Great service, clean, bright environment, the staff looks after customers, very friendly and helpful. Generous portions great tasting food and drinks.

Great food cooked by Blondie. The best poached egg on toast I have ever had. We were served by Becci who was very friendly and efficient.

Bought a spray from the pharmacy then didn't need it. Tried to return in Fleet and Camberley but told to take back to Aldershot for a refund, so I did to be told they can't accept it back as its a medicine. It's not. They don't need to keep it refrigerated, so I think they should have refunded me. Not happy

Baking hot Thursday…Took me ol mum (86) to this store..fortunately air con BUT NO wheelchairs as quite staff ‘they’ve all been stolen’ wtf thinks I , this followed by ‘sorry sir but this IS aldershot…how sad is that. Anyway managed a waddle with holding onto trolley and cup of coffee in cafe where sophia and staff made a fuss of her. ALL staff throughout the store were real nice and made her day. She got a dress and some treats and for Someone who has mobility issues this was a nice trip, made so by great staff. It may be that folk can’t get issued wheelchairs, maybe generally a lack of or can’t afford, even so how sad a state. Said we’ll take hers from home next time…’what if they steal it? Says mum ‘ you’ll be sat in it you daft bat :):):) ….good store . Thanks

Bit dismal - stark and dark with little care to the decor but lovely staff and a simple menu to meet all tastes

We stayed over the road and went for breakfast here. Best breakfast I’ve had and good prices. Stanley who served us was really good and friendly

I often pop in here and have a coffee and a bite to eat. The service is always excellent and the quality of coffee and food is excellent. The shop itself is excellent as well and the store prices etc really tick all the boxes for our family. The only negative comment I would say is that even now when many customers are wearing masks etc you still see members of Tesco's own staff not wearing face masks. I always go very early to Tesco and it is very noticeable that staff filling up shelves etc are wondering around without wearing any facial masks/visors. Tesco really should make ALL there staff and insist that they wear masks as this sets the correct standard/example to all the customers. I will say though that many staff do wear face coverings but the minority that don't stand out against what is now normal required daily protection.

Just visited Tesco Aldershot to do a weekly shop. Could not get over the number of STAFF not wearing masks - how can they expect the public to wear them when they're not. I saw at least five pickers without masks, saw another one drop her mask down when she picked out a ready meal. Bearing in mind that some of these pickers may be picking orders to be delivered to vulnerable people it is disgraceful. I saw three staff members wandering around without a mask and also the bread was being stocked up by a member of staff with his mask around his neck. What is the point? I can understand anybody with a portable oxygen supply not wearing a mask but anybody else??? I have asthma and COPD and still manage to breathe through a mask to protect myself and others so why couldn't everybody else try to show consideration for others?

Just been to this Tesco, first time in 3 weeks. Qeued for 40 minutes in carpark, not organised, nobody really knew which way to line up. Once inside it was chaotic. People ignoring social distancing and definitely not following arrows for one way traffic. The arrows are not very obvious, maybe if they were red or yellow they would stand out more. Some people wearing face masks seemed to think none of this applied to them, only the rest of us. Lots of staff standing by the tills looking bored, apparently they were there to help people qeue appropriately - there were no qeues !? Won't be going back anytime soon, probably biggest risk to my health that I have taken since lockdown.

What a pleasure to shop in a friendly supermarket staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean tidy store.

Very expensive ordered macaroni cheese and decaf tea assistant was not sure if they did decaf tea but then said they did hubby ordered chicken wrap and cappuccino we paid and then was told no chicken wrap and hubby to give an alternative so had fish finger wrap which was same price then assistant could not remember if we had paid in which we did no receipt given waited aged for food to come and was disappointed when it did the macaroni cheese was nearly £6 on it's own and sorry to say it was Tesco own tinned macaroni which was less then 60p on shelf served with cheap garlic bread and the wrap that my hubby ordered was tiny good job that he ordered extra chips i think this Tesco cafe should take a leaf out of Morrison's by making drinks self service and lowering prices as device is much quicker

All the products you would expect from your average Tescos. However, this Tesco does lack any form of human service.

I wasn’t expecting much but this has to go down as one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I can’t quite put my finger on exactly what was up with it. Just bland dry meals that tasted like they had come out of a microwave. It was only a vegetarian fried breakfast and children’s fish finger meal. How can it be that hard. However on the plus side the staff were really friendly nd efficient.

Visited for lunch with my daughter. Food very nice, what you would expect from this type of cafe. Service not so nice, young lady at till trying unsuccessfully to multi task! Had to ask for milk for coffee and a glass for coke . Then comes the young man who continually ran his fingers through his hair and rubbed his nose, then proceeded to make drinks! I'm glad he didn't make mine!! Asked to see manager , to maybe suggest extra hygiene training and was told to go to customer services as she was too busy or wait 10 minutes until she was free. Great customer service!

