Very nice store with coffee shop and Itsu. Always a pleasure to shop here. last night I was looking for an item that wasn't in the freezer because of a fault, and one of the staff went out the back and got it for me.

This is a perfect place to shop! Great groceries and built in places like Costco. I highly suggest it as it even has a pharmacy! Lots of variety and choices.

Best supermarket for variety and price.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful - also a big shout out to Gary who collects the trollies for us customers - he always has a smile and a chat but probably goes unrecognised when coming to praise so well done you and we love your sun hat !!

Absolutely baffled by the one review which said that the toilet or toilets are hard to find. When you walk in there is a huge sign pointing out that the customer toilets are to the left, near Costa Coffee. From there on you cannot move for signs pointing out the toilets. Easy to find so long as you look for the signs they have put up.

Visited earlier today at 9.20am. There were only 5 self-check tills opened, and there was a queue. I asked the staff to open more tills, and she blankly ignored me. What is the additional work for her to open more tills? Just pure laziness. I didn't catch her name, but she had long hair and wearing big-frame glasses.

I have never been so embarrassed in all my life I’m use to racism as a black woman but this was a different level. Firstly I work full time and I had just finished work I went to Tesco sidcup with a voucher when I came to scan it,it would not go through a Karen came over and said the screen shot could not be used however I had used it before and it went through fine. She asked me is that a voucher for free meals assuming that I didn’t work and she also asked if I was from Bromley. I’m just guessing she thinks black ppl don’t live in sidcup. Everyone was staring at me like I was a criminal in the I had to show her the original email. She said a lot of ppl have been scamming these vouchers that’s not to say you are 😏 This level of prejudice is not ok Karen shame on you tesco. Karen needs to attend diversity training 😏

Large car park many blue badge and parent child parking spaces. Large shop deli counters some electrical and clothes section. At time of visiting outdoor plants limited or awaiting stock. Busy but essentially a one stop shop

Rude obnoxious old ladies here that are unable to use common sense. They are also blind as bats, Tesco should comp glasses for their workers

Nice store, don’t come to early as the shelf fillers block the aisles with crates and leave you to work out your circuitous routes

Worst customer service at self checkout on 12/12/2023 at night. Please teach them how to talk to people.

Just had the most unpleasant experience in this store was at till 3 at 18.09 on 06/10/23. The young girl was so rude and very unhelpful, from start to finish.i greeted her and she didn't respond I asked her about a security tag on 2 shirts I was buying and she was just utterly irritated that I had a question about them. I shop here alot and will not be due to the attitude of this staff member. She didn't even tell me my total. I get that some people have other things going on but when at work in a customer service facing role you should expect some questions. Please provide some extra training.

This shop should come with a heath warning once you avoid all the pot holes in the car park and negative the speeding cars you attempt to then enter the shop once in the lights are normally out does anyone change them at all the floors are always slippery with water from the chillers then the wc well everything is ether stuck together with silicone or there's a out of service sign on the door will tesco ever get there the shops maintained to a acceptable standard or do they all just fall apart can someone resolve this before my next visit I will give more feedback as time goes buy to help athers

Good supermarket, really like their food and there is a little Costa!

Great Tesco with plenty if options for produce and polite staff. Only gripe was that the baby changing room did not have a lock on the door and the toilets are quite hard to find.

Late night saviour, more often than once. Fresh food is always good quality, butcher counter has the best selection of meat Vs the shelves. Clubcard holders will get the best deals here

Great place to shop all on one level easy to park your car loads of tills

Really dont know what going on with tesco thesedays, I popped in for a few bits although not from the area i was passing.. Just got home to find the yogurts id bought are 3 days out of date already!!.. As a chef i know this is a massive contravention of the food safety act, there are more than enough staff in these places to carry out basic daily checks.. Its the same in my local Gillingham store, im constantly pointing out to staff that there is out of date food on display (especially in the dairy section) Thats nearly £3 im never gonna get back because im not driving the hour & 30 min round trip to sidcup.. Shocking

Easy access and parking, nice well stocked shop

Not that busy. Could not find everything I needed, generally multi buys on offer or poor quality lately, not good for a single person shop. No butcher - closed. So lost another reason to shop there. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Too much space taken up with shoddy cheap clothing that could be used for essential food. Too much low quality pre packed meat in multiples and not enough good quality. Today chicken looked poor . Labels over meat meaning you cannot see what you're buying. Not a good shop anymore

On 8/10/22 I was stuck in traffic on the motorway for hours with my 7 week old daughter and I had to stop in for some nappies and essentials, both of us were exhausted and I was struggling to shop one handed. At the self service check-out a lovely young man noticed how much I was struggling straight away and offered to help me pack so I asked if he may hold my daughter just so I can get my bits and he gladly agreed. A few customers commented on how kind he was to help and he really helped a mum at a time of need! It made a huge difference at the end of a very stressful night. Thank you so much Haydon you are a super star and I couldn’t thank you enough!

