I have been coming here for nearly 30 years. Fantastic food and service.

No salad, no chutney food full of oil I think the owner has chnaged been going to this restaurant for 25yrs

We tried a variety of dishes, including chili nan, jeera rice, kaju curry, dal makhani, manchuria, and hara bara kebab. The starters were not as crispy as we had hoped, and the main courses, such as dal makhani, were bland, watery, and lacked creaminess. The kaju curry was acceptable, but the kaju was burnt and had an unusual flavor. The ambiance and service were satisfactory, but the seating could be more spacious. We intend to revisit in the near future to assess any improvements, but our initial impression of the food was not favorable.

Best Seekh kebabs and Karahi's ever! Amazing! Fresh Naan's, hot food off the grill and lovely curries. This is authentic food at its best!

Loved eating and ordering here from so many years but something definitely changed this year as for a few months now the standards have dropped rapidly, food not being cooked all the way through, phone not answered when calling to complain (I try to never leave bad reviews before speaking to someone from the restaurant but after calling for ages to get an answer, the person who picked up did not speak much English) and finally, the portions feel like they got smaller. Really a shame when you have a good local you try to stick with it but I can't justify it.

The food is ve re y tasty and very well made. My Husband Kirun, myself pooja and father in law Ashok, love it and are regulars.

Very good food! The karahi methi chicken/tawa fish/lamb sheek kebab were superb! Vinay the waiter was superb and attentive. Great prices and portions! We went with family and it did not disappoint

Excellent food! We often order kebabs for takeaway. Really quick and ready within 20 mins for collection. The staff are super friendly and chatty, really nice team. And the food is delicious! We love their kebabs - really tasty with a delicious spicy kick. Have eaten other dishes too many many years ago but the kebabs are our fav. Oh and the chutneys too!

I ordered a takeaway from here for the first time in 25 years. Well it’s changed hands since, but thank god it had. New owners only 10 months ago, and I can see it’s achieved glowing reviews since. The food is superb. I have the lamb Byriani and is was delicious.this will now be my local go to, as the prices were so reasonable also. It’s a minute walk from North Wembley train station and well worth a visit for the food. The chef needs a shout out. Well done Karahi King! Excellent 5 stars.

Please state that Paneer chilli is gravy and not dry. Didn't like that taste at all of chilli paneer too much tomato 🍅 puree and tastes very sour.

I have to congratulate Karahi King for demonstrating how shocking someone can try and cook Indian Food and deliver an atrocious excuse of a meal which is perfect if you want to have a wrecked gut afterwards! I ordered the following (via takeaway): • Karahi Lamb Chops • Karahi Kheema • Butter Chicken • Garlic Naan • Pilao Rice The food arrived poorly packaged and leaked across all of the contents. The Lamb chops were very poor quality, size and extremely greasy. The Karahi Keema resembled something from a greasy blender, again completely tasteless and the star of the show, ‘Butter Chicken’ was a disgrace. Small amounts of tasteless chicken hidden under half an inch of oil. The garlic Naan was cold & burnt and the Pilao Rice was an extremely small portion (£8.00), plus looked & tasted like it was cooked last week. Overall, the food was overpriced, definitely not appearing to be fresh, tasteless, drenched in oil and completely unacceptable. This is a new low in Indian Food. If you value your health DO NOT eat here. It’s disgusting and will give you gut problems even if you avoid throwing up when you look at how much oil is in the food. I’ve never had Indian food this bad; I doubt this is a one-off based on how bad all of the food was both in terms of quality, taste and drowning in Oil. This place should not be serving food of any form! A disgrace!

I was overcharged by the restaurant by £17.25 I did not detected because the dishes were the same. Be careful before paying check your receipts carefully before paying this people are not trustworthy.

Awful tasting food!! Over the years I have enjoyed great tasting food from this restaurant. However, I think they have recently changed management & unfortunately the standards have dramatically dropped. The Karahi dishes we ordered were akin to sloppy bland tasting watered down curries that you would expect to find in a prison kitchen!! The internal decor was also awful. Avoid at all costs!!

