A lot of parking though it is awkward getting in and out Stopped to get a meal deal it is well stocked however they have very little vegetarian or vegan options.

Well organised store and has a good variety of products available like most tesco stores. Staff are lovely - very friendly and welcoming.

Update to the review below: I finally found a way of getting hold of Tesco’s by WhatsApp online and did get a gift voucher for £15 to repay the overpayment below which we have just cashed in no problem. But it took ages to find some way of contacting the store at first. “I'm trying to call the store as I have come home and realised I've been overcharged for articles I didn't buy - £14.14. There was confusion at checkout 024 at 15.29 today to do with my Tesco Clubcard - not her fault (in fact, she was very helpful!) - but I don't want to pay for the next customer's shopping too, as appears to have happened! Please answer the phone!”

I was so dissappointed at how awful the plants looked outside the Martin's Heron store last week. On the hottest day, they were not watered apart from some DREGS left in the corner of the display trolleys they are stored on but not enough to keep them alive. Such a pitiful sight, I rearranged them so that they were sitting in as much water as possible, same at the Meadows today.....why bother showcasing plants when they are bedraggled and dying. There were plenty of staff to have made an effort to water them....I find it quite upsetting as it doesn't take much to water plants ...does it?

Rude staff escorting us out at exactly 10oclock when we were just grabbing the last of our shopping. We had worked a long day and had no where in walking distance to go other than here. Really disgusting behaviour for the staff to be tapping their watches and waving their arms to escort us out the store. All we wanted was a ready meal and a drink. They couldn’t even stay open a minute longer. Come on labour costs shouldn’t be that bad just to help a customer out. Vile place to go

Vile staff with awful behaviour. There was vomit on the floor outside the front door and we was greeted with a woman who told us they were closed. This was at 21:55, we were not able to finish shopping due to it being 10pm. I understand staff wants to get home as we just come from doing a 12 hour day and needed some food. The staff came up behind us tapping their watches and waving their arms to escort us out the store. What a rude transaction for paying customers. We can understand labour costs are high but a few minutes after closing for paying customers isn’t a lot to ask for. I would advise not returning to this Tescos and to find better staff. Tescos should do better.

I went to check out my big £200+ shop at 9.40pm, 20 minutes before close but there were no checkouts open apart from self-checkouts. This was confirmed my a member of staff. It took me half an hour to checkout because the bagging area was so full and the software couldn't cope. Don't go there.

The worst Tesco I have ever experienced, few staff are very rude and unfriendly. My cart has been checked for scan from last 2 times for un-scanned items, we are highly educated people and would never shoplift, they never found any anything till date, but not sure is it the skin colour which determines you would be checked and inspected. I am loyal customer of Tesco and from today we would stop going to Tesco Martin Heron and rather choose Sainsbury's or Morrison in Bracknell.

Certain colleagues in this store will assume you are stealing before you walk in the store. There are two prominent individuals the old Asian lady on self check out and an older gentleman who works nights with white hair, who today went above and beyond to make me feel uncomfortable he stood in the middle of either aisles and watched me for no other reason then his prejudice, I had nothing but a loaf of bread in the basket at the time, he continued to follow me round the store and even radio'd to his colleague to watch me on the self serve where I promotley scanned my bag and other items, I made sure to get a receipt and made a comment to the youngish gentleman on self-service at the time to let him know I paid. The security guard was ready to stop me, shame I paid for my items like a NORMAL CUSTOMER. No I'm not a thief, I used to work in Tesco as a shift lead and I struggle to see how I had any of the tell tell signs of a thief so it's just prejudice moreover this has happened multiple times before and to others I know. I will be making a formal complaint as this sort of profiling is not on nor was I wearing appropriate for stealing I had literally just come from the gym. I will hopefully be able to speak to the manager about it. I would like to suggest this individual focuses more on rumbling/facing up rather than staring at completely innocent individuals. The face up of that shop at 9pm was an absolute joke. The event in question about the old man happened between 20:40-20:55 on the 18th of January 2024 Update: the fella has now cut his short hair so he now bald and had a white beard. Watch out for this individual he'd rather play make believe security guard rather than the reason he is actually there.

There is a collegue with white hair who keeps following me around. Not sure why they have a guard at the door then someone else following me around. Incredibly uncomfortable will be going to Sainsburys from now on.

I come here Regularly every day for a break , I park in the corner away from anyone and in a safe place but today Mark the guy on click and collect decided to have a go at me for apparently driving fast ? I drive a tiny 1 litre Hyundai , he came up to me saying do you think I'm stupid I hear you wheel skidding and revving your engine ? This is not the way to talk to customers as someone who works in customer service it's just not acceptable to ever take out your frustration on customers , I will go to Waitrose in future if this happens again , The rest of the click and collect staff have always been good as gold never had any issue from Raj the night shift manager and also Afsana is great too , please speak with Mark and ask him not to approach customers in future as his behaviour is detrimental to a good store.Jusy an update I spoke with a Manager Kieran and he was very understanding of what happened and said he will speak to Mark , hopefully going forward this sort of thing won't happen again as it ruined my shopping experience today.

