On a very wet day walking from the Corinium Museum the warmth and busyness of Keith's was attracting quite a few people. Quick and efficient service of coffee and cake/scone, and a lot more tables available than you can see from the street. Very wide selection of speciality teas and coffees on offer, together with attractive containers.

Older female member of staff (auburn type hair) was extremely rude to my mum just for asking ME where she should order from. The reason she had to ask is she was left stood at the counter and the 2 members of staff didn't once acknowledge her standing there. The lady butted in with "I will serve you when I'm ready!" In a really aggressive and rude manner. We left without ordering and won't be returning. You just don't speak to people like that, you never know what people are going through, being kind and courteous costs nothing and it was embarrassing.

A nice very busy cafe . Lots of interesting items around and are sold . Upstairs eating area too . Menu with a good variety of food . Good coffees too . Asked for my coffee to be served with my breakfast as I like to enjoy hot coffee with my breakfast but came before so I was a little disappointed 😞

I ordered an iced latte but they give me iced Americano. I don’t mind the counter made mistakes because everyone does. The problem is, when I told them they give me the wrong order, the waitress just said: “no, you ordered iced Americano”. Next time, “I am sorry to give you the wrong coffee” maybe the better answer.

We came for cream tea and didn’t realize they were closing soon, but they let us finish our meal without any pressure to rush. The tea was good and the pot was quite big, but we ran out before we finished our scones. I asked for a top-up of hot water, and it wasn’t a problem at all.

We used to love Keith’s and hadn’t been in a while so decided to go in. The woman on the till was very rude with a sharp tone of voice. After asking about the cakes and my mum went to select one and I was left with the woman. Unfortunately for her I saw her lip curl up and her expression on her face. Shame she couldn’t be friendlier. Maybe she was having a bad day but you shouldn’t inflict that on patrons. The atmosphere was lacking to be honest. Don’t be fooled, it’s no longer Keith’s. The only redeeming part was a young girl who brought out our order. She was very polite and kind.

Very expensive, poor quality coffee and stale cake. Staff seem uninterested and unfriendly. Lots of tables hadn’t been cleaned properly. This place used to be great and characterful. Not anymore. Staff are curt and not that friendly. Can’t recommend and won’t be returning.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! The staff and in particular the woman behind the counter should not be in the customer service business, that or they should attend remedial training in how to welcome customers. I am appalled at the way that we were treated for merely trying to patronize their business. I will never step foot in this place again and I will gladly discourage others from giving their business to such a discourteous establishment.

Coffee shop itself is nice but spoilt by one or two extremely unfriendly and curt members of staff. Whilst the coffee is usually good, it is the most expensive in the area! the food looked lovely, if a little overpriced. when asked if i had a table number i said no but before i could explain that i would order to take away if possible, the woman serving offered me a lecture on how “important” it is to have a table number since it was starting to get busy. no thanks, lady. work on your condescending tone (i can see from other reviews you’ve done it before) because it’s not what you said, it’s how you said it. took my business elsewhere.

Great busy little cafe with tasty cakes and hot coffee. It’s a great stop for a drink, and there are lots of tables, but it’s often very busy so getting a table is hit or miss. The cafe also stocks hundreds of gift ideas, almost too much stock for the shop and can be a bit overwhelming given the sheer number of biscuits, chocolates and gists on sale. But it’s a well run cafe and worth a visit.

Seriously? 7 pounds for enough tea for 2 people! Every place we have been in England has charged 3.50 pounds for a large pot of tea that was enough for 2 cups each for my wife and I. So, I order a pot of tea here for 3.50 pounds and when it arrived at out table, it’s a small pot. Server asks if we only wanted one pot (tea for one) since my wife and I had both ordered a bite to eat. No, tea for 2 people I stated. Go to get more tea and I’m charged another 3.50 for a second small pot. Nowhere in England or Scotland did we pay 7 pounds for tea for 2. You must be kidding me!

We came here as an ad hoc as we usually go to Cotes next door, but we were unable to get a table as had not pre booked & were a chef short, so we took a punt on Keith's. Sausage could have been browned more, was hot just had no colour. The Toast was disappointing, was not given a choice, we only like White, when I enquired while we were waiting for the breakfast, I was informed that it is Granary, said we would prefer white, told that we only do Granary which is a nice soft bread. When nut arrived, it had very little colour to it & was as hard as rock! At no point did anyone ask if our meals were OK, not even a goodbye when we left. Shall not be returning ever again. Cotes, we will be back to you again shortly for a properly cooked breakfast.

