I visited here on Saturday with my daughter in law for a quiet ck coffee. We ordered a skinny latte and caramel latte. It was very quiet and drinks didn’t take too long. When they arrived I had a sip out of what I thought was mine, but it was the caramel latte. We swapped drinks and I was just about to drink it when my daughter in law said don’t it’s toffee nut, thank god I didn’t as I have a serve nut allergy. Not very happy I returned it to the counter, where the girl rudely said that’s what you ordered. I politely told her no I didn’t and that they were lucky I never tried it or they would be calling an ambulance. There was no apology until I said wow not even a sorry. They then bought over the second cup, again it was wrong, they made a caramel latte. Again I took it back and the girl said that’s what you ordered. I corrected her again and again no apology. They then eventually bought the right drink. Terrible customer service, clearly the waitress doesn’t listen to orders. This could have ended very badly if u had taken a drink of the toffee but, will not go there again.

I never had Starbucks before 10 years ago being from another country, and when I had coffe from here, didn't matter where from, I was not impressed, so I haven't been often, maybe once or twice a year. Recently I had to come make the decision to come often to the Starbucks, the one inside Sainsbury's, Bracknell, as it's the best place for me to study in, and I don't know what happened, but the quality of products, of coffee making and serving has gone WAY up, and I LOVE IT!!! The place could be a little bit better cleaned, but I love coming here!!

Close to my partners home so always a stop off for us before a day out. Staff are friendly and very quick especially at busy times like the morning rush. We always get served quick here so we normally don't need to wait longer that 2 mins to get our food or drinks. Always good quality.

Always long queues (20mins) and lately rude staff, especially the short chubby lady with the very short hair. They should put her somewhere that doesn’t require any interaction with customers. Edit: not only the specific employee is rude but also a liar as she claims that clients are swearing at her. Already been reported to the head office

Today, my visit to Starbucks was far from the cozy coffee break I had envisioned. Opting for what seemed like a modest breakfast choice – two coffees, one porridge, one fruit toast, and two portions of egg bites – I was taken aback by the bill. Surprisingly, it exceeded the cost of an English breakfast buffet at a local hotel, which offers a much wider selection and seemingly better value for the money. This price disparity is baffling and frankly unacceptable, especially when considering the cost-effectiveness of other establishments in providing satisfying meals at reasonable prices. Moreover, I anticipate that some might attribute this to inflation, cost of living adjustments, or global conflicts impacting prices. However, this argument falls flat when observing that other businesses manage to offer more for less, maintaining profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. It's evident that value for money is severely lacking at Starbucks, based on today’s experience. Such pricing strategies not only question the justification behind these costs but also significantly diminish the appeal of choosing Starbucks for a casual breakfast outing. Conclusively, I am left with a sour taste, not from the coffee, but from the realization that there are far better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction through value. It's safe to say that my future breakfast ventures will lead me elsewhere, and I encourage others to consider the same. Starbucks, today, you’ve lost a customer who values not just the quality of food but the fairness in pricing.

Dirty sugar area, also no sugar except sweetener of which there were only 8 or so soggy packets. Seeing as they are based within sainsburys, I would have thought they could go and purchase some sugar for their customers... I ended up buying my own sugar. Not the best experience of the recently refurbished store.

The staff show a complete disregard to customers allergens. Thankfully the reaction I have to this allergen isn’t deadly because otherwise today would’ve ended very differently. Incredibly unsatisfied with this experience and will definitely NOT be going back. I will be taking this complaint further because it is absolutely unacceptable.

Today I went in ordered food and two drinks to take away, 5 members of team were behind the counter at that time, the sandwich was whisked away to heat up and the drinks order was taken. The two making drinks were happily chatting away plodding along, the queue slowly slowly going down, my food was handed over almost a full 10 minutes before the two extremely chatty two had finished making my drinks, luckily partly warm cheese is ok with my partner. Would be a better idea to match the food speed with the drinks or make the people making the drinks to step up the game a little at a busy period.

Not acceptable and this place should be closed permanently. By the way, I have given ratings of one star because it isn’t possible to give less!!

Normally get great, friendly service. But Bobi was rude and didn't listen to my order properly. I'd requested two drinks to take out and two croissants to eat in. After taking a while to make our drinks, she gave me drinks in mugs instead of takeout cups. I asked her to please swap the mugs out, to which she responded by asserting "you asked for drink in, not takeout" I corrected her, and as I walked off, my partner saw her give me a funny look. She sloppily transferred the drinks over to takeout cups, and when I asked which was which, she bluntly stated "you've got the labels!". Not happy, terrible manner, does not deserve to be in a service role! I'm just glad her colleagues are nice!

