Not nice People and do not deserve anymore order

First time ordering but it won’t be our last! Really delicious food, arrived quickly and piping hot! Really happy to find a lovely takeaway right in our doorstep!

Brilliant Indian take out, free delivery orders over £20.00, plus free veg dish if you spend over £20 I think. They always arrive on time, food hot and freshly cooked. They are also courteous and friendly over the phone.what more can I say.

Regular customer for months and the food just gets better every time. The curries are cooked to perfection and the kebab rolls are so cheap and filling! Great service and prompt delivery.

Staff were really nice and friendly. Probably the best Indian food that my family had. My children loved it. Will definitely be back.

We have used this curry house for many years now. I have never had a bad experience, thay are great on the phone really friendly, delivery is exactly when you ask it to be and the food is fabulous, always hot and cooked to perfection.need I say more!

Food is nice on the whole but it depends on what curry you get as some curries are bulked out with too much onion.

Has to be one of the best Indian takeaways we’ve had in months. Meats were cooked to perfection. We had chicken shaslik, a lamb dish and king prawn damsak. Very tasty, thank you. 😊

This has to be the worst Indian take away I have ever had .. parts of the order missing ? The poppadoms where stale , the lamb bunha was just awful .. no flavour !! .. avoid like the clap.

Just tried the Chicken Kalia really good but not sure if it goes with lemon rice, will try keema rice next time. My partner had Naga Chicken but said it had too much onion this time which she said spoilt it, rice's were good.

I stopped using this take away last year following dispute of overcharging, after reviewing I thought I would give it another go...big mistake...same old problems...pure arrogance from all concerned.. overcharging seems to be the norm here, so be very aware of how they charge you. The spice lounge is probably a better restaurant all round.

Ordered two chicken tandoori masala madras hot and rice. Arrived quickly to the house , piping hot and very, very good. Thoroughly recommend Biggin hill spice. They do a great tandoori wrap too. Lovely delivery person too. Thankyou Biggin hill spice

This is the best curry shop in Biggin Hill. Prices are reasonable. I've never had a bad curry from this place either. Keep this up guys.

Have just had our first curry from Biggin Hill Spice. Ordered easily on line and collected and was ready within 20 minutes. Easy to collect, very friendly. The food was absolutely superb. All hot and everything as ordered. We had popadoms and main courses with rice and nan bread. Plenty of food. Absolutely delicious and will definately return.

Just had yet another takeaway from Biggin Hill Spice and, yet again, it was superb. I had the Garlic Chicken Bhuna, my wife had a vegetable Balti. A bhindi (okra) was the side with a very coconutty peshwari naan as the bread. When it first opened I was really disappointed but the Biggin Hill Spoice certainly delivers now. Well recommended,.

We had a Friday night take away, we weren't sure what to think initially but we ordered 2 mains, 2 naan and a side which were all fabulous. Very tasty and not heavy or greasy. Would defo use again.

Just had a take away, absolutely perfect perfect! Gorgeous! Thankyou guys. It was a delivery, which I ordered online and paid for by card. Booked a time, it was 20 mins late, but that’s fine, they must be busy at this time. My only criticism would be the popudoms, bit smashed up, and stale? But a great curry, thank you guys.

We have been ordering from Biggin Hill Spice for a number of years now and not only have we never had a problem but the last order was amazing. Tasty and delivered promptly.

Had a few deliveries from this establishment as recommended by friends and had been happy. Third time around the chicken didn’t taste like chicken, next day stomach cramp central. Never ever again are we ordering from here again and a level 3 cleanliness as well. NO THANKS!!

I don't like to give negative feedback but unfortunately my experience with them was bad. We ordered two lamb dishes, it was like chewing hubba bubba! The meat definitely didn't taste fresh, I would say it was the left overs from the previous night. I'm all for supporting local buisness but I won't be going back there.

Inedible. Never left a review on Google and was a regular but having a bhuna and a rogan with lamb that was so bad we couldn't swallow it, and were exactly the same dish, has brought me here. Bhaji wasn't fully cooked, but the lamb was horrific. Phoned to complain and was offered money off next time, no replacement of an appalling order. Having just dropped 30 quid on a family dinner of rice I won't be taking that risk thanks. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Probably the best Curry takeaway in Biggin Hill. Yes there are others but consistently this takeaway has delivered within a reasonable time scale and the food is always good. I know it's a matter of taste and quality for me this place ticks the boxes.

Food was disgusting. Curry was like soup and had no flavour what so ever infact the marmite toast i eat for breakfast this morn had more spice. If i could give a 0 star then i would. The only recommending i would do is recommend you go elsewhere.