We literally stumbled across this coffee shop whilst looking for something to eat. We had a lovely welcome and found a seat in the window. It was amazing inside, bright and airy, plenty of room. There was an amazing array of loose leaf teas and coffee beans. The menu was excellant, breakfasts lunches, sandwiches, baked potatoes and more. We decided on the ham sandwich, we were glad we did, it was packed with ham( my friend had cheese in hers) on beautifully fresh seeded bread . It came with coleslaw and a dressed salad. My friend had Earl Grey tea and said it ranked as one if the best. I had a weak oat milk cappucino. There was also an array of treats to buy from biscuits and chocolate to preserves and dog treats. Our dog was given a bowl of water and a fuss. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and time here, the atmosphere was perfect as were all the staff. We only wish we lived closer.

A disappointing visit here. At atmospheric, old fashioned coffee shop/cafe with interesting fittings and welcoming, friendly staff. Our lunches were well presented and the portion size was more than ample. My wife's Greek salad was just too much for her. Apart from serving good food (which was good value for money) there were also some interesting-looking sweets and candies (very tempting, indeed). An added bonus is that it is dog friendly. Only slight drawback was that the toilets were on the first floor.

I chose this place randomly as there are many choices in Cirencester. Very good choice as it turned out. The hot chocolate is made from actually melting chocolate and not from powder so one of the nicest I've had in a long time. Had toasted tea cakes which came with little pats of real butter. Very tasty. Prices good and the menu looked appealing if I had wanted lunch. The staff all very friendly and made time for conversation, not just 'what do you want' that you get from some places The toilets are like a blast from the sixties, very odd, but clean so cant complain. If I visit Cirencester again I would go here without hesitation

Really lovely coffee shop in the heart of ciren with a courtyard garden to enjoy the sun. We had a lovely lunch - nice to see a few vegans options 🌱 I ordered the falafel, hummus and red pepper sandwich (which was lovely, lots of filling!), but one of the salads looked suspiciously non-vegan. When I asked, the salad indeed wasn't vegan friendly so I'd recommend double-checking or making it clear if you don't consume animal products. It was probably just a small slip up though but always good to check. Would recommend the falafel sandwich 🥪 Apparently the bacon and brie toasted ciabatta was delish 🤌🏼 Also, great that they're dog friendly 🐕

Has to be not only the worst tasting but the worst looking breakfast I have ever witnessed. Absolute disgrace to serve that for any price let alone the high price charged. Full English; 1 sausage (looked like it had been rolled around the floor) 1 fried egg (burnt yes burnt how can you burn a fried egg) 1 piece of what I assume was bacon, 4 rounds of toast! What was that all about! Probably to compensate the measly portions of meat. Sent both breakfasts back and the scrambled egg on toast that looked like the after effects of a bad night out. Received a refund for food straight away like it was a regular occurrence. Didn’t get a refund for the drinks but hey ho we did drink half before leaving in disgust.

This rating is based purely on coffee beans that were purchased, and not a review of the coffee shop or service. I purchased two bags of coffee beans and both were very stale and one was over-roasted for the type of bean. I own professional equipment at home , and while small adjustments are usually needed for different coffees, an espresso that gushes through no matter what adjustments is a sure sign of stale coffee that has had far too long to out-gas. Te storage tins on the shelf might look nice, but are not ideal for keeping coffee unless turnover is very quick. After making the best I could, the taste confirmed very stale coffee. I haven't bought coffee from here for many years and so I wonder if it has changed hands in the intervening period. Given the cost of coffee, needless to say, I will not be buying again from Keiths.

They wouldn't let us pull two tiny empty coffee tables together to seat a group of 5 forcing an elderly great grandmother with a walking stick to hike an incredibly steep staircase to a very dingy 1st floor room. The pub/hotel is on the High Street, a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants and other pubs in Moreton-in-Marsh. We had a four-poster double room (no.3) on the first floor. Although quite compact, it had almost everything needed for our one-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and a fan and oil heater were provided. The double-glazing was very efficient so the room was quiet even though it overlooked a busy road. The shower room was huge, with a powerful shower, lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a bathrobe. There was a kettle with tea etc and biscuits, but we couldn't work out how to use the Nespresso machine. There were enough sockets for our chargers. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food really excellent (best cheese omelette I have had in years; my husband's full veggie breakfast was also good). There is a small car park, although there is free parking on the high street anyway. The pub/hotel garden looked pretty, but it was raining, so we didn't try it.

This is a cosy countryside hotel. Their breakfast is sumptuous and we regret not having our dinner there as well. Service is excellent in particular their superb manager/ (boss?) who I saw everywhere from morning till night. Let me say sorry to him for having tricked him twice unintentionally even after we checked out!

Very nice welcome and decent burger and chips on a quiet wed evening. Plenty of parking. Cosy fire. Recommended - go along and support your local pub!
