£8 for a box of lettuce didnt give what was orderd

ordered for 12 as I had a doctors appointment but didn't arrive till I was leaving at 1230

So I placed the order at 10:55 with a 15-30 minute lead time but it arrived nearly an hour and a half later. I kept checking the order status and the courier was at the restaurant for over 30 minutes and the arrival time kept changing. I went to leave to go to the shop and actually collect my order instead but it was on the way as I left! The time it took is not acceptable for an uncomplicated order even before the rush lunch hour

Ordered for 1300, wasn’t ready until 13:10

After waiting an extra 20 minutes the vegetarian sub I ordered was full of slices of turkey and ham.

Burnt food tryed to return and got told nothing was wrong with it will not be returning to this subway again

received a 6inch sub instead of the 12 inch ordered, not great

States food was picked up at 12:33 but was delivered an hour later from a distance that should have taken no more than 15 minutes. Terrible. Plus rang the restaurant to be told its my problem as driver has picked up the food.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food delivered, both subs ordered were pretty much bread and not much else!! No where near what I expected based on previous orders or when you go to the store in person. Barely any tuna or meat in the fillings, totally gutted. Extremely upsetting. I won’t bother ordering again, will stick to Jane’s Pantry 100%.

The food came cold and that meant the bread was tough

I didn’t mind, the delivery time is more of the fact my food was really cold when I ordered previous times it was quite warm as that how I prefer it.

had to phone repeatedly to chase my order, staff could not have cared less, just kept claiming they'd sent the order. finally arrived 80mins late with a courier who'd left 10 mins before. utterly shocking service & customer service. Will never use them again...

Honestly I usually love subway food but this has to be sadly a bad one. The staff were not very friendly and they didn't fill the sub like any place I have been too. My friend got a v.i.brie and it was barely toasted and was more bread than anything else.

the meatballs are spicy compared to what they used to be put them back as they were in can't eat spicy food

Estimated delivery time was put back twice. Food cold by time it was delivered.

The meatball sub was really nice but I ordered a ham sub as well but got tuna instead

Food was cold when it arrived, order was done at 12.18pm, the receipt says pick up time 12.34pm food didn’t arrive until 13.20pm!

Wrong side delivered and the extras for my sub (that I paid extra for) were virtually non-existent. Also didn’t add cheese and toast if for me. Absolute rubbish!!

Like everyone else has said - Rude staff and Very Tight with salad on Subs. Untidy place dirty tables and food station. Other subways are usually clean and friendly.

Was waiting outside for almost 2 hours and the delivery driver didn’t even know where he was going after I gave simple directions’ the food didn’t even arrive.

I didn't select cheese for my sub because I'm allergic and half way through eating my sub I've realized it's got cheese on it.

The food did not get delivered.

I was given the complete wrong order and now will have to go without food. Also it was a £43 and have been given a £15 worth of food to fred my family

SHOCKING SERVICE! Order was placed at 12.08pm Was not pucked up until 1.40pm And FINALLY delivered at 1.47pm.

got the footlong deal for 2: 2 footlongs, 2 sides, cookies and drink. one side missing. on report system can only select the entire deal for 2 as missing.

Rude staff, argued about a few extra pieces of sweetcorn? There attitudes where bad, miserable. Ended up with crippling food poisoning all night and very nearly had to miss a day off work.

Very enjoyable especially a breakfast sub 😋

Not at all happy with this, took over an hour for them to even notify us they were preparing our order, only reason we didn’t cancel was the fee. and not to mention the poor quality of the food, cookies broken in the bag when we got them drinks that were flat and warm and a half cold sub for myself severely upset with the timing and quality. will not be ordering from this subway again. SECOND time i’ve had delivery issues with this place

Both meal deals came with white chocolate and nut cookies, yet we never ordered them and have nut allergies. Could've ended in disaster if we hadn't noticed!

Never delivered it. Lied and said they did but they never even made the food for it to be delivered. Just admitted to me they have no driver so it can’t be delivered. Appalling service!!

I ordered my food and then had about an hour and half wait for it and then when I got it was cold and the only reason why I selected that it was on time is because it kept changing the time so it was within the delivery time

A bit less quality than my regular subway. I found the bread a bit thin with the ingredients put on. The delivery driver was excellent how ever.

Pizza was literally just bread for the most part, so cold and undercooked i immediately threw it out. Cookies were good tho.

Ordered a big breakwich wasn't asked If i wanted sauce they just put it on not happy about you shouldn't assume people have sauce do the decent thing and ask if they want sauce it's not hard it ruined my dinner it went in the bin as I didn't have time to take it back won't go to that subway again 😡

Ordered at 12:40, delivered at 14:34. I rang the branch and was hung up on, really bad service all round to be honest. Cheese bites are stone cold.

Was watching on the delivery map, driver obviously went the wrong way and took the long way round. Thankfully the quality of the food was not hampered by this.

cheese bites and hash browns were cold. so were the subs. i also asked if the bbq in my bmt could be swapped for the garlic and herb, but i still had bbq. i also asked for extra sweetcorn but barely got any. didn’t look at my notes at all

Got my order completely wrong and had to issue a refund request as items that were sent was unedible and stone cold not happy att all because we are left hungry and having to go elsewhere after waiting for this

Everything was cold despite the order coming early/on time, the sub was underfilled, the nacho bites were chewy and one of the cookie flavours was wrong.

Meatballs were cold, cheese congealed, and bread soggy. Crips and cookie were under the bottle of drink and were basically crumbs.

Ordered a sub and I got it as per my requirement. I was satisfied and I personally felt that the ambience was very nice. Near by water body gave me lot of refreshment.

My order was not correct first I got a six inch rather then a foot long and I got the wrong sides

No cheese, salad, sea salt or Crispy onions in the BMT. Just meat and a sliver of sweet chilli sauce... can staff read orders?

Watched driver pull up outside my house. Marked as delivered. Then drive off. No order received
