Tesco Cafe in Canterbury

Got very sick from a ham and cheese roll. Ecoli poisoning. Staff slow, cafe very plain, food overpriced for what you get

The order didn’t have all the items I paid for.

Thinking we will not be going here for breakfast anymore. Tho the food is nice and hot , we usually go for breakfast. My partner doesn't eat beans so always asks for no beans and before and quite recently he's been offered something in its place. Well not anymore apparently. So he is being charged for something he didn't have in effect. Also the only brown sauce being offered is the low salt one. He asked for a sachet of normal brown sauce and was told they didn't have any so he went into the supermarket and brought a bottle of brown sauce. Think it's time to find a better establishment for our breakfast treat.

food was cold and just left on my doorstep which isn’t my front door! buzzed my flat but i’m disabled so i had to go to front door and leave my flat to get the food! also my hot chocolate was missing.

had breakfast here the other day i was very impressed with how quick the service was, and how tasty the food was some places taste like rubber but this was tasty, sam an ruby i think there names were was very helpful, it was clean and very welcoming i shall be returning please keep up with the good work 💪🏻💪🏻

Visited the store over the weekend and wasn't exactly pleased with my experience at Tesco Café. Went for breakfast and the dinner itself was nice and fresh. However the tables were disgusting and you're expected to clean the table yourself. Which I don't mind because at least you know its cleaned. Then the café is covered in dead flys which really puts a downer and a disgusting atmosphere on the place. Hygiene is definitely not up to scratch and I doubt it gets cleaned at all. Won't be returning it's disgusting and not somewhere you would want to sit down and eat as once I double checked and looked I was gone, up and left.

Very friendly staff - Karen in particular. Tasty, prompt & reasonably priced cooked breakfast. Lovely!

Nice friendly staff who are always welcoming and helpful. The food is always served promptly and is of a good standard and hot.

Tesco Cafe has had a refurb and make- over which has made it a lot cleaner looking and spacious. It has a new menu with some very nice options. A nice place to finish off your shopping. Quick service and a good price.

BREAKFAST - Abit mean with the Baked Bean Portion and only one Rasher of Bacon .... Overal a reasonably good Breakfast 🙂

Super convenient and cheap cafe food/drink. Great for going on a shop in Tesco itself afterwards.

Staff very helpful, created a vegan breakfast for us.

Had 2 very good hot chocolates and we're very reasonably priced. My son was made a special one that was warm with cream marshmallows and a gingerbread man. We felt very welcomed

It's a Costa. I would rate it more but the new manager fella put me off, I'd hate to work for him! He's not mean, just full on. Also it's full of yummy mummies and their offspring and they make me want to gouge my ear and eyes out. Used to be a great place to take your laptop and work.

The cafe is ok. It's generic catering food standard at a reasonable price. Being in the store it always feels busy and impersonal

Food was lovely.. Drinks not so much ordered 2 hot chocolates and have never had a bad 1 from anywhere these were horrible.. Very bitter even after adding sugar which I never do.. Toffee popcorn frappe however was lovely.. So we swapped a hot chocolate for a second frappe which upon arrival was like Milk and water mixed. Showed the difference between the 2 to man behind counter and he looked annoyed and thicken it for us. Also made a replacement hot chocolate which was even worse than the first 2.. Will not be coming again for awhile.. Staff may just need more training but was not impressed.. All 3 staff look fed up and like they don't wish to be here no smiles or apologys given..