I highly recommend this place if you are craving authentic Indian dishes the food and the vibes were so cute and lovely that I just fell in love with the place. I am really happy that there were a lot of vegetarian options

I have been going to Karahi King for the past 20+ years. For me i think this is one of the best Pakistani/Indian food.

Kharahi king has definitely transformed because the food was exquisite and Ashfaq the chef is still the King with his cooking. Amrita the server was so polite and welcoming. Food 10/10. Definitely coming back for sure

Not sure whose fault it is, delivery driver or restaurant but food is cold. Rice is cold, naan bread is not fresh and for sure it’s far more than cold. Won’t be using this restaurant again!

Way over priced, spent a total of £78, barley enough to feed two people, mixed grill £28 feeds one person, £6.45 per seekh kebab whereas other restaurants give portions, ridiculously small portions, threw away 5 naans out of 7 as nothing to eat them with! Ended up ordering from another reasonably priced take away to feed guests, got twice as much food for spending half the money. Won't be ordering from Karahi King again, feel totally ripped off.

Food is on point. Authentic and just like home. Some unique dishes with some real genuine flavours…. The veal is a must! My favourite Indian local for sure! Staff are super friendly too!

As always the food standards are maintained in this place. We ordered our regular.... Starter: chicken tikka, mogo masala mains:karhai gosht, Tandoori roti and peshawri naan. Food tasted immaculate. The chef deserves an award for maintaining the quality and taste. The lady who seated us was very customer focused. Overall an excellent experience. Will be visiting again

We ordered seekh kabab and Tarka daal and rice. Seekh kababs was burnt and so as naans as well Kabab came first and they are gonna make naan afterwards I complained about it as well x Person who was taking orders he was not so trained Tarka daal portion and rice was so less Disappointed Food was so expensive as well Quality wasn’t nice as before Beware pls try taste of Lahore they are much better now Not recommended

Kharai King is a very well run restaurant, its food is very well made and definitely delicious. Tried many of their dishes near and veg all made with perfectos. Weather you eat their or order through just eat for home it is mouth watering brilliantly made.

New ownership, food lost is flavour, chef doesn't care, now you cannot bring your own booze. Been coming for 40yrs as the food was so good. Real shame. RIP Karahi King.... Back to Lahori at Eastcote!

I have no clue how these guys have 4* They do not even deserve 1 star if I had an option,food was discusting atmosphere hygiene was never there had to keep calling for service, sticky chairs and tables,sorry will never go again

Moderate food taste would say. Definitely wouldn't recommend the biryanis there both the ghost and chicken. It's like a taste of meat mixed with rice. Customer service is definitely good. Kebabs are juicy no doubt. Just the rice dishes needs a massive improvement to be honest as it's just a title on the menu.

I’ve been living in this area for over 20 years. So many of my friends have hyped up this place. I finally made it here for dinner. We ordered masala fish, kebabs, chicken, naan & egg fried rice. When we asked for a Karachi chicken the waiter huffed at us as he was annoyed we put in a last order. However we arrived at 11pm as on Google Maps it shows that the restaurant closes at 12am. - this is incorrect. Masala fish - texture was good but bland. Kebab sauce tasted awful - I’ve never tasted anything like this in my life! I am a foodie, I know what tastes right. Absolutely disappointed at the quality of the food. The chicken portion was tiny. The bill came up to £51 which is not worth it at all. You’re better off going to Lamar Perivale or Lahore Kingsbury.

Always good quality and tasty food. A varied menu for meat and veg foodies.

Food generally excellent Good value for money. A big plus is you can take your own booze. Better at lunchtime then dinner.

The chicken biryani was the worst I ever had in Wembley it was just rice and chilli powder the butter chicken was watery and lacked flavor and was nothing like butter chicken

This restaurant has not corrected its hygiene and cleanliness issues. As a family of 5 we suffered with Salmonella poisoning. The staff serve unrefrigerated/warm salad, under cooked grilled food and reheated mains. The toilets are filthy with faeces and urine all over the seats and floor. In all my visits, I have never seen anyone clean anything, and there is definitely cross contamination in this premises. Food hygiene rating is at 2 currently, and seems its been like that for a while. The owners don't seem to care nor improve practices. Avoid at all costs!

