium. We had a 3course roast dinner. The buffet was good, well presented, hot and ready to go. (Great roast beef). The restaurant lacked.a bit of ambience, as many diners like us were on a schedule. The bar next door was very busy and lively (+ve). Overall food was good. Location great and value, reasonable.

I was looking for a relaxed and cosy restaurant located near a specifica location. The original listing is not what I found! The hotel chain had changed, the interior was new but very bland, and there were no other customers even thought is was 7pm on a Monday!

given we were the only customers, we still had to wait for service and the staff were a bit clueless. When the food arrived it was very basic but presented well. The mains were (pork and beef steaks) were over done and a bit dry. The only positive was that the wines were inexpensive and the tota bill was acceptable.

Booked Celebrities at Wembley prior to concert. 5 minute wait then shown to table. Ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, they had run out. Replaced with an acceptable, chilled Pinot Grigot. Told it was a self service buffet, not clear on booking. Restaurant larger than photos. Fresh starters included smoked salmon, prawn & mackerel. As a main course just 1 carvery dish - boned turkey with yorkshire pudding. One waitress really helpful, finding cranberry sauce. Good sweets. A bit canteen like!
