TGI Fridays Glasgow FORT in Glasgow City

what can I say . went here with a it is on voucher , entitled to hotdogs with fries and bottomless soft drinks . went around 7pm , and was told they would need to see Manager because hot dogs were on the lunch menu (although it is on says up till 10pm). asked for dogs ,one with mustard , one without . the waiter didn't know what was what amd turns out none had mustard , and it was 3 chipolatas (no hotdogs or pulled pork as advertised) . we got brought 1 napkin for 2 , didn't get offered Any condiments. the starter was OK (natchos) although there was no natcho cheese . when we got the bill I noticed that it had £7 , for 2 cokes, and when questioned i was told ordinary coke is not part of the deal , although it wasn't stated on the it is on voucher ,had to pay for it. place isn't cheap for addons. no wonder places are closing down

Food was lovely and service was amazing our server Kyle really made the experience making sure we had everything we needed

Just want to thank Kyle for the amazing service we received on Friday. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and was at the need to eat or going to be sick stage. Kyle literally had food over to me within 5mins. I was ever so grateful as it ment I could relax and enjoy the rest of my meal. The food was great and the staff were brilliant. Both myself and my partner enjoy our meals.

Came with our family for a meal during the week. Service from Kyle was great. Would return again soon to Glasgow Fort……..

Had a nice wee visit with my friend this afternoon and was served by Kyle M who was very attentive and entertaining. Would recommend! Will be asking for him again.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for my birthday. As per TGI tradition our brilliant server mehul and other staff members sung happy birthday to me which was really nice. The service was excellent and the food was better still! Will be coming again!

Awful service - again! We visited as a family of 7 on Saturday, swiftly escorted to our table, then left for ages before being asked if we’d like drinks, which we eventually received, 2 wrong and 1 missing! Had to catch waitress’s attention to ask for missing drink, then had food order taken. When it arrived we’d 1 chips missing, 2 wrong and food cold! Replacement received when others’ food finished, asked for dips which we never received, then waitress asked when presenting the bill “did you get dips?” NO! Won’t rush back…

Waheed is the nicest waiter I’ve ever had and made our visit even more special. Food was good and service outstanding.

Just want to say we had a lovely time and food was great. Lo e the atmosphere here and I need to take a minute to mention our waiter. His name was Waheed. What a guy, very friendly, attentitive and my girls absolutely love him. If there is a TGI rewards scheme for staff then this guy needs to be at the top of the list as he is holds the TGI company and its brand very very high.