This restarurant has gone down hill badly. Food is either uncooked or cold. Main dishes are reheated, and are cold within minutes. Grilled food is too spicy even when asking for mild. No hot platters, just cold plates, and the staff dont care and come and listen to your conversations. The staff have ruined this place and dont care about the food, ambience and service. Toilets are disgusting.. My 3 year old got food poisioning from their disgusting food. Avoid this place at all costs...

Think the chef has changed. Food doesn't taste like it used to.shame...as i had especially taken a friend there for a treat.

We ordered from this Pakistani restaurant but were extremely disappointed. The food was swimming in oil looked overcooked burnt and disgusting. We ordered both veg and non veg. It was cold and tasted of nothing. Very poor quality and probably the worst restaurant in Wembley. It was very expensive. We had to throw it all away and to top it, part of our order was wrong! Actually it deserves zero stars but unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star. Please do not waste your money here. You will definitely go hungry and regret it.

Wonderful food at this low-key restaurant in wembley. we got seekh kebabs , kharahi ghost and chicken tikka it was all excellent but a bit spicy. Decor is a bit dated but adds to the personality of the restaurant.

Had the seekh kebabs, Karahi chicken, Karahi keema, chicken tikka, samosas, naan and rice. You can't beat the rustic food. It's true comfort food at its best.

Absolutely the best place to eat for curry lovers. Incredible customer service and flavour made with love. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Trust me on this one. You’ll thank me later!

Best Karahi chicken and seekh kebabs in the country hands down. The food is to die for and has been a family favourite for years. It's my go-to food when when I want to be reminded of my childhood. Keep doing what you're doing because I'll always go back.

Seven of us went on a Sunday afternoon. All food, starters, mixed grill, chicken tikka, Sheesh kebab as well as the mains were very good. Did not wait for long before the food came. We have been regulars since so many years and the food especially the main Karahi dishes were exceptionally good. We have been to many places but nothing beats the Karahi dishes at KK.

One North London's finest original Lahore restaurants. Hadn't been here for over 25 years. Interior and menu wise not much has changed. Sadly the food was less than average, the kebabs had off smell, the keema was swimming in oil. Staff and chef were nice, just let down by quality and taste of food. Honest review.

From outside and in, looked like the same authentic experience - same layout, spicy smells, greasy menus etc but friendly atmosphere. For old times sake I ordered kebabs and methi keema, man and pilau rice. Sadly, the food didn't live up to expectations: the kebabs had an iffy smell, didn't want to say anything, but curiously tasted just about acceptable. The keema was drowning in oil, I scooped out most of it on a plate. Didn't taste any good either, just the oil! Funny as I arrived I did speak to the chef and exchanged memories of the restaurant from 30 years ago, very convevial, and I said I was looking forward to being served "first class" food. Sadly on this experience it didn't happen, this was once an institution of excellent Lahore style food, but trading on past glories? That's my honest opinion.

Waited a long time and the quality of the Kebabs was questionable ?, Spend the night in the wash Room will not be going there again.

The restaurant was not very busy but the easier kept attending to just one table and ignoring all the other tables until the chef/owner kept reminding him. The food was good and seems to have improved since my last visit a few years ago. We had a variety of starters and main course. All decent enough. I would go back.

Never had a bad meal here. Fresh and authentic flavours. Karahi knows that spice makes all things nice. Hard to dispute as one of the best in London.

Biriani and karahi chicken was too good. Mutton kebabs were so Juicy you'd be putting your taste buds on fire. Thumbs up !

I would give 5 stars if the place was cleaner, almost every piece of cutlery plate or glass was stained. But the food was faultless.

The Kebabs were freshly prepared and quite tasty. The Methi Chicken with Naan Roti and buttered Tandoori Naan were all yummy. Enjoyed our visit there. Would recommend it.
