Nice breakfast and coffee Friendly service Clean and tidy

Hi its Mark, I just thought after reading "CHIDORI 9519" Review, one should mention whats the point in ordering Tesco Cafe Food over Uber Eats ? Are you Sure the Ubar Eat Driver actually went to Tescos or some cheesy Fast Food Take Away ? In any case how long did the Delivery driver take collecting, Checking the Order and delivering the food ? Could that be why it was Cold ? As for the Errors and Omissions in the Food and Drink you recieved, Isnt it the UBER Who stand there and Check the Order Off before they Deliver it to You ? You know the old saying "If you want something done Properly, Do it yourself" in otherwords get off ones Backside , Walk or Drive to tesco's and eat in the Cafe instead. I've had many a Breakfast and Burger at Tesco Cafe over the years and never had an Big issue, only forgetting the Sugar or a Teaspoon with my Cup and Saucer, its hardly end of the world. I'm satisfied with service and the food.

Friendly happy staff food was OK atmosphere was good. Will return when I'm in the area.

On first entering the staff were very friendly and the whole place had a very neat clean appearance. The food and drinks were lovely.

Not been in here for years, since I worked here actually, service was very very slow and it definitely wasn’t with a smile… I ordered the new drinks special, it was ok, shame there was no chocolate in as the photo shows, but I’d say that all was forgiven as our drinks were kindly brought to us.

Ordered food from here on Uber eats. Worst food I ever had - the meat in the beef burger was definitely off, it stunk and tasted even worse, so I spat it out fearing food poisoning. Wouldn't expect rotten food for £10 a burger.The chips were not fresh, barely warm. The lunch items were described as having a side of coleslaw along with fries, I ordered 3 lunch items and no coleslaw arrived with any of them. Also ordered two drinks, but only got one and 2 straws!? Just an awful experience, will not order from here again.

Excellent services, excellent food. Manager was so kind she looked into our matter and resolved it. I visited it about 3 months ago for a morning breakfast but think about thing there again. Best cafe ever to have a breakfast

Good food, clean environment varied menu that staff are happy to tweak to meet customers individual needs. Staff are really friendly and helpful despite often being short staffed. Abi is one member who really shines

All as you might expect from a Tesco cafe. A "husband creche" for me to sit in while the wife spends our hard-earned.

Order came through cold for breakfast although cafe was busy and understandable. Issue put right straight away and staff were very polite

The best Cafe in March, the Managers and her staff run a welcoming and friendly place to eat. May be it is Breakfast or Morning Coffee there again Lunch or a pot of tea with a delicious Muffin. Well worth a visit and parking is free.

The staff in this place are amazing! They work extremely hard and always deliver the best customer service. Very polite and always wish you a nice day. And the food is perfect every time.

This café is clean and tidy with an extensive menu of well priced food and drink. I just stopped for a flat white which to be fair was excellent and the waiting staff were polite , happy and chatty.

My partner and I went into tesco cafe for a snack at lunchtime. I ordered a sausage roll which had been heated up for too long and was so burnt that the pastry was black! My partner had a burger which was also disappointing, the bun was actually bigger than the burger! It really didn't look very appetizing at all, we didn't enjoy our food. A member of staff told us that they were short staffed because other staff were allowed to go home early. I still don't think that the food should have been that poor due to a lack of staff!

Kate is a very nice and very hard working person who still manages to make you feel welcome. I don't doubt the other team members work hard but Kate is front of shop face who not only serves, brings your food and gets in and cooks food when covering breaks. She is an all rounder and respect to her for still smiling

This Café is amazing, extremely friendly and most of all very clean. I visit very often either on my own or with friends, sometimes for a coffee, or a delicious freshly cooked Breakfast or Brunch, Lunch or afternoon Tea. It is very well run by the General Manager Kate and her team.

A stairway and an elevator lead up to the fairly recently refurbished first floor Tesco Cafe with a spacious seating area ideal for wheelchair users and a great view of the shop floor below. I enjoy their wide range of meals especially the trade-up cheese burger, the chicken and chorizo pie, the large breakfast and the all-day breakfast nicely prepared by their chefs. All their staff are pleasant and welcoming.
