Excellent food and prices are reasonable

We ordered 4 dosas , but not a singlre dosa was hot.. even after complaining thrice , manager was saying that we made that dosa and gave it to you straight forward... how is it possible that you give it out of tawa directly and it's cold as ice.!!!!

I asked for black salt and they refused me, I know it was but still they have to take care about that I don't appreciate that I am the regular customer and I also references to other but now I really disappointed.

Very busy.. 1 dosa takes 45 minutes.. Some of the dosa Chef don't know how to make. 🤣 One giving order they told it will take 30 minutes but it took 45-50 minutes..which is very much . And after that they told if you want to cancel the order that's fine.. no problem.. very bad service.. no happy..

Hello, I am regular customer of yours and I every time there for Pani Puri specially. Today I come for the Pani Puri the test was good but that girl who always server the Pani Puri I don't like her behaviour specifically she is not able to work in busy time . You should have to higher new staff who can handle busy time. Thank you..

1️⃣I always order chaomian and I liked it but my friend found out that it has detergent flavour and I realised it later because my taste buds is weak. Will not order chaomian any more until they don’t keep chaomian ingredients near the toilet detergent. But the quantity is really good. 2️⃣The pav phaji is not authentic at all. Seriously I didn’t find any mush potatoes at all! And the flavour is not like pav phaji at all. Also the portion is so less. 3️⃣The dabeli is really good but my Indian friend said that she has tasted better than this. And It’s too spicy. 4️⃣The falooda’s taste is so bad and artificial even it’s not cheap at all! Warning: Don’t order falooda here, it’s literally a waste of several pounds. 5️⃣When I eat in, it’s really cheap but when I order online, it’s not cheap and even the quality is so less.

I love the dosa variety at this restaurant, but I'm not so sure about the other options. The pav bhaji doesn't taste authentic – it has too much oil and garam masala and lacks the genuine bhaji flavour. Additionally, the Hakka noodles have an odd aftertaste[like soap or detergent ]. While the South Indian food is excellent, I don't think the other options are worth trying.

Definitely the food is very good. This time our experience was bad in food and customer service. We went and ask to take our order but they said they now taking order on counter only. But they took the order of other customers from their table. This was unexpected. We odered chhole puri which came from outside not from their kitchen. Everytime I order dosa and whenever I order for extra chutney and sambhar it always comes late. Today also the table cleaning was the first priority instead of customer service.

Worst food ever and The manager is with and attitude,I have order Vegetable schezwan noodles and I get it worlds worst noodles with sweet in it and they took it back and still charge for it. I have never seen like this before. Request you to taught manner to the staff and give at least eatable food.

Overall 3.75/5 I was really excited to visit this place as i had heard a lot, but was surprised and disappointed with the overall experience. Location: walkable from Wembley central station. Ambiance: decent budget friendly vibes and seating. Service: now this is where things start to take a dip, the staff was kind of uninterested in welcoming guests or even treating them well. Food: ordered the famous medu vada(3/5) too soggy and dripping with oil. Mysore masala dosa( on suggestion) (3.75/5) average taste and chutneys were the tastier than expected. Quite weird for them to charge for extra chutney unlike every other south Indian serving restaurant. Only serving grace was the filter coffee: strong and good taste. Overall, half decent experience for a budget friendly meal, might not repeat.

Fully Bull sit service no wifi available No music water glass is too darty when I entered restaurant I order Pani puri it's will take time more then 15 minutes Then after 5 minutes I order pav bhaji and dosa pav bhaji come at after 10 minutes when I finish pav bhaji I ask for water 💦 2 time it's will take time for water more then 5 minutes after 40 I am wating for dosa dosh name is co2 &ca service boy say you didn't order anything I say ask your manager wate for more then 5 minutes we I say ok when dosa is ready it's free chantuny and garlic and onion I say no potato stuffing services guy say no sir I say your manager told me that why I ask almost 1 hours I refused order I pay live the place So don't go don't waste your money for that

Cheese masala dosa Hardly comes with any cheese. Taste similar like normal dosa..

I enjoyed the Royal Falooda, unique drink. Will definitely be coming back again.

The dosa is a delicious South Indian crepe, crispy on the outside and soft inside, made from fermented rice and lentil batter. It's perfect with chutney and sambar for a flavorful meal.

Best place for Dosa lovers.. variety of different Dosa's.. gives you the best feel of south Indian taste.. excellent 👌👍

We decided to visit this place because there is a huge queue every day. Pani puri was good, a big plus is that there are different sauces in bottles outside and you can use as much as you want. Samosa chaat was a very small portion, I've had better but it was still ok and freshly made. Prices are affordable and very often I see different promotions/combos.