Waw waw so I love shop in your store free fruits for kids and always been meeting very nice and friendly stuff! But today my visit was just such a big dissapointment!!!So the manager at lunch time her name page or phebe I don t remember clearly unfortunetly didn t threat me nice . So I bought for my 2 year old large basket with toys to play in sand ! The barcode said 3,75£ and save 1,25 £ /I have attached photo / So I came to till lady scanned and it s.came up 5£ I said to her it s wrong she called her manager ,manager went look there she came back she said there is no price 3,75 and it s 5 pound as system said ! I said to her I m sure there is barcode as I seen it and I took very last bucket from the shelf ! She tried to convience me I m wrong I said I m going to look there byself ! I came there and saw the barcode and took photo !I came back to till and the lady look on it and called manager again manager said it s wrong there is no any buckets.! I said yes because I took last one ! She still tried to convience me !!! I started be very dissapointed from her way and it s really made me feel bad ! I said to her the barcode it s here I even took photo same name same number and price 3,75£ I m not paying 5 !! At the end she gave me the bucket for 3,75 but she didn t forget mentioned it s just this time and she shouldn t do it as it s still 5££££ !!! Waw waw !! I didn t even feel like I want this toy anymore but after all this hustles !!! Very dissapointed from manager of Aldershot tesco ! Confusing costumers not my problem you forgot change price !!!!!

My local supermarket, I’m live less than 500 yards from the front door so I’m a regular visitor.. usually well stocked day or night, friendly staff and well staffed checkoutsBut.. can’t they do something to put a stop to all the loutish behaviour of their late night clientele.. loud exhausts, burn outs, donuts, racing, loud music.. there seems to be no measures in place to stop this disruptive and dangerous behaviour.. talking to our local PCSO he tells me that there is not a lot they can do unless these incidents are recorded and reported by the store.. which they aren’t..Tesco, please think of your neighbours

Within walking distance of the Premier Inn. Handy for snacks, fruit and take away drinks. Ample parking. Had a nice cafe instore.

Had a lunch here - food was hot and served quickly, nicely presented and the salad garnishes were the freshest we've had. Bargain prices and friendly staff.

Often have shopped around from one supermarket to another and always ended up here so glad to make it my new weekly shop and not only save money, take advantage of great offers and simple connivence.

Outstanding customer service in the store. We are new to the area and help given by Jill from the Customer Service counter was exceptional. We had a meal in the cafe which was served with very caring approach.

Quality prices with excellent choices. Out of all the big shops I prefer Tescos as the parking is free the checkouts are slick and the food is top notch.

Short walk from premier inn. Well stocked and helpful staff when you couldn't find what you were looking for. Good selection of items on offer

Surprised , my wife and I popped in for "all day breakfast expecting typical "greasy spoon" fayre. However the place was clean the staff were cheerful and helpful. The food was fresh, hot, well presented served on hot plates. And very good value for money . The coffee was excellent. We popped into the cafe at this Tesco with low expectations after a disappointing experience at the Tesco cafe at The Meadows (Sandhurst).Given that Sandhurst is the home of the Royal Military Academy and Aldershot is the home of the British Army, one would have expected higher standards from the Sandhurst store. Not the case as it turned out...The Aldershot Tesco cafe was clean and well presented. The menu clear and the staff friendly. Whilst there wasn't all that much in the way of choice, what they did have looked and smelt appealing.Having said that, I still stuck with my tried and tested Fry Up. Before going to the flagship Sandhurst store, I did not think it was possible to get a fry up wrong. Fortunately my faith was restored by the Aldershot cafe. It was perfect- I would not fault it in any way.Which is odd- because surely these 2 stores, a mere 5 miles apart; are supplied by the same supplier and operate to the same standards?Maybe the staff at Aldershot simply care more?Definitely worth a visit if you're dropping in for your weekly shop.

Had a 'Flame grilled burger' last weekend. Err, no. Stale roll, obviously microwaved. Basically a Rustlers? The nachos look good but NO JALAPENO's??? Whats that all about?

Massive tesco with a petrol station. Good little bakery section, very trendy. Has a scan and shop which makes life easier.Has a clothing section as well...and open till 12pm on Saturdays which is very handy!

We had breakfast in Tesco, which was really good value for money, was clean and had really nice, friendly staff.

After we've had dinner, it has become a tradition to have a wander round the store. Always end up buying a few 'bits and bobs'.Enjoy looking at the diversity of people ( and their clothes ) in the store

Many cafes seem not to be able to produce a proper or even passable cappuccino but Tesco at Aldershot is particularly bad. The cappuccino was weak and milky and what taste there was, was definitely not coffee. Really awful and un-drinkable.The food is ok-ish.
