Tesco Cafe in Gloucester

Lovely little lunch with friend, he enjoyed his breakfast muffin and i enjoyed my smashed avo on toast! toast was slightly burned but didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment xx seasoned fries were gorgeous too. yum yum yum! able to customise muffin too as he has ibs so no cheese!

Waited an hour for the food to arrive. Haven't been warned about the long wait times so the usual sitting and waiting, getting frustrated together with other customers...

Served quickly by Jess , food is always good , coffee is always hot ,just how l like it

Shout out to Karl and Jamie. Two youngsters cooking, manning the till, serving and clearing. Positive attitude and seeming to enjoy their jobs. Food was cooked quickly and was delicious! 10/10 presentation and service with a smile. They're killing it! A real asset to the company.

Ordered meal at approx 1pm for 2.45pm delivery, surely they can get a driver organised in 90mins.

we have been coming to your tesco in quedgley a good while now .always stopping for breakfast .we have been served mostly by sam who is excellent takes time to talk to us and is a very busy woman always doing something and making sure her customers are ok with their food ,no trouble at all with sam if we need anything an asset to your shop.10/10 for sam ,

I ordered the big breakfast and I got sent a small breakfast, 1 bacon 1 sausage and 1 egg, very hacked off

Great food all served fresh and great service very clean and girls always friendly and cleaning tables and chatting to customers makes you feel very welcome

An hour later than predicted. Kept pushing back the time. Everything arrived cold.

Absolutely no gluten free choices at all, not even gluten free bread for a sandwich.

I'm always made to feel very welcome and it comes with great service a credit to all the staff 👏

took ages to get here which probably isn’t the cafe fault but was cold. i don’t mind the wait if the food is worth it

Poor quality food, wait time kept changing, delivery window was 20 minutes after ordering but food arrived an hour and a half later. Cold food by the time it got to us. Not worth the money or the wait.

Bread like rubber. Oil needs changing because hash browns taste nasty

Delivery time was a joke. Missing drink and all food was cold and mushy. The price for a portion of lattice fries is disgusting. Won’t be using again.

Absolutely horrible customer service, now that is summer and Tesco have done the offer to feed the kids is going to be very busy but this place is awful for parents, the lady serving us was saying to other old woman how tired and how she does not like kids right there in front of us, how rude, she is obviously in the wrong job and also in a different day it was another girl and the manager, please do something about it as is not fair parents get treated this way when we want to go and feed our kids!

Ice cooler drink missing from order

Ordered at 11.35 approx for 13.00 arrived at 1.15. Why does it take so long to assign a driver?.

The food from this cafe is consistently great, just had fish and chips that was hot, fresh and tasty. Thanks!

Food is great but the last 2 times ive ordered from here, they have ommitted to include the ‘extra’ items in bap and sauces ordered. Wouldnt bother me too much but they are paid for items… £1.50 for an extra hash brown… i expect to get it!!

Forgot my muffin, so would like to have a refund please.

I am disappointed, I paid for x2 ketchup and for an extra hash brown and didn’t recive either. Please correct this

guy looked drugged up. he was knocking on random doors. i had to go out in the street and shout to him 6 times to get him to notice me and to get him to concentrate on what he was doing. then he wanted to start arguing that the number on my door was wrong?. i think he was embarressed and was trying to save face with the passenger he had who also looked drugged.

Almost 45 minutes late, food cold, wrong order. Won’t be ordering from here again. Absolute joke🤧

Mango smoothie - mango I ripe therefore smoothie sour and tasted horrid

Absolutely amazing service, I didn’t want eggs or tomato as I don’t like them and didn’t want to waste them so they gave me extra bacon, sausage and hash brown! Was cooked perfectly and very polite people

Best English breakfasts. Always good and they always accommodate our requests if there are items on the breakfast we can’t eat.

I usually find an item is missing or cold but never been to bothered about it until today. Why give people the extra option of what milk they want in their tea to not give it them anyway...

Ordered 2 x breakfast wraps for my daughter and her friend and they were full of egg shells! I ordered a sausage bap for myself and Got bacon! Can't speak to anyone at the café bit annoying! Won't be having anymore from there!

Food was packed efficiently with the beans in a pot. Butter for the toast included. Everything was hot and tasty. Driver was very happy and cheerful. Would definitely recommend .

We’ve ordered the All Day Breakfast a few times now and it has always turned up on time, hot and really well presented. Great service.

We popped in to the cafe on Sunday for a quick meal. Very nice place, super friendly stuff and delicious fish and chips! Very happy and will be back.

Toastie was like it had been toasted under a desk lamp for 30 seconds but the rest was good. Delivery really quick and polite.

Not worth the money. Should of just made my own.

The extras ordered with the muffin were not there and the food was freezing. The egg was hard boiled and inedible.

Great food but the bottled water wasn’t included.
