Great place good value for money food and friendly service

This cafe needs a thorough clean and redecorating it looks shabby and dirty

The dark hair lady who served us was friendly. Sadly the brined hair lady making the coffee needs practice and customer service traing. Coffee was not hot and weak yuk

The food was delicious and the staff there were gems. They were super friendly and sweet, and really made our day a great start.

Excellent value fish and chips here certainly better than most fish shops surprisingly...! Very nice and cheerful staff......😊

Food is usually reasonable at a reasonable price. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. At the end of the day, it's a café so the atmosphere will depend on who you are with rather than who else is there.

It all started badly when I picked up 2 forks & 2 knives for a teacake and some waffles only to have one aggressively taken back from the tray by the lady at the till who snapped “you don’t need a fork for the tea cake.” I took 2 forks to allow swapsies! Rude. The food was delivered by a young smiley chap but an altogether disappointing experience.

Meet up for breakfast in Cirencester, the cafe was busy with a nice atmosphere. The staff behind the counter were friendly and happy to advise on the options available, all with reasonable prices. Two breakfast were bought out from the kitchen by a lady who made the breakfast, length of everything and all cooked perfectly. After a few minutes the lady returned to ask if everything was ok, it was nice to see a staff member seeing if the customer was happy with everything, she was happy, helpful and always smiling, clearly caring about the customers that she was cooking for. Not only is the breakfast great value here but seeing the staff are happy and caring about their service to the customers, encourages you to return! We thanked the lady behind the till when leaving and asked the ladies name that was in the kitchen. So, just so you know Tesco, Frances is a real credit to your cafe team and should be praised for her enthusiasm.

Staff are extremely friendly and always make you feel welcome and valued as a customer. The food quality is good and their coffees are lovely and a decent size! They offer a range of food at good prices in comfortable surroundings.

One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had from a supermarket. It's best not to pick up clean cups like they're dirty beer glasses though. Don't put your fingers in the clean coffee cups before serving 🤦🏻‍♂️

I enjoyed an early lunch here today. The cafe was clean in places. Staff happy and helpful. Prices are varied with the most expensive item being about £8.00 Coffee was delicious. Centrally located within tesco (centre of the store at the front). You can also access the cafe from outside. Toilets are located to the side of the cafe, through a door and along a corridor. There is also a hatch for take away coffee as you exit checkouts. A small variety of vegetarian options available.

Ham and cheese toasty heated up in a microwave. Not toasty at all, but soggy and wet. Panini, was not a panini either. Wasn’t squashed it was just chibatta bread.

Rated 0 Awful food served by unhygienic staff. You’re better off eating out of a bin. Why would people eat this cheap processed junk

Tasty food,lost a star due to very small portions but what we did have was tasty.

Went in here to have dinner with my mum and the food was great! Good staff on the till friendly and helpful and a quick wait for food. Lovely food and amazing staff!

The breakfast order had to be recooked as it was wrong. The poached eggs were tiny (as were the wrongly cooked ones)! Looked more like a pigeon egg than a chicken egg. The toast was only medium sliced, not thick sliced. All in all very poor for what was paid. Next breakfast will be elsewhere - there are far better nearby deals for Breakfast with unlimited quantities and drinks.

Visited with my children during the Easter half term. Food was lovely. Even the fussy kids thought so too. Service was great. Very attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Arrived after closing time but rather than stating they were closed, offered me a delicious chicken burger, chips and tea. Superb effort!

Carpark, 3hrs max, plenty of space. Stopped in cafe for sconces and coffee, coffee was "ok", friendly staff, plenty of space, sanitizer available at entrance.

very busy which was great to see, staff moody and miserable, food came out cold and hard poached egg which made the food not enjoyable.

Had breakfast here this morning, very friendly staff and also clean. The food was cooked to order and was hot. The only bad point was the sausages, not good. Best Tesco breakfast I have had for a while.

A nice large store with cafe, plus fuel station adjacent & ample free customer parking that has a great range of fresh, frozen & tinned food, plus various drinks & beverages including alcohol, tobacco, newspapers & magazines, clothing & footwear, household goods plus much more with helpful staff to assist you with any issues you may have whilst shopping in-store, i had the cooked breakfast with a cup of coffee which was NOT fresh or Hot like advertised but was still tasty.

Horrible! ! . Desde el momento en que nos atendió una joven que realmente estaba de mal humor. ¡Me sentí mal por molestarla y obligarla a hacer su trabajo! ! . Hasta el momento en que obtuvimos nuestra comida, sabía que deberíamos habernos ido. Las mesas sucias en todas partes no estaban ocupadas, la joven no parecía molestarse. El cocinero que se podía ver a través de la escotilla se veía igual de molesto. La comida se cocinaba en microondas hasta más allá de lo comestible. Los huevos eran como goma, tocino de alubias blandas que no era reconocible para las salchichas que parecían algo que no alimentarías al perro. Hágase un favor y no se moleste. ¡Ni siquiera hagas contacto visual con el personal al pasar por miedo a que te conviertas en piedra! .

Ordered a all day breakfast at 3.30pm only to be served over cooked food that's been sat around for hours.

Mi compañero y yo visitamos este café después de un breve viaje de compras en tesco para el almuerzo. Mi compañero pidió un americano blanco y la sopa de tomate y albahaca, mientras que yo tenía un chocolate caliente y el queso macarrones. Tengo que decir que, en la primera impresión, el café estaba muy desordenado y, obviamente, no se había limpiado desde su apertura. Nuestras bebidas eran agradables, y la sopa de mi pareja era, en sus palabras, "genial". Mi queso macarrones era muy normal. Había venido con el condimento en la parte superior, que no se había aclarado en la descripción, y venía con pan blanco tostado, no con el "ciabatta de ajo caliente" que había descrito. El personal estaba bien, aunque no era particularmente útil o agradable. Está bien para bebidas y pastel, pero tengo que decir que no volveré a comer aquí.

¡No entiendo cómo este café tiene éxito!En la mayoría de los casos, el personal que tienen es bastante inconsciente del frente de la casa. Las mesas no se borran. El piso, los asientos y las mesas están sucios. Podría ser mucho mejor, si a alguien le importara.

This is a nice little cafe within Tesco supermarket selling a good range of hot & cold food as well as well made beverages, the staff are helpful and quite friendly too.

Visited here, with my partner, on a Saturday morning, and ordered a full English breakfast, a vegetarian full English breakfast, a large coffee and a green tea all for £14.30. The café was clean and fairly busy. When we placed our order my partner asked if he could swap a hash brown for a tomato, and nothing was too much trouble. You help yourself to condiments and the food is brought to you. The food was very well cooked with no grease to be seen. Good value for money and well recommended.

First time at a Tesco Café. Eggs Benedict was good, though the yolks could have been a little runnier. Cappuccino was ok, but not the best. My friend was disappointed that they had no hot chocolate left.
