Costa - thank you to the kind man that served us today, really friendly & was nice to share a story about some vinyl records. Customer satisfaction & service is fantastic. Will be back

Quite expensive for cakes etc, also annoyed to discover my costacard had been erased of all its points.

Nice to go sit down have a cake or sandwich with a lovely cup of coffee

Ordered frappe - asked for the brownie sprinkles - you'd have thought the girl (kirsty) had to go buy them - the attitude throughout being served was terrible !! To boot the frappe didn't have enough flavour just over-iced. Closing up shop at 4pm - packed away all cakes/pastries. Busy on her mobile phone and gossiping about another staff member. Dirty tables. Just a disgrace

As always, the coffee, the food and the front of house are as you would expect and the service is generally friendly. But come on Costa, sort that toilet out!

Had 2 hot chocolates one was the new Black Forest hot chocolate worst hot chocolate ever had took both of them back had hardly any cream on them didn’t even taste of chocolate terrible especially paying over £8 for them but got my money

Came on a rainy day to warmup with a latte and a cake.Premier league standard service from Danielle and Jasmine.

Don’t get me wrong, the drinks themselves can’t be flawed, but the service that me and my sister had today was very poor. We ordered 2 takeaway drinks, one frostino and one hot chocolate, it took around 10 minutes to actually get our drinks in hand from ordering. Staff were friendly but, almost too friendly, as they were chatting with a customer (who they obviously knew) which I see as extremely unprofessional and immature (they can do it in their own time) as we were stood there awkwardly waiting for our drinks. I saw about 3 members of staff and I could openly say that a couple of them hadn’t a clue of what they were doing. I specifically asked for no cream on my drink, it came out with cream.

I visited Costa coffee in Wisbech today, I arrived to order coffee for myself and my work colleagues as a treat on a Friday. I was rudely welcomed by the staff member Lauren, she was moaning at the fact I had an order for 8 coffees and stated that she would not have been doing this if she had her way. Very poor customer service and manners from the girl. I will not be visiting there again for my coffee which is a shame but I refuse to pay for such poor service. I would like to mention that the young man there was as polite and lovely as always, shame about his team member letting him down.

Visited Costa today, as a treat, was served by Lauren, very disappointed by the service because I ordered more than one drink, was told initially that she couldn't do my order. When she did eventually agree to do the job she is paid to do, there was alot of door slamming and attitude, not something I would expect from someone in hospitality. Very disappointed by the service received and her attitude. Will not be coming back!

Comfortable seating, not too busy, a little bit of a queue and confusion over some drinks orders but quickly resolved for customers, nice friendly staff. A few items not in stock but found other options. Nice coffee as to be expected ;-)

Coffee shop had a make over, service pretty good. Still expensive 😪 two price increases in the last couple if months. Worth having a loyalty card if you use regularly.

Usual good latte too be had, tried the bazillion blend today imo better than usual blend 25p xtra though

It's Costa, can't complain. The coffee was average, I've had better from the same chain and the cakes weren't that well stocked. That being said, the service was good and the cake was pretty fresh.

Love the coffee and toast! Do think it's a bit expensive but it's nice to treat yourself once in a while! I would recommend it because the staff were really nice :)

Only just opened again after refurbishment. However work was still going on. Only take away cups no glasses or cups. Dust over the tables and floors

Mostly ok but prefer the one in Tescos, but onee near B and M is nearly as good.

Not the best Costa we've been to, but did the job. Just a little bit tired near the end if the day I guess.

Lovely place to catch up with friends, family or even work, but no gluten free food. Also selection of toasties are poor...cheese or ham and cheese.

Smells like wet feet in here. The smell was so overwhelmingly bad I couldn't stay in there for more that 15 seconds and had to leave.

Not a good customer experience which you can usually find in costa. Both the staffs were neither well educated about the offers nor were courteous. Clearly customer obsession wasn’t even there a bit and maybe the management would want to review this. I for sure wouldn’t return back to this outlet.

Costa lotta. Just your usual chain quality stuff. In a town with loads of brilliant independent coffee places, I can't understand why this place was so busy. Unless people really *do* have more money than sense. I had an *excellent* espresso and a cake at an independent one across the market place for half the price. I found Costa Lotta dark, crowded, and loud. When I want a coffee, I want to sit and relax.

The staff at Costa are always very friendly. We were a group of 5 and unfortunately due to social distancing so our 5th member had to sit at another adjacent table. Our coffees and hot chocolate was delicious. Toilets were slightly grubby, and needed another thorough clean. Hand sanitiser was available. Overall, a good experience.

Quite coffee overlooking the market place. Felt very relaxed and clean. Hand wash station as you come in and social distancing in place. The tables cleaned after each use. Staff where very friendly and wore face masks when not behind the counter sheild. And air conditioning was welcomed relief on a 32C August afternoon

We always find this Costa reliable and with a good welcoming smile from staff. The location is ideal as Wisbech is an enchanting town and this particular Costa in an ideal position in town centre.

Nice and cozy, especially in the rain because of the huge windows that give you the view of basically the whole market place.

I look forward to visting this store whenever I'm in Wisbech; it's often the reason why I'm in the town centre. Friendly staff, a good atmosphere and great coffee.

Amazing taste at any occasion. Cold weather? Try a hot mocha. Hot weather? Try an iced salted caramel latte! Hungry? There's sweet muffins, or sandwiches rich with the nutrients you'll need to get through the day. There's crisps also! You can also buy your own Costa coffee set to make the quality taste at your very home. I personally prefer Costa over Starbucks, don't ask me why... I just love it! ☕❤️

I believe that Like m&s and VW these people can sell anything to the gullible middle classes as long as it has the latest buzz phrase in front of it. Like 'flat' or sourdough' but you can get just as good for less at Gregg's without the pretentiousness of those you are keeping company with.

Muffin was lovely but cannot get on with bitter coffee, my fault as I always forget and order. Friendly helpful staff who did offer to change order. Quiet but probably time of day.

I went in last weekend but there was too much of a queue; queue trailing all the way out the door and only two poor exploited eastern Europeans people left to run it surely they could employ more staff rather than just having only 2! I decided to leave as I didn't want to increase their work load I genuinely felt sorry for them. hopefully they can pull it round next time.

We went to Costa coffee hoping to get nice coffee.After seating a while I had to remove myself the plates from previous Customers as the waitresses did not come.I ordered a black frappe without sugar and got confirmation from the waitress that it is without Sugar. I got a Sweet white creamy frappe. Basically the opposite of what I asked. Enjoy local tavern for a coffee instead of Costa, this is a waste of time, atmosphere and money.

Everybody loves Costa, love my coffee great range of drinks and treats. Lovely friendly atmosphere will defo be going again
