TGI Friday's - Enfield in City of London, Westminster

Lovely place. Attentive team. Food and drinks were amazing. Came for a birthday and they brought out a cake and sung. Brilliant experience

I came into tgi friday on the 29th of September and waited 20 minutes before being seen my family also had to wait a further hour to eat maybe its because its a big family I'm not sure but it was empty due to the time we came even when I asked to speak to the manager I watched the worker go to the manager and laugh I never got to speak to the manager so she simply didn't care in other words she's a short Caucasian woman with brown hair in a ponytail all in all it took Over an hour to order terrible compared to when I went to this exact same one many years ago also the menue changed there's no longer any jack Daniel wings

Rubbish service!! Had to wait for many minutes just to get a refill! Do not recommend at all. My friend had to wait almost an hour just for her food!

Lynne was our server and she was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for quicker or better service, will definitely return!!! Thank you Lynne!!!! ❤️

How was the food? I couldn’t tell you…after waiting for close on half an hour, asking a waiter to take our order..was told not his area..asked 2 other occasions for order to be taken which was ignored - in a largely empty restaurant - we cut our losses and left…terrible service

The place was empty but even so the service was abysmal, waited an hour before we got our starters! No atmosphere, menu items were unavailable, and then when our food finally arrived bits were missing. We sent the waitress back three times to correct things. They really don’t seem bothered by people dining in any more, and judging by the amount of dishes going out to delivery drivers, this seems to be their main business now. I was particularly annoyed by seeing someone shouting at the kitchen to get the delivery orders out quickly in time for the drivers, when we were sat there waiting ages for our food. The food when it did arrive was good. Tasty burgers and steak, just how I remembered it! Shame they can’t do the TGI Fridays experience any more. Never again. TGI Over!

Kacey was brilliant, she was polite, attuned to our needs and we had great service. We will definetly be coming to TGI enfield again

Came here for family dinner on Saturday night. Place had a good atmosphere and our waitress was brilliant (didn’t quite catch her name). We will visit again!

I was served by this lovely lady called Ellie. Her service was amazing and she made sure all over food arrived. Always coming back to refill drinks and always had a smile on her face will definitely be returning.

Really disappointed with a recent visit. Had a poor TGIs experience last year but put it down as a one off, but as a chain they’ve gone downhill in terms of value and food quality over recent years. Service was mediocre - the waiter couldn’t really be bothered and kept randomly taking sauces from the table to give to others as clearly there weren’t enough to go round. The food was patchy and they didn’t have half the drinks on the menu, or half the ice cream toppings on the kids menu. The place was just generally a bit run down (probably why the lights are so dim!) - stained furniture and a condiments pot that didn’t look like it had been cleaned out in a month! There are much nicer places to eat for similar money. Won’t be back again.

Went with my cousin after the cinema, service was polite and food came out quite quickly. Always my go to place after the cinema for some great food

The food here was excellent and the table service was even better we sat at the bar with my fiancé, the bartender Kirstie was exceptionally great our drinks were flowing, food came to our table very quickly. Overall amazing place to eat with the family or for a date night.

Our service was slow, but our sever was overworked whilst the other severs were standing around and talking. Once we ordered our drinks, we had to wait about 25 minutes for drinks. Then we had to wait 45 minutes for our starters, and once the starters arrived, we still did not have any plates or cutlery. We ordered the Times Square tower to share between us the cheesy potatoes skins, which were stone cold. Our mains were okay the warm and nice. We will not be returning as this is our third time negative experience.

I came in a week or so ago food was lovely little bit more expensive than i remember but good regardless. Drinks were amazing bartender seemed to know what they were doing cant remember which drink exactly but tasted incredicle would definitely get that drink again if i could remember. Would've been a lovely meal however one of the staff was storming around the resturant whilst on the phone swearing. Just glad i wasn't there with my children. Found this extremely unprofessional and was quite disgusted. I would recommend for the food as it was amazing but don't take children nor be easily offended.

Shanei provided amazing customer service and made it a very enjoyable visit to TGI’s and the vibes and banter was amazing and very fun and I’ll be returning again soon.

We went for a quick dinner and we’re looked after really well by Isaiah - he was great with our young daughter who was not on her best behaviour. It’s been a long time since we were in here and we enjoyed it!

Had the worse experience here and really just won’t bother going to tgi anymore, we were seated and not one member of staff attended to us for more that 45mins, we should have walked out at this point really. We finally flag someone down, who advised us he will be back with a pen a paper to take our order . He did not come back for more than 15mins , when he did he went to the till behind us too take our order ? So we had to turn around, no pen or paper . Food took ages and only partly arrived , with ribs coming later , now the food was good, so I can’t complain about that , however the service and atmosphere in this place is terrible, some of the staff just don’t care and I feel bad for the staff that do. It’s not what it used to be and the company need to change a few things or do something to encourage staff to be attentive. We really felt like we was a total bother to some of them, when in fact we are the customers whom are paying for the service and food, which is what a restaurant is for. In addition a table left next to us and the dirty plate remained on the table for over 1 hour and was still there when we left , the restaurant wasn’t even busy

Nafi was the only good experience with our meal , you had other staff just standing around not doing anything nafi was running round like a headless chicken the whole time it’s not fair for him to be doing literally everything! He is a great credit to your team and honestly the only reason people were staying!

I hadn't been to a TGIFridays for years but had always enjoyed them. This however was terrible. Almost empty. No Coke Zero (that I can forgive). Everything was terrible. No BBQ sauce, No coffee!!!!!! Overcooked chicken, limp looking corn, frozen chips and really bland underwhelming ribs. Avoid. This chain has had it.

Mel has been fantastic with her customer service. She is funny recommended so many things. I would definitely come again.

We came in for an anniversary meal and we were served by the general manager Lynn, she was absolutely outstanding, customer service was brilliant she catered for everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for better service from her, would recommend!

This spot was perfect for my early birthday dinner. The entire staff made us feel welcome and the birthday song they performed was hilarious but amazing. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good place to enjoy yourself.

My family and I went to tgi enfield on a Friday. This trip here was totally worth the 1 hour drive from where we live. We were greeted at the door by the smiliest of faces and sat down and ordered our food. I’m very impressed by the amount of vegan and vegetarian options they had but I decided to have some ribs and stake. The food was cooked to perfection and bought out to us no more than 20 minutes after ordering, the cocktails were amazing and the manager Martin was fabulous. He was so bubbly confident and precise, he had answers to every question and I could tell he loves his job. It makes such a difference meeting people who love what they do, I’ve been to so many restaurants and you ca pin tell from most people’s body language that they don’t want to be there but everyone in Enfield really exceeded expectations. I really am sure we will return again when we are in the area. Thank you all again for the fabulous hospitality and careful consideration. It was a joyous atmosphere and we loved dining here.
