TGI Friday's - Crawley in Crawley

Whilst quite quiet when we went in, it quickly became fairly busy. There did not appear to be many staff on duty. However, despite this, our waitress CRISTINA couldn’t have been more helpful. She was friendly, charming and very helpful, a real credit to the company. Thank you ,Cristina, for making our TGI Friday experience so pleasant.

Aston was amazing. He made our night. He was attentive, friendly, and a great host. Our glasses were never empty and the table was constantly being cleared. Please reward this amazing member of staff.

Aston took care of us. He was really patient with our live, vibrant table. He joked with us and made us feel really welcome. He is an asset to your company.

Astan was very friendly and informative about all the products Tgi Fridays serves. I recommend that store to visit and have an amazing lunch/ dinner in Crawley.

Aston was great from the moment we arrived. Friendly and always smiling. Communication was top tier and always made sure to check on us throughout our visit. He’s a real credit to the restaurant and deserves the praise as he’s a wonderful member of staff and will be returning thanks to Aston.

Cristina gave us attentive and friendly service, the food was very nice. Corn dogs were the highlight however overall it was rather pricey compared to other similar restaurants!

Our server Cristina was great! 10/10 service. We couldn’t have asked for better service or food for our group night out.

Aston was top notch with his service - he was prompt in taking our order and you could see he was helping a number of tables, and he checked if we needed any drinks regularly, as well as if we enjoyed our meal. The food was absolutely banging!

Aston was really attentive. We did the bottomless chicken on a Monday and he was really quick at ordering more for us which made the experience great.

Me and my boyfriend came here with no booking. This is the second time we got Cristina and all I can say is that she is amazing and took good care of us like she did last time, despite running around, bless her!! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE ASAP!!!!!!