Absolutely disappointed with Dosa Express! Their food is undeniably delicious, which makes this review even more frustrating. We booked them weeks in advance for an important event, and they had the audacity to cancel on us at the last minute. We even took the time to visit their store for a tasting session, which we paid for, to ensure everything would be perfect. To cancel on us so close to the event is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of reliability and professionalism. If you’re considering them for an important occasion, think twice. Their great food is not worth the risk of being let down when it matters most.

Was very happy with the dosa sets, we tried 3 different ones. The place looks much nicer and cleaner than the last time I was there and the staff are really nice too.

Food is terrible, I have ordered podi masala dosa and falooda, will never recommend it. Rose milk with 10-15 chia seeds doesn't make it falooda. Please learn before serving, because we pay for the food and it is not free. Disgusting.

Food is ok but staff doesn’t know what are the offer is going on and every time you go, you pay different price for the same thing. I ordered panjabi samosa and I found it was frozen samosa without potatoes in it, it was made from maybe coconut. Moreover, it was hot from outside but at same time the stuffing was so cold ☹️ so contrast😟 Overall 1 ⭐️

Recently I visited the dosa express and I share my experience I order schezwan onion dosa and this isnot really good and the service of the staff member is not quite good.

Quite a good variety of preparation..really enjoyed.

Atmosphere was little bit noisy, I guess because of there was no background music. Menu was quite complicated but taste was good. Servers were too busy in work that's why they were not able to focus on customers.

Hey Everyone! Visited Dosa Express recently which is situated near Wembley Central Station! Ordered Masala Dosa which costed me around £3.25 and was worth the taste. The staff was late in taking the order and was least interested to interact with the customers sitting on the tanle waiting for the food! Can visit with family and friends and it is usually very very busy in the evening times and you get barely good seating at this time.

Very nice place to have a dosa and other indian food. Its in wembley central so no issue with transportation. Prices are reasonable thus will suggest everyone to go and try there. Loved it !!!!

I am giving 1 star , though I am big fan of their dosa's but today I ordered noodles and it was so spicy I could hardly handle it... I love super spicy food but this noodle was on other level... My lips and stomach is burning.. 🥵 really not happy with this.

There is one pani puri shop inside dosa express. I ordered one pani puri and came inside, i thought pani puri shop is a part of dosa express. One of the colleague over there, his name is may be JAY (i am not sure). Very bad experience on 18/04/2024 around 8:00 pm We went to eat there and waited 15-20 minutes for someone who can take our order but no one was there for taking order. They are taking orders for the customers who came after us so its very disappointing for us. we came out of the restaurant without ordering We were been there on weekdays still its was like that. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

The food is nice but provided poor service due to the heavy rush. Also needs attention to improvement on cleaning side inside and outside

Worst ever sweet corn soup I had in my life. I asked to meet chef they refused. Owner and manager not available. I had 1 spoon and leave it as it is. Still paid full amount. I think the quality is not like before. I was customer from long time but it was my last visit today. Looks like owner not intrested in customer service anymore. Good luck

Situated closeby to the wembley central station - Dosa Express is a good option for south indian cuisine lovers. We had a Idli sambhar, vada sambhar, vada paao and chai. Taste was good. The ambience was good and place was hygenic. Service was efficient and quick. It was budget friendly, pure vegetarian, hygenic, had fresh hot food. Highly Recommend.

Food is good but the service is the worst.

Very very bad service. I'm giving 1 star as I don't have option for none. We were waiting there for 20 minutes but nobody came to take orders or to say hello!!! Very rude staff. We keep asking them to take order but they keep saying 2 minutes. It was not that busy even, I wonder if the restaurant is busy how they work!!! It was totally waste of time.

I have tried Dosa and panner Manchuria, veg Manchurian both are almost burnt i asked staff about the food but they didn’t respond properly. worst experience.

If I could gave zero star i could I visited this place 11/02 around 8pm we order 7 items our total Bill was 30 pound something but the food was third class there wasn’t any taste or anything at all zero taste and service was also so rude the floor worker was giving us attitude when we said we haven’t touched the noodles at all he said that’s ok just put the review scan the barcode from the till and when I ask for refund he asked his colleague to pay refund in cash bcoz manager will not like it. I already asked him that the noodles was cold and sweet I wanted it spicy so he took that back and bring the same plate again just he heat up the noodles again we did not eat that at all bcoz it was so bad which is not good service at all The other items maduvada, manchurean was all taste less but we still have to pay for nothing Very bad food and service staff was also rude and arrogant

This evening, we had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Despite our initial request for seating, we were asked to relocate after already being seated. We complied and proceeded to order our meal. However, the food was served after a delay of 30 minutes, which was longer than expected. Furthermore, despite our request for chutney and water, we did not receive these items. Overall, our experience was not satisfactory, and we do not recommend this restaurant. We hope that this feedback will assist in improving the quality of service for future customers.
