I love the food here, especially the giant prawn dishes. The service could be warmer and the atmosphere is ok, but overall, I would definitely recommend.

Good food spoiled by staff deliberately charging for non existent drinks. The 2 females serving did not look at us in the eye after bill was challenged. No goodbyes or thank you for the visit despite us not making a fuss just asked for the drinks to be removed from the bill.

An enjoyable evening and good service from the Thai Terre Restaurant in Uckfield - the fare is standard and nothing wrong in that - it is however also very well presented, with a nice line in carrot sculpture.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Food was delicious, lively atmosphere and clean.

We’ve dined here several times with friends , family and as a couple . Always been outstanding food and service. I did however on our last visit have a problem with one of my dishes which put me off eating the remaining of meal , I did point this out and staff were attentive at dealing with the problem . I would still return here as we’ve always had a pleasant experience.

We final tried Thai Terre in Uckfield. I can not believe that it has taken us this long to try the food from this restaurant. The food was amazing and will definitely be back again. Thank you for making our evening.

My partner and I were looking for Asian food and decided to give Thai Terre a try. The starter was prawn and crab in seaweed rolls. It’s was ok. The pad see ew had a generous portion of chicken and vegetables and it tasted good. The prawn pad thai was a bit let down. The prawns were cooked to perfection but it’s tasteless.

So delicious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had the pad see Ew noodles, duck salad, chicken satay and ribs - all were great. Lovely atmosphere inside and good came very quickly. Would recommend

We love the food in this restaurant. However some time ago they changed the spring roll to a triangle looking thing, I am disappointed. I like spring rolls to be a roll, this isn’t! Please bring back duck SPRING ROLLS

I went here recently with my family for my birthday and had a wonderful evening. The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and tasty! The service was brilliant and the staff were very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Once upon a time I would have given 5 stars, but not anymore. Their prices have greatly increased (not in line with what everyone is experiencing, a lot more than I would expect) but the real kicker we bought a bottle of wine about £30, which we complained was off (taste like vinegar) and they were not at all interested in providing a new bottle or at least some money off it being opened but undrinkable. More of a case of you bought it, you drink it. Nothing like their previous attitude. So disappointed- the bill was £240 Paid it, but will never ho back. Nor encourage anyone else to.

A celebration lunch with my daughter and grandsons. Thoroughly enjoyed. Food was excellent and service spot on. Very reasonably priced

Ate here tonight.. lovely polite waitress who took our order and 10 minutes later our delicious food arrived. Sweet tender ribs, stunningly flavoured king prawn tom yee and sublime pork pad thai.. washed down with jasmine tea. Can't fault this visit. 5 stars

We take-away quite regularly, the dishes are quite good. Occasionally they made the soup spicy even when asked not to, or chicken a bit undercooked. But overall we enjoy their food!

Good but not great Thai food. The experience was spoilt somewhat by finding pieces of plastic in one of the dishes. To compound this when the bill came we had been charged for the dish even though they said they wouldn't.

First time I have been there on 10/9/21 the food was amazing the staff were attentive and polite could not do enough for us I would 100% recommended anyone to go to try it out

Had a birthday meal here, absolutely lovely. The quality of the meat was particularly noticeable as some restaurants sometimes skimp hoping to disguise lower quality with spices etc. Overall we had a very enjoyable meal at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely go again.

Mixed bag. Just had the ribs and duck red curry, ribs were completely full of gristle to the point were every bite you were crunching on something and there was barely any meat on the bones, and the duck had what I guess must have been barely cooked skin on the pieces which was disgusting to chew and almost impossible to swallow. Giving two stars as I have eaten here before and it was really good plus the staff are very friendly, but am writing this feeling slightly sick and what I just ate should not have been allowed to leave the kitchen.

A very pleasant dining experience. A good variety of delicious Thai dishes, with just the hearty level of spice and flavour that I like. Warm, friendly service too.

Love this place. Its a cute place . The starters were fantastic. I order the Singapore noddles as a main and it was slightly salty but my friend order the green Thai curry and loved it. On my next visit to East Sussex I will be sure to visit

Gave us the totally wrong order, were really rude when we rung them up to say and reluctantly said they would give us the right order (worth £15 more). We’ve already travelled 30 minutes there and back and now have to do it again. Will never use again.

Our first visit here and overall it was good . Most of the food I really enjoyed although the monkfish green curry wasn't my favourite , slightly too sweet and mixed feeling about pad thai. Service was good and very friendly . We will return and try some different dishes .

Phenomenonal Thai restaurant on this small high Street. Thai terre is a lovely restaurant with wonderful staff and incredible food. The mixed platter was a good choice for us we wanted to try a bit of everything and the presentation was amazing including the monkey made of carrot on the starter plate. The special honey sizzling duck and the massaman lamb cutlets were delicious. Desserts were not freshly prepared (ice cream) but lovely unusual presentation

2 full sized courses for £11.95 at lunch. And they whipped up a chicken fried rice that wasn't on the menu for my son. Go give them your money now!

If it's not busy they stick you next to the window to give the impression they are. Lack of imagination, very disappointing and no atmosphere.

Uckfield doesn’t have many restaurants to choose from but thankfully this is a very good one. Food is very tasty and service is great.
