Tesco Family Dining Café in Rochdale

Been there a few times with family or friends and every single time, it lacked quality and taste. Just wasn’t anywhere as good as others on the same road. Seating is nice but the desserts are so poor and not worth the money.

Booked in here today for food. . Not been in this pub for many years and we weren’t sure what to expect. We weren’t disappointed. Has been redecorated and looks great , food was lovely , homemade ( even the chips) We opted for steak baguettes and burgers . All presented well. Saw the Sunday lunch which also looked lovely . Met the new landlord , really friendly and clearly knows what he is doing and has some great plans for the pub. Live music which was also great. Really nice outside space too. All in all a great first visit , we will definitely be back . PS food hygiene rating of 5 which is always good !

Sick of this particular costa getting my order wrong all the time!! Ordered a maple hazel latte which is meant to come with cream and topping.. got a plaint maple latte?!! Order peach ice tea and I got 3 ice cubes I. The whole cup!!!! Peach ice tea was piping hot- the clue is in the name!!! Staff definitely need more training in n how to brew up!!

Just tried to eat here Saturday early evening. Seemed busy but plenty of tables to sit at. After waiting 40 minutes for our food to arrive I went to ask and was told there would be another 40 minute wait. Ridiculous! 5 minutes later we enjoyed fish and chips from across the road. Also, avoid the iced coffee they're advertising. Terrible coffee and not iced coffee. Coffee with ice in it, which melted in 5 minutes. Ladies toilets had dirty toilet paper in the sinks and no soap. I rarely give a 1 star review but I will not be coming back again.

Whether it was an over busy night but burger burnt and dry as a bone, very disappointing. Starter a strange combination of hoisin duck spring roll with curry dip, not nice, my own fault though as I thought it read plum sauce. Slow service as well.
