I only ordered a single espresso The girl who took my order me was very nice The ones who made it where shocking I waited for a long time while no one else was in the queue while they were having a laugh

I liked Latte, just the way I want my coffee to be.

No Costa coffee dedicate Wi-Fi and no plug-in working at all. Not even one in the whole cafe. I wouldn’t recommend it for layover or long stops. Staff was friendly tho and coffee was good as usual.

Horrible and lazy staff, I ordered a decaf coconut cappuccino and the girl looked at me like I spoke chinese, then she told the barista to make latte instead, the coffeee went straight to the bin as it was a boiled milk. Dear manager tell your staff to not eat and drink while they serve customer, maybe they will use their time to clean the place.

The airport was not very busy However I waited for a long time before my order has been taken The worker was very busy and harrying, but polite The cake I bought tasted very bad ( see picture ) I definitely don’t recommend, especially if you have a flight to catch

My wife and I came in today to get a drink and I was waiting age’s because a blond girl was to fussed on being on her phone which she thought no one could see. She then took ages to put my drinks lid on and ‘demanded’ the other girl to put the lid on when you could see she was bombarded with customers however she remained polite! The blond young girl had a foul attitude and was muttering under her breath, maybe if she spent less time on her phone she would have time to put the lids on!

Tip Download the Costa App as there is often discounts on the food. I would never pay full price for any of the food as it is not great. Coffee on the other hand comes nice and quick and tastes great ! Little bit annoying that the ice coffee is only available as a medium.

Nice branch in Gatwick north terminal arrival, considering it is in an airport. They were so busy, but the service was fast. There was enough tablets to sit. I liked the two areas to buy your items. فرع كوستا في قاتويك المبنى الشمالي قسم الواصلين. جميل وهناك أماكن كافية للجلوس.

There is often a large queue so I'd avoid if you are in a rush. Otherwise, it's a standard Costa with the same items as any other branch.

Great drink selection and food options. If it's a grab and go sort of deal this is a great stop. Service is quick and aosphere is busy busy.

Filthy tables, littered with used cups, plates and food packaging. One star is too generous.

The service was very unprofessional. When I received the wrong coffee and asked for what I ordered the barrister made this comment: "Ai o caralho". Unfortunately, I know what this words mean in Portuguese. Be aware that you never know who you are serving and comments like that are not acceptable in any language!

Serves a purpose while you wait at the airport its open 24 hours, coffee is expensive buy one and park up, plenty of sockets for charging laptops and phones. Always ask for takeaway cups. Bring a blanket if your going to nap, can be cold!

The service at this Costa was appalling. The server at the till was laughing at each and every customer including myself when orders were being placed. I've repeated my order several times to help expediate the service as the qué behind me continued to grow. My efforts however, did not help. I had repeated the order again to another barista as they struggled to understand what drinks were ordered. 1iced vanilla latte,1 iced coconut vanilla latte and a cappuccino to go. Barista making the order still prepared the iced beverages incorrectly. After repeating the iced drinks order for what felt like the 7th time, I gave up on recieving what I had purchased. By that point it seemed far too much trouble to return to the counter in order to provide some feedback. The quality of the coffee was so terrible that it had made me and my partner physically sick shortly after consumption. Having worked at Costa previously as a manager it was a huge disappointment that the standards dropped so drastically. Having your customers being laughed at for ordering drinks with alternative milk without thinking that it will be noticed is extremely unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. Very disappointed

Went for a coffee before checking in for our flight. It took around 20 mins to get served. We were provided with entertainment though. A staff member was heating up a sausage bap. She dropped it when finished heating. She picked up the fallen items with tongs and use the same tongs to heat up the replacement sausage bap 🤢🤢🤢. When we finally go served the gingerbread latte's ordered were overly milky and very very sweet. The accompanied ginger bread man was stale and had no flavour what so ever.

Asking for a mug and not a plastic cup was like if i were asking for the biggest task of all time. Is that a general but untold policy from Costa managers to their staff to make things easy and fast (no cleaning) or just the person who served me was in a super lazy mode that day. Almond croissant moreover was not good at all. Not a good experience.

A very busy Costa's that had a long service line (+10 minutes) but perfectly placed at the international arrivals exit of Gatwick's North Terminal. The coffee is the usual Costa offering but more expensive

Spent 15/20 minutes queuing, only to get to the front, I went a step to far to the second counter be to hold that now they won’t serve me and I have to queue up again. Customer service skills = zero

Absolutely shocking service, rude staff. Over priced food. Staff working extremely slowly and queues out the door. Never returning!

Great staff, customer service coffee and food always yummy but when it's get busy my mocha cortado becoming like strong coffee the choco mocha not there just pure coffee ☕ I need to drink it even give me a headache I think it depend whose serving me Every staff got different make Now just order look like mocha cortado but the taste isn't mocha coffee

It is a big mess. The ladies spend time talking, talking and you can not understand who is working and who is not.

Staff us rude, she refuse to giving her name, yes i understand the one way system, there is no one in the queue, i come in and put on hand sanitiser , and walk in the wrong direction, she shouted at and said i have my earbuds on! There is no one, and im social distancing, so dont have to shouted at me !!

My belly and my girlfriends, was hurting hard minutes after getting a hot sandwich from here.

Ordered a white hot chocolate, they gave me a regular hot chocolate and then when I asked for the white hot chocolate the only thing they really gave me was hot milk which I didn't figure out until later when it was cold enough to drink. Really brutal for someone who has had a long 24+ hour journey.
