Very attentive cheery service, Lovely coffees but bacon roll? All the lovely breads available in the bakery and got given the stodgiest doughy white soft roll that could be found. Won’t bother again. How can you make a mess up with that? Needs addressing

This is the best Tesco cafe in Addlestone. Lots of variety in menu for both vegetarians & non veg. Food always served hot and well presented. Staff is very friendly, professional & hardworking. Cafe is very clean. The manager Crina & her team Walter , Jacob & others chef etc all have really good vibe. Which adds to the cafe the fresh energy it needs. Over all ambience is very chill , fresh & relaxing. A good place to rejuvenate. We come here solo, as couple & with family. Even on tesco cafes busiest days you don’t get disappointed with food. Very good service.

not only did we wait 10 minutes for someone to finally notice we are waiting to be server the lack of dietary needed products where awful. They don’t do any gluten free products what affected other people queuing. after deciding what to eat i was going to do for a millionaire shortbread that’s until i saw a fly comfortably making home on it. i know it is cheap and cheerful but basic hygiene should be included with no second thought. when i told the woman working about the fly she went ‘oh no. more fly’s one them’ safe to say won’t be eating there again.

Went to visit my local Tesco cafe for a bite to eat at 2pm. The cafe closes at 3pm. Was left waiting for 7mins at the counter whilst the staff were all chatting in the back before someone came out, went to order and was told at 2.07pm that tbh e kitchen was closed. No sign, no apology, nothing.

I always find the service in the upstairs cafe very very poor. I mean I know its Tesco and all and probably shouldn't be expecting the best but it's not hard to smile once in a while or to actually have someone on the front to serve instead of a bell. When you do ring that bell they come out looking appalled that you ring it. I'm in here having breakfast now and it took 10 mins to get served, a lady called andrea peered out twice, looked straight at me then disappeared again so she could finish her conversation with whoever was in the kitchen 🤦♂️.

My wife and I visited the Cafe upstairs today at about 3.15 for a late lunch. The solitary staff member could see us waiting to be served at the counter but she chose instead to continue what she must consider to be the far more important tasks of stacking cups and re-stocking the cutlery. When she finally deigned to serve us she was only able to offer us 2 or 3 unappetising rejects left over from lunch, with a take it or leave it attitude and no hint of an apology for keeping us waiting or for the limited food options. We chose to leave it, and won't be hurrying back.

If I could rate this a -1 then I would. I visited today at 12.15pm looking for a meal rather than a light bite as I was hungry. I was 3rd in the queue and it took 15 minutes to be served because there was only 1 server, a very slow youngster. I asked for the chicken tikka masala, rice and nan only to be told there wasn't any rice. In a huge superstore. At 12.15pm. I was offered chips but didn't get a nan offered as well. This, with a coffee, cost over £8. When I went to eat my meal, it was stone cold. I didn't eat it. To say I am not impressed is an understatement. Tesco, you need to look after your customers more than you look after your profit margin.

This is a Harris and hoole(?) cafe not bad but compared to a normal Tesco’s cafe the prices are higher for similar quality.....

(09:00 am) Although the prices are similar to central London prices, the friendly staff and knowledge about the food on offer makes up for this. Being vegetarian the breakfast, to my tastes, was a bit limited however the lady who took my order was very helpful and even took time to explain possible vegan options. Also eating alone was fine as several customers doing the same, felt very comfortable. Also family friendly. Very good experience all round and would recommend 🙂☕️

This cafe is a bit of a disappointment. Nothing exciting on offer and not particularly cheap either. Perhaps the management is trying to encourage us to use the very expensive coffee concession on the ground floor?

Nothing of excellance will make you remember of this spot, but the location within Tesco, the possibility of parking and close distance to all Addlestone services make it a local hub for an easy going breakfast, lunch or tea/coffee break.

Pretty terrible place, this is the Tesco cafe upstairs, not the coffee place downstairs, the tables were dirty, chairs uncomfortable, place was cold and food was terrible quality, service wasn't great and the girl taking the money at the til was also handling food which just isn't right. I wouldn't come back here again

This is a branch of that small chain Harris & Hoole. The coffee they use for their espresso is really distinctive. A real gem for coffee lovers.

Tesco cafe is located at the far end of the first floor above the main Tesco store. Very much a canteen culture queue up food is placed on your tray and you pay at the till at the end. all food is prepared and very tired. when we went there was not much choice. The food was edible but not much more. Free Wi Fi was advertised but we asked two members of staff for the password and they did not know or try and find out, We found the staff to be most unhelpful. The tables were not cleaned regularly. The only reason we did not give it the bottom rating was the price of the food was cheap. However we would not eat here again but maybe alright for just a drink of coffee or tea.

Really poor experience. Ended up coming here from The Cliff and it’s always been a really great experience. A lady at the door told us that there was another bar open which I didn’t hear so I confirmed with the lady who then became verbally abusive when I said “thank you”. She then had her cronies follow me and my party to where they recommended which was Annie’s Attic. I actually really like this bar but I’m not coming back because of the issues presented. I and we have been coming here for years, not any more. Contact us to change our mind? Or not, thanks. Rude? Yes she was. Confrontational? Yes she was. Horrid in terms of customer service? Yes she was. Bye.

A post-walk Fish and Chips with a large glass of organic red with our dog in the bar area doesn’t get more perfect.

Excellent service, quality products. While visiting family and staying in a nearby hotel, this place was our morning breakfast and coffee. The friendly staff worked quickly to keep lines to a minimum, as many locals dropped in for a coffee to go. There is comfortable seating inside and outside, and the staff didn’t rush anyone away. I was there many times in a few days.

We were booked for Josie's 14th birthday in April 2023. What a LOVELY venue. Easy to find in the centre of Chertsey, access was really easy from the rear of the premises, helped by the lift (so really helpful for disabled users) The interior was clean with optimum facilities and hospitality equipment and all had a great time. We would so recommend this location to anyone looking to have their party and function in the Runnymede Area. 11 out of 10 for a wonderful experience