Just been to Tesco's Christmas eve, not much fresh food available, nor smoked salmon, nor a christmas pudding, but the outstanding trolley selection, conveniently located at the front of the store more than made up for the lack of food and made the visit festivally fulfilling - thanks for not taking your eye of the ball Tesco's.

Empty shelves . Very few vegetables. Seems short of staff . Shall go somewhere else . Prices have increased too much . Aldi here we come !

4 year old sick child as cashier !!!!! In a recent visit to Tesco at whitton road Bracknell I was simply stunned to find a 4 year old girl who was apparently the daughter of the cashier manager on the lap of a cashier putting through people's shopping, I had heard the screaming from the child all around the shop so this job was evidently to keep her quiet. She had the most horrendous cough which she was obviously spreading to every customer as well as via touching all their shopping. I'm sure this isn't even legal aside from completely unacceptable and selfish to the elderly customers who may suffer severe consequences of this virus.

i have been shopping in this specific Tesco's over the past 10 years. Usually i know where everything is and it is easy to shop, however recently it has been refurbished and everything has been moved around. I saw that the make section was opposite to the sweets and chocolates. WHAT IS THIS! Honestly i think it’s appalling what they have done some of the isles i can’t even fit my trolley in and it’s just muffled up my shopping experience. bc DONT FIX WHAT ISNT BROKEN!

Not one of their best. All the toilets were out of order apart from one disabled. Most of the staff were miserable. Glad I don't live in the vicinity.

What a great experience today, while leaving the store my carrier bag split and all my food fell out including a bottle of wine, the bottle broke, glass everywhere. Amazingly other customers stopped to help me and the staff where brilliant, they replaced my bag and bottle of wine and told me not to worry as they would clear up 😊😊

So I went to Martins herion to pick my first Christmas tree for my new house for me and my one year old I was soo happy the day I picked it up thought Christmas would be nice with a real Christmas tree well... this was the biggest mistake I ever have made I'm now infested with Aphids now in my home there everywhere its made my Christmas the worst I will be returning my tree tomorrow

Used to shop here all the time but has now gone seriously downhill. Items on the shelves not inputted so won't scan...was told because of this I could not purchase. Prices have gone through the roof, freezers empty, low or no stock. Shelves empty but stock sitting on top waiting to be put on shelves. 4 people on self scan waiting with red lights for staff attention, but only 1 member of staff scanning/checking a customers full trolly. Gone badly downhill....Will be using aldi from now on.

I went to buy som grocery last week at this store . I must thank a wonderful lady working on the store named Sue C for her amazing help . Thank you and God bless everyone on the store.

My partner recently went in to buy some bits and was short of money so went to put one item of tinned mackerel back and the young female member of staff on the self service checkouts offered to pay for the item herself for him. He was quite taken back and was thankful for her generosity as its above and beyond her duty. Even though he turned down her offer he would like to thank you (heather) for offering him this gesture of goodwill. You are so kind. We could do with more staff like you in this day and age. Your amazing.

A very friendly store where all the staff have been so cheerful during the pandemic & worked really hard & remained positive & helpful & a lovely gesture to offer a chocolate on arrival at the store. Plenty of smaller trolleys available without needing a pound coin to assess & plenty of cleaning hygiene stations both outside & inside the store

Usually I find the staff lovely and friendly, but twice now in the space of a week I have been spoken down to by members of staff on the customer service desk. Today I was spoken to as if I was a naughty child by the guy on customer service. I'm a grown woman and do not appreciate being spoken to like that, especially after a very busy day at work myself. I work in customer service and would never speak to a customer like that.

A bit tired looking, but has easy parking and a better selection of rice than Sainsbury's. That's why we went...of course, came back with more than a basket full of other things, so it must have been a good shopping experience 😁!. The lady at the checkout was particularly smiley, which is always a plus!! Would come back.

After using this store for a few years now unfortunately will not returning! After just being accused Aggressively of stealing a hairdryer! I didn't get the guards name as he was making the situation very embarrassing! once the bags was searched and the item was on the receipt there was no apology. I would like to add I'm a bald man and maybe this may have caused suspicion ! But this experience was enough for me! I look forward to new shopping experince at Sainsburys. :)

Staff are always friendly and willing to help I can always find what I need as shelf are alway restocked regularly. I went in on Sunday and bought a microwave not expecting too, and the staff at the till were so helpful with getting the security tag of. Always use my local tesco.

I have been to this Tesco’s all my life but I will now say I will never step foot inside this store again. The IQ of the workers here are very low, Especially the young blonde woman at self checkout, also the Security guard should be sacked on the spot. he is not cut out to be a security guard.

I bought tesco ink cartridge, and they were rubbish, won't refund ink so forced to swap for another. Customer service man friendly and helpful though not his fault. Store needs to sort out the smell, whole place smells of cow manure, have to hold your breath and try not to be sick whilst shopping.

Well with the abysmal reviews I've just read about, very rude staff and given the fact I have a lung disease and cannot wear a mask and have to shop with my husband I shall definitely be giving this store a miss!