Ordered 2 separate deliveries to the same house. (Forgot a couple of dishes). First order took over an hour to get here. Delivery time was 45 minutes! Stone cold! 4 Currys and 3 rices, all of which was cold! Naan breads, again cold! Chewy as hell! Burnt. Popadoms raw in the middle! Overall all first order was bad! Second order came, again cold. Chips had some kinds of burnt crispy meat pieces in the bag! Ordered tandoori salmon... the salmon was white, hard and cold! Did not smell or look like salmon at all! God knows what meat I was served! Obviously didn't even risk trying it! Lamb tandoori was smothered in salt and could taste the lamb at all! Not one meal was eaten! We phoned up and complained the first person to take the call was rude, aggressive and accused us of lying! The second (possibly manager) was also rude and aggressive! That was a £50 order that went in the bin and we didn't even get an apology!

Service a bit on the slow side but they were fairly busy. Food was okay- just not any better. Bog standard curry restaurant with no stand outs to get you back. One of our party ordered a cocktail (on the drinks menu) but told not available today!😏

I ordered a meal for 2 people for delivery. I was informed it would be delivered between 45 minutes to 1 hour. I phoned again after an hour and was told the delivery was en route. After another 20 minutes we made another call and was assured our food was soon to be delivered and hot. On arrival it was stone cold. We explained we had no microwave to reheat. The driver refused our payment and left the food. After a couple of minutes, while putting the food in my oven the driver knocked on the food and asked for the food back!!We phoned again and was told there was nothing they could do about it.Terrible customer service, no apology !!! Won’t be using this place again

This little establishment is without doubt the best curry around. The food is always of consistent quality, not swimming in ghee, good size portions, and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Really good takeaway. Had chicken dhansak and chicken masala with rice and naan. It was for 6 of us on 4th September . It was delivered to us quickly, arrived hot and lovely service. Very impressed. Thankyou we will be using you in future.

Have been getting takeaways from here for over a year now and have yet to have a bad experience from them. The price of food is so surprising when compared to the fantastic quality and quantity of food. Really enjoy and will continue to use.

Had a lovely meal from Biggin Hill Spice Chicken tikka wrap Yum!So much food for such a cheap price We enjoyed a chicken vindaloo, mushroom rice, saag paneer, Bombay potatoes won’t with a chicken tikka wrap. Absolutely delicious! Also the price is so reasonable all that for £18! Absolute bargain

We've been using this as our go to Curry House for a while now. The food is good with a variety of dishes including vegetarian. I've also been using their delivery service which has never let me down, if anything they tend to deliver early. The food varies slightly but in general is excellent. I haven't tried ordering online but I've heard it works.

It’s a shame that others have revived a poor service but from our perspective it’s a regular weekend treat. We had it again last night and can’t fault them. Free side offer is great. Food is good quality and flavoursome. Good portions and service always polite. Will be back next weekend for same again!

Rude staff when I called to say we were missing a dish and that the Dahl was very runny he asked me if I had finished! He also said "if you dont want a runny Dahl you need to ask for it!" Incredibly rude, I asked for his name but he would not give it to me, didn't really care, and he's a liability to the business, they are losing customers! We will not be ordering from them again.

Had a take away firstly our free dish was missing even after requesting it, the Dahl was so runny I could of drank it with a small straw, also the veg curry was awful, I asked for it to be spicy but it was tasteless, I called them to tell them when I had finished the man on the phone said " have you quite finished"? He was so rude, when I asked for his name he would not give it to me, I will never eat from there again as their attitude stinks, they will not rectify and problems at all, so do not care about their customers obviously!

Incredibly rude and confrontational on the phone! This is no way to run a business! Tarka Dall was like runny slop, the free dish was not delivered and a vegetable dish was not as requested. Appalling customer service. Definitely would not use again! Not even worthy of the one star I am forced to give them!

They made me wait 50 min before telling me that they will not come and hung the phone on my face!! awful attitude and terrible way of managing a business! I would give them 0 stars if i could! not that they will care!!! also in the website they said free delivery on orders over £10 but on the phone they basically called me a lier although I was looking directly at their website on the screen!! they have clearly they changed it to £15 for a free delivery and fail to update the website. how frustrating !!!

Absolutely rubbish service !the man on the phone was so so rude never ever using this take away service again

Taking 1hr and 4omins to deliver apparently due to traffic on the main road being bad. So I took my bike up to main road and there was no traffic what so ever. They lie on the phone as to when it's arriving telling me driver is ten minutes away and still waiting half hour later.

Great Indian takeaway - restaurant quality meals at take way prices!! The food is really good - You need to give it a try! keep it up Biggin Spice - definitely the best Indian around !! Give them a go !!!!

Poor service, never coming back again

Great service with Home Delivery: food still piping hot on arrival, despite driver taking a couple of wrong turns trying to find our house in the dark. Will be using them again.
