Normally 2 really friendly women are serving and they always seem polite. However today, a guy called Nikolai(sp) was serving and he had the rudest attitude. He literally looked me up and down as if I'd said something ridiculous when making an order of 2 drinks and huffed as if I was an inconvenience. Won't bother to pay for a drink as a treat if I'm going to come away feeling like I've done something wrong.

Always having a big pleasure to come to this Costa to enjoy my coffee in a very clean and friendly place. Staff are amazing, always helpful and hard working, especially I want to say a big Thank you to Monika, Nadia, Despina and Matt, with perfect skills of a really barista, Well done everyone!!

I am regular coustmer and today I order 1 espresso I found it cold so I back to them and complian she answer in bad way ,and I paid the price again to get another one , her reply was roud.

I popped in this afternoon for small white americano to take away and asked for hot milk but she put so little which spoiled my coffee taste.

Went in to grab a hot chocolate. Served by a very bubbly and happy barista who took my order and made my drink. Was in and out within about 3 minutes. Thank you very much. I will definitely go back to this outlet in the future.

I was in there just after 7am and there was an unusually long queue with me being number 6 at the back. I have to say the service was excellent and quick. There was one barista who was obviously not working that day but she still jumped in to help out. Great work from team this morning... thank you

It says 7pm close but 6 pm all ready closed not happy with that 🤦

The food, drinks and services are typical Costa standard, staff are very friendly and welcoming 😀 when I accompany my wife to Tesco of Martins Herons, this is always been my hangout.

Not a the biggest but certainly not the smallest Costa I've been in, it can get pretty busy at times with long queues. But you can't go wrong with a reward after doing the shopping especially with the Christmas selection on offer now☕

Not a nice service here today! Try and avoid One of the barrista called Francesa, she’s rude and her whole attitude just sucks the life out of the air!! Never met such a ‘can’t be arsed barrista” She burnt the coffee!! Served way too hot!! They need to retrain her or just get rid of her!! She’s definitely not new as seen her a few times and luckily those times I wasn’t served by her!!!Other staff are much nicer when I have visited other times… so if it wasn’t for the other staff this rating would be a 1 star or less!!

Its a coffee shop what do we expect

Coffee is alright but don't buy the food if you have allergies as just like Star buck's the cross contamination is terrible with the display and handling utensils

The Costa at Warfield is much better. Couldn't believe how unhelpful and sarcastic they were.

Great for all you beverage needs

Coffee is very smooth and not as bitter as the other major outlets of a similar size. The seating areas are more spacious as well. Locations also appear to be better for parking too! A definite first choice.

Stale cake AGAIN! Not going there anymore. All the Costas seem to sell yesterday's cakes. Not on when they charge so much.

Stopped off at Costa for a coffee after shopping at Tesco - won't be doing that again - unbelievably slow service, luke warm weak coffee and not even a full cup!! What a rip off! :-(