I respect the rules of 1 person per a household but I didn’t appreciate being treated like a criminal by a rude security guard as he saw me with my girlfriend. The way he spoke to me was outrageous.

Very terrible experience. Very rude security guard spoke to me in a very intimidating and aggressive manner. Humiliated me in front of other customers as he refused to let me into the shop as he thought I was entering with someone else but we are not from the same household we just said hi to each other. One of the Tesco colleagues realised how ridiculous he was and eventually allowed me into the store. Completely ruined my day. I informed one of the staff Leanne i presume one of the duty managers. She appeared very disinterested and patronised me. She was extremely rude and decided to have a casual chat with one of her colleagues when I was talking to her. Absolutely disgusting customer service from this store.

Disturbed by the lack of face coverings worn by staff (despite a recent July outbreak at the store). The few that were wearing face masks pulled them down to gossip with colleagues. Really disturbing to see. I wont be coming back.

I like this Tesco. But workers dont wear masks. Security watch ppl goin in without masks. I wonder why you need security at all? 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Do not go during Covid!!!! I found out this Tesco has confirmed cases of covid within the workforce, thats only after visiting. There is very little precautions in place, no staff wear masks. There should be signs on the outside letting the public know that there have been positive cases and what they are doing now to prevent further risk to their customers. My advice is to stay clear as its certainly the case that the management do not care for their customers well being.

Very good Tesco's, they do have their ups and downs like any other but the politeness of staff and friendliness down there makes up for it, they sometimes may not have much in stock on some days, but this is not their fault, it's more of the people who panic buy at times but that's been eased off a long time ago

Used the click and collect system - which seemed awesome and the service we got was friendly. However the quality and dating on the food was atrocious and I would urge people to avoid ordering their fresh perishables in this way. One item was already out of date (!) and our Sunday meat went out of date on the Saturday - we did order for a Friday so I don't think it unreasonable to expect a minimum of 3 days as listed on the website. A few of the fruit and veg were mouldy - tomatoes and cucumber. Most frustrating to have to make another trip to another supermarket in this climate - kind of defeated the point.

I went in this evening, Saturday 29th, and the shelves were shockingly bare in places (as they are most days now) but the worst thing were the tills....There was only one staff member working the main tills and the queue was 7 deep....one staff member on the self checkout/self scan and queue 14 deep!!!! This tesco is becoming a joke.....Change of managers recently clearly has not worked!!

A reasonable store. Recently lost fresh deli, meat and fish. Hot chicken and stock control not adequate. Many items not on display, although no doubt in the warehouse .

Friendly and cheerful weekday staff nicest compared with all other local supermarkets locally, strange considering the general manager (who does a great job managing the store by the way) is such a misery guts. More small trollies desperately needed especially during peak times and fresh fruit variety needs to be improved with lychees and starfruit etc. Pricing on shelves is often wrong and they can never be bothered to show the current offers. A new easier entrance to the train platform would be helpful to grab a coffee and breakfast each day.

Nicely managed store and the staff are lovely, you always see management on the shop floor and the shelves are well stocked. The car park and trollies need some TLC, I would love to see a proper Pharmacy in this store due to a general shortage across Bracknell and the Warfield branch is too small and overcrowded also a fresh pizza counter would be good as well. This branch is much quieter probably due to the fact they have very little facilities like a petrol station and Pharmacy. The only other thing which would improve trade would be to have a easily accessable entrance to and from the train station to grab a coffee and food, this would bring hundreds of customers to Tesco every day.

I had a very bad experience in this store and will no longer shop with Tesco due to the manager on duty at the time I went...when I asked for a refund on my shopping because of a issue with the 10p bag I was told to leave the store and not to return in a very rude manner even though I had not raised my voice or caused any scene...don’t shop here

Not the quality I expect,pack of tomatoes bought yestetday and 3 were mouldy when pack opened on the same day.Also a Baton loaf was definitelt not fresh. Shop here weekly but maybe not for longer......Alison Lambert.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Trolleys are old and many of the smaller ones are broken. None appear to have a scanner holder attached as they once used to. They could learn a lesson or two from Waitrose in this department. Many of the most popular staples are missing when shopping on Monday, so this is a day to avoid if you can! On a positive note, the staff are very good particularly in the quick check area. Jane stands out here for her courteous, helpful and patient attitude.

Not too big, not too small. Full range of groceries & many of the hard goods, stationery etc. Pleasant environment and spacious car park. No aluminium foil recycling but can recycle bottles.

I went to Martin's Heron Tesco especially for the special offer on wine. This Tesco sells a better range of wine than my usual Tesco. Successful visit.

Today the store was quiet, all the staff were busy. The shelves were full, I bought some Aberdeen Angus steak mince, as I was looking at other items, an assistant came and removed all the Aberdeen mince dated 3/Aug to be repaired. Very ifficient and pleasing to see half had gone.

Staff are rude and unhelpful and the security don't know the difference between someone who is shopping and from someone who is shoplifting the self service machines are always breaking down and the self scanner are never charged I've had to use 3 different scanners and then I get accused of shoplifting and then banned they haven't heard the last of this matter I advise nobody to use this store it's a absolute joke
