Kadiri's in Brent

One of the best Indian restaurants I know in the UK! However their prices are steep and in some cases extortionate, one naan bread doesn't have to be £3.50 that's way over the top.

The food was nice just a bit too oily but tasty Biriani is their signature dish

I been buying from this resturant for 5 years plus today I asked for extra sauce in my food the put soo much hot sauce 1 bite has burnt my tongue mouth chest and stomache I will suggest never ask for extra sauce from these guys the chef tried to put me in A&E

The spring lamb biryani is always a favourite of mine here, to the point I get it once every two weeks or so. Adam at the reception has the best customer service and always managed to have my food order completed fast and efficiently. I'm a regular here and will continue to be for a long time.

Simply stunning food and great service. There is a reason these guys are called the biryani kings! I challenge you to find a better biryani in the whole of the UK! The butter chicken was amazing too. Highly recommended!

The best biriyani in London, no contest.

The biryani is very good, the main reason to visit. This place is expensive however, dont let this small restaurant on Willesden High Rd fool you into thinking you'll be getting great value . Samosa's are £4.50 each , £6.50 for a single sheekh kebab.

Mate, 55 quid for a loada microwaved stail food. It were daylight robbery this!

Excellent Biryani. Lamb is the best one. Rice cooked evenly and is fragrant. The meat is tender and masala tastes fresh. Decent portion size. Nice place and reasonable aesthetics. Parking is free across the road in Sainsbury. Not much seating and can be but tight in there. Overall a pretty solid hidden gem.

We have been going to Kakiri’s for the last 36 years. This visit was exactly the same as the first, unrivalled in many aspects. Tatiana is fantastic, very professional, friendly and helpful.

Used to use this restaurant 25 years ago when it was the kadiri kitchen. We moved away. Went back today and we were delighted the food was still great. Try the Biriani.

Adam was amazing and so was Tatiana. The food was delicious as always and I will definitely come back. I especially recommend the mango juice which was the star for me and you have to try the biriyani. The poppodoms were straight banging and I loved them. I love you Kadiri’s.

Out standing, simply outstanding, had a mutton curry, naan and a tandoori plate and it was all amazing, succulent, fresh and outstanding service from Adam and the girl that sounded American? Could not recommend enough!

We ordered veg biryanis for take away as the place came highly recommended but sorry to say, it was little flavor and plain chilli. We are genuinely good with spices and hot food, but these biryanis were made spicy with not the real spices but heeps of red chilli powder. Didn't enjoy at all.

Took my sister there for her birthday. We all absolutely loved, we were so impressed by the staff service, the food, omg!!! 🤤 Specially their lamb bhuna, not on the menu but the chef did amazing with it. Cannot fault it at all, will definitely be coming back tomorrow!

Again price increase? Biryani was 16.50 on uber eats now is 19.50 dont see the reason for a price hike paying 20 pound for a biryani is ridiculous i order from here at least twice a week over 100s of orders but wont probs order again.

Food is of a good level, you can see the authenticity in each meal, just feel like they have fallen out of touch with their service especially when they try to position them selfs at the high end of the price range, I mean a biryani , (very average portion too) will stretch you nearly £20 , I mean these prices you don't even get in zone 1 touristy areas let alone this location. So it's abit ridiculous in that regard especially when cuisine competition is at all time high. In terms of atmosphere, we'll there isn't one they tried to refurbish the place and now the identity is some beach resort so it's abit confusing in that regard.

As layered biryani is supposed to be, and delivered even better! I ordered it frozen to be able to put in the freezer. The ordering was easy and simple. The communication via email was brilliant and delivery was as expected and arrived on time. Packaging is superb and recyclable with easy instructions for cooking and storing. Enjoying a portion now, couldn’t recommend enough. Love it! Thanks Azam.

Had a take away from this place. Would not recommend and will not try again. Chicken Biriyani was on an oily grave of its own! All the hype about their biriyani being one of the best in London was unfounded after tasting it. Probably it was, 40 years ago.. Other curry dishes were no better either.

Since 2015, we are visiting this place. They never disappointed with his quality and quantity of food. Yesterday we went to ikea and planned to visit here for a takeaway. Rice was slightly hard this time and though lamb quantity was too much, it didn’t give the biriyani satisfaction. It was more like a lamb curry with rice. We certainly had much better than this . Lamb was very tasty, that was saviour. Parking is difficult here, sainsbury allows 10 minutes parking for nearby shopping, which seems to be good option if you order earlier and go for collection. Otherwise try any available road side parking. Not too many places to sit, better to check for availability before you visit there.

