T&G's Tapas Bar & Bistro in Epping Forest

Celebrated a 50th birthday and we couldn’t haven’t been looked after any better by Sarah. We were a group of 13 and she kept us all fed and watered, and the restaurant provided a nice cake at the end. Cocktails were lovely, Tapas was very good, I especially enjoyed the meatballs and ham croquettes but others had their own favourites. A memorable night!

we have been planning on trying this restaurant for a while and it didn't disappoint. The staff are very friendly and the food was amazing.

Visited as a group of 5 for a Saturday Brunch and couldn’t have been looked after any better. The food was delicious and the service was so great, our waitress couldn’t have done more for us! The Saturday bottomless brunch was really good value for money with a generous selection of food and free flowing Prosecco and Sangria. Will definitely be returning on a Saturday soon!

We decided to try T&J’s as we’d been passed it a few times and being something different we thought we’d give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised at quality of the food, service and friendliness of the place. We had difficulty deciding what to have so went with the tapas for two which was a steady flow of small dishes every 5 minutes or so that created an amazing collection of tastes and textures. Add to this one of their nice wines, a dessert and a cocktail and it ended up as one of the nicest evenings we’d had out in a long time. We’ll certainly top back and try some of the other dishes on offer.

My partner and I went there and we had a fantastic time! The food was delicious and the service impeccable! We will definitely go back :)

Restaurant decorated nicely and waitresses friendly and attentive however the food was very disappointing. It was microwave, bland, tasteless food. Do not go here if you are wanting Spanish style Tapas.

Turned up to the restaurant at 6 pm on Monday evening. The waitress called Vick was fabulous through out the night. She was very helpful in what to order and how much and really knew her stuff. Great food lovely wine and Vick made it an over all very enjoyable evening.

Dropped in for lunch. Fab portion sizes and very tasty. Would especially recommend the garlic prawns, the croquettes and the patatas bravas. Very friendly service and cosy feel. Excellent playlist too! Would highly recommend!

Really like this place and will return but disappointed by a burnt dish and no specials or variation to the menu after a year. Being only one of two couple tables occupying the restaurant we wondered if the chef had changed since we last visited. Lovely host, but the polish is missing from what is a very lovely place to spend an evening.

Really poor quality food, and microwaved dishes. The website advertised a different menu to the one they actually serve. Would not recommend if you are looking for dishes that resemble tapas or authentic Spanish food.

I visited here with my friend and we really enjoyed the menu for 2 which offered lots of variety. Very tasty and well presented tapas at a reasonable price. Excellent, friendly service in a really nicely furnished and lit restaurant. Will definitely be going back!

T&G tapas provided an amazing service with delicious food for my 21st birthday. They decorated it perfectly and would highly recommend for any occasion or even just a family meal for a night out!! 10/10