Awful experience recently. Meant to get a delivery 5 days ago. It was returned to store because of a payment issue which I was made to feel was my fault but turns out to be an issue with Worldpay. Rescheduled for 4 days ago but the delivery was delayed because of “technical issues at the store” so I couldn’t guarantee I’d be able to take delivery in the time frame they have me. Rescheduled delivery for later in the day. It just didn’t turn up! A 5th call back to customer services at 8pm to be told it had been returned to store and I’d been refunded! My app says both days food has been delivered. So 5 days in, 9 calls to customer services, 3 hours on the phone and still no answers as to why this happened. I have a delivery scheduled but I’m ready to cancel if I don’t get the reassurance that this is a one off but honestly this is looking unlikely as the manager was meant to call me within 48hours, then between 7&8 Thurs, then between 12&1 Thurs then when he came out of his meeting Friday 😡

WOW. If you need to ask a simple question, like "is there a photo booth in your store", you have to endure a series of questions designed to erode your will to live. Press Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh....

Good supermarket always noticed pleasant staff and service with a smile what I like to see, slightly overpriced but thats all places nowadays, 24 hours which is even better and giving people more variety, don't get too busy here either, lovely cafe aswell never had a bad experience here yet.

Appalling car park logic. Took me half an our to leave the car park!

Absolute chaos due to nearby roadworks , Tesco car park became a total road block taking over an hour to get out of car park and not a single member of Tesco even attempting to relieve any issues. Never again totally avoid

The night manager jacklin or whatever his name is was so rude to me, i came in about 10pm for some food and he started swearing at me for no reason. i asked some of the staff about it and they said he’s new, he even said he would get physical with me i didn’t even do anything i’m so scared to go back to the tescos in the evening/night time.

Store seems bigger, good choices.

Really rubbish experience here that we had to queue 20mins to use the self checkout. The tills are even worse. Only 4 out of 8 self checkout machines are available. Asked the staff and have been told the 4 "broken" machines are down due to software issue. Both of them are on the same side. What a convenient coincidence!

Well what can I say, found some shocking items in my trolly when going through the checkout. I know I did not pick out kippers or tenna men (my fiancée is not yet at that point in life!) How on earth could this have happened!

Quite large as befits a superstore. It includes a pharmacy as well. Plenty of parking outside. Also petrol station.

The best instore bakery for miles around!

I have used this store for many years and I am now moving so couldn't move without a review! Val on ciggies counter, Claude and Sharon on checkout, these ladies are exceptional in every way. A very big thank you to all the staff who do a wonderful job, helpful, and the majority of them lovely, which must also include the Pharmacy who have helped me many times.

Driven there by car. Parking good. Found iitems I wanted easily. Impressed with clothing range. Not sure I like the self scan option. Less jobs for people.

Great shopping, shame Tesco's don't look after customers who fall over badly cut there head/ hand and think biscuits would cover the pain and suffering. Bad Tesco

Decent size shop with clothes and electrical items which was good

Decent store for food items but don't bother for clothes as it's too small for a good selection, they'd be better off using that space for something else! Decent selection of all sorts of food including a small Polish section. Car park is a decent size as are the spaces, you can get in and out of your car. They've recently added electric car chargers which you can use for free, there are 6 spots towards the spaces further away so less likely to get ICE'd if busy. They only need to figure out what to do about the electric taxi and van drivers who park for hours reading their newspapers but don't actually shop in Tesco.

Excellent customer service in this store. I've been shopping here for couple of years now - Switched from Sainsbury's and now I won't shop anywhere else. Staff are always happy. They are happy to serve you and it's genuine. Today I was talking to my mum about there not being any talc and a lovely lady called Gina on H&B aisle heard us and took us to another brand and explained how nice it was and the price etc....she didn't have to as we didn't ask her. The speed of items put through on the checkouts is just enough for customer and staff member to finish together. It's not rushed and piling up so you don't feel pressured to rush the packing. Well done Tesco Sidcup..... keep it up. I don't want to have to change where I shop.👏👏👏👏👏

The staff Wasn't helpful or friendly, infect rude

Good prices here but I must complain about the quality of the fresh fruit and veg. An onion and two satsumas that I bought today were gone off. Upsetting because I hate food waste.

Person on till was rude, No eye contact, the only work said was "yes" when I asked a question.

If it says open 24 h from monday to Saturday why are you closed at night? False advertising that makes people lose precious time and money out of their f ed up lives by Covid. Glad I use Tesco so seldom now.

Have been so impressed from the start of lockdown with the way the store has arranged shopping in a safe environment. The staff have been efficient and friendly

Some of the staff are delightful however the blonde woman on the till treated me like I couldn’t speak English and told me where to stand with such candid attitude. That Front line worker has let the attention gone to their head. Don’t come here if you’re normal

Pharmacy staff need lessons in customer service. Prescription sent down electronically by Gp in the morning but the staff saying it hadn't arrived by 5.30pm even though I had called and checked hours earlier

It's the nearest Tesco Superstore. Parking usually ok.

Lots of parking available and long open times. People drive the wrong way because they can't read the one way signs though. It's the biggest type of Tesco so it sells lots of stuff.

A few days ago I decided to pop over to Tesco pharmacy as I could not bare to wait any longer to get an appointment with my GP. For one unknown reason I had a rash developing on my neck and despite how much cream I applied it remained dry and continue to spread. However, when I showed the rash to the pharmacist he diagnosed it as dermatitis. He recommended a steroid cream called Eumovate. The advice was to use it twice a day until the symptoms resolved. He stated if I didn't the symptoms would worsen and potential leave a scare. After two days the symptoms resolved, thanks to an amazing pharmacist.