I ordered a vanilla latte and waited 15 mins before I received it ,there was approximately 5 orders before mine to be fair some had food too ,I visit many starbucks throughout London as I maintain some of their hardware and tbh I never see people wait more than 2 to 3 mins and the queues in London especially near the museums etc are rammed with thirsty people ,I'm not blaming the staff here in Bagshot Rd but it's the management that needs to be looked at so the orders can be more speedy and be served food and drink at the same time if these staff were sent to train in London for a week I'm sure they could bring back some great tips to ensure maximum revenue as more speed equals less queues and more time to prepare for the next influx ! I only rated one star so perhaps someone will take notice but the staff get 5 stars ***** I don't mean to moan but we all have busy lives and I don't want to spend a portion of my life waiting for an 'instant ' coffee ,apart from that I would recommend this coffee shop if you like coffee ☕️ 😁

Food is served way before coffee so you have to let it go cold while you wait for your drink. This Starbucks is in Sainsburys and they must have cut down on their heating because its cold everyone keeps their coats on and when the outside door opens you get a blast of cold air. Not very relaxing place to eat and wouldn't recommend purchasing hot food

Stopped by on route to my destination to this coffee shop and Sainsbury's. Served by two great hat wearing guys called Alfie, who was patient with me in ordering and Phill, who served my drink. It was a little busy but still able to get a seat after buying a drink. A good atmosphere and clean, but it probably helps some of the other customers actually make an effort to clean up after themselves. Oat macadamia late is good and tasty with no too many calories. Parking is free for 3 hours at Sainsbury's, and you can enter Starbucks through its entrance in the car park or through the store. This is a minor issue and is common in all sites. I wish the text on the digital sign was bigger and didn't keep cutting to videos as I do not have the best vision.

Staff feel like it's a social convention and enjoy spending time talking amongst themselves rather than actually making the drink you ordered, as I stand here they are discussing last night's frivolity whilst the que grows bigger and my coffee is still yet to be made, generally not surprised anymore with employment issues the way they are, the store I'm the town center from here closed one day due to a staff walk out, typical... Cunning location for a Starbucks–at the exit of a Sainsbury’s Superstore. Everyone staggers out in dire need of a caffeine revival after the stress and tedium overdose of big shopping. The coffee counter fills the same role as a drinks station at a marathon. Nice shop too. Comfortable seats, big windows, relaxation central. All it needs is for someone to appear and massage your shoulders and it would be perfect. I’ve had bad Starbucks experiences; but this branch restored my faith. Coffee is good–I get the one so big it needs two handles. Amazingly jolly gay Asian barista a standout.

I asked for a jug of hot water to go with my expresso and you would have thought I was speaking another language. When the water arrived it was room temperature, I queried this and was told that it came out of the hot water tap and that was all they could do. I suggested they let the tap run for a bit and they reluctant did it again. Still no hot water. It was the attitude that upset me. The staff made me feel uncomfortable I wouldn't go back there. Very disappointed. Not the service I'm used to at Starbucks.

I nipped in at 7:30 the other evening as I do quiet often. I’ve felt on other occasions that making a drink up at this time is an inconvenience for the staff. Despite shutting at 8pm! This time was no exception- 1 member of staff was making drinks for a group of people. The other staff member was at the till I walked up and she walked away to the other staff member - asked him what shall I do? He told her to tell me the tills where down! She came back looked embarrassed and said the tills where down & I couldn’t be served. As I walked away I asked the group how they managed to pay and was told on account! Poor customer service staff clearly didn’t want to serve or had been told not to serve after 7:30! The shutters had been drawn across from the main store and lights where dimmed - there where still people drinking in the cafe. For whatever reason no one was prepared to make drinks beyond 7:30 and the fable excuse of tills down and the way the staff member had to ask what she should say is just weird.

Used to be a great Starbucks until the new manager has come and and most of the staff have changed . I went in for a takeaway coffee to be hardly Acknowledged or spoken to and kept being looked up and down like I was dirt by a short almost bald girl with glasses I didn’t get her name . I was never asked my name or Greeted and only spoke to once . I order a takeaway coffee and asked for Carmel syrup as well and the only thing I was asked the whole time was do you mean syrup in it or on top I said syrup go in it sauce gos on top and I ordered syrup so in it please . I then watched take three orders off the mobile orders printer and put them ahead of my order I had just place so I waited for ages longer despite having already ordered . The staff and service is a joke now they have a new manager and new staff such a shame used to be great

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today My hubby had a burger cooked how he liked it very hot chips I had sirloin steak very tender & med rare as I asked Fries were really nice & lovely & hot Friendly waitress & the restaurant was clean & tidy Emma the manageress greeted us & showed us to our table she’s always lovely It’s local to us so always pleased we enjoy it especially with a 40% of voucher which is always very welcome

We were looking forward to go to Giggling Squid but our First time experience was totally bad in Bracknell branch. No choice of good dishes. Staff was good and polite but service was horrible and late. We gave the full order immediately as were told to eat quickly in 2hours. 30minutes for starters to come, 1.30 hours came the main dishes. My goodness, the food was spicy and kids stayed hungry. The lady said don't rush we won't worry about the other reservation. Sadly didn't get a table immediately in Tang's Chinese hence tried this one. Instead would have been worth to wait for 2 hours there.

Normally 2 really friendly women are serving and they always seem polite. However today, a guy called Nikolai(sp) was serving and he had the rudest attitude. He literally looked me up and down as if I'd said something ridiculous when making an order of 2 drinks and huffed as if I was an inconvenience. Won't bother to pay for a drink as a treat if I'm going to come away feeling like I've done something wrong.