Most terrible mutton biryani as I ordered a large portion on the 2 nd of July . I have eaten this a couple of times before. I have to admit it was quite delicious & I was delighted to have discovered it at the time. Now , 8 months later , the biryani was so down market. The mutton was leather tough & the rice over cooked. What they have referred to as Reshmi kebabs is so far from a chicken minced seekh kebab. It’s a strange battered fried tikki, golden in colour , the stuffing is totally confused, like that of Indo Chinese taste. I was disappointed as I had paid £26 for the delivery charges. Their packaging has also been reduced in quality / standard , to a not insulated , fruit/mango carrying carton alike.

In this recession time they must some thing think about how customers get in. How a mixed grilled no salads or bread. it's ridiculous. They should know how salads and others busy restaurants doing. They only good for Biryani. I dont find a clue. sadly.

It's not the same as it used to sadly. Maybe this is a one off. But the food was quite average last night. We orded food for nine of us. We had a chicken biryani, lamb biryani, Cauliflower bhaji and a tarka dahl Sadly it lacked flavour and the dahl tasted burnt as it been scraped from the bottom of the bottom of the pan and watered down. The spices were not cooked through and it was quite bland. Such a shame for a £100 meal. I have such fond memories of kadiris food and catering they have done for our family. To see there standards drop so much. I

Service was terrible and waiters were miserable. Naan was given 20 mins after the food and we had to ask them for glasses and cutlery as these were not provided. To top it off the waitress knocked in to me as I was getting up from my chair then rolled her eyes. Not a good experience.

It's considered to be one of the best places for biryani in London and it lived up to the reputation. I liked the biryani, although the shami kebab was not exactly what I expected, maybe because I am used to a different style. Mango lassi was good, it was thick and fresh. I got a Kokni lamb quorma packed. For me the best part was the service. The guy who takes orders, serves, brings the bill and also manages the counter and kitchen was so friendly and hospitable. He twice asked me how I am finding it while I was eating. He was very courteous and nice. It's a good restaurant and one must go to have their briyani among other things. I missed out on the chicken 999, will probably try it next time.

Highly recommended by friends, so made a visit. Food was good, served on time, especially as it was Ramadan. Good value, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Not the best for parking, but arrive earlier than normal to find nearby parking.

Review March 2023 The arrogance is astonishing. Somehow the owners mistake thinks folks can't afford his food? It is hardly a luxury. He doesn't understand his attitude is appalling and service is disgraceful. He forgets he is serving people and maybe needs to humble himself. His daddy built the business. He is lucky to be a part of it. Clearly doesn't have the same humility of his father. Asking for adequate amounts of yogurt to serve people isn't a demand. The lack of understanding is incredible. You could never guess this chap runs his daddy's business. Review Jan 2023 Ridiculously overpriced food with arrogant, unintelligent and uneducated customer service by the owners son. Ordered a biryani for 5 at £65. Please note this was about, £50 a year ago. When collecting the order I asked for extra raita as the pot they supply isn't sufficient. They wanted to charge £5 for a bit of yogurt. I reminded them my order was £65 and £5 for a bit of yogurt was extortionate. The Asian chap behind the till (owners son) said its not yogurt. It's raita. Lets not over complicated matters. Raita is 85pc yogurt with cucumber and carrots finely chopped. The chap wanted to argue about this?! Anyway... I told him the food was already overpriced and charging for a bit of yogurt is ridiculous. He said they provide a complimentary yogurt with my order. I said it wasn't enough for the amount of food ordered. He challenged me and said "it isnt enough?". I don't get it... he is a glorified waiter running his dads business. Essentially a nobody without his father. If a customer says he needs more yogurt he should say "yes sir how many bags full". He went on to say they provide a complimentary yogurt. I didn't want to educate him but had to explain if it's complimentary then I will leave the biryani and take the yogurt for free. He said it is complimentary again not understanding what the word means. You can't discuss things with uneducated people. Thankfully his father was there and realised a few things and gave the yogurt for free. He was pleasant to talk to and a decent man. His son has a lot to learn... about making money and clearly needs a dictionary.

A hidden gem in Willesden. The food is simply cooked to perfection. This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants in London. The atmosphere is warm and always welcoming. The staff are very friendly. great service, exceptional food, amazing atmosphere what more can you ask for!!!!!!

Amazing lamb biryani very tender lamb and nice long rice. Will definitely come for that again. Chilli paneer didn't taste good at all. Paneer was very hard. Chicken kadai was okay had too much oil and masala. Malai kofta biryani takes away the taste of biryani and vice versa tasted a bit mushy.

One of the best biryanis I’ve had in a long time. Amazing food and aroma. We ordered 3 different types of biryani: Spring lamb, chicken and mutton and all of them tasted as good as each other. Freshly cooked and served. Would highly recommend people to try this place if you haven’t already done so. You won’t be disappointed.
