Terrace in Tandridge

Possibly the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant. £35 for three courses so not particularly cheap. Baba ghanoush was vile, followed by a dusty "wagyu" burger (lies lies lies - no wagyu beef in that burger - Possibly no beef at all) and a brownie Sundae (cheap yellow ice cream- I won't call it vanilla - and shop bought pieces of hard brownie). They should be ashamed to serve this let alone charge for it. I was part of a business conference group, and it was just garbage. I hope my colleagues refused to pay. Most of us didn't even eat the food.

First point I’d make is that if you’re looking for a fine-dining experience then this isn’t the restaurant for you. However, if you’re looking for really good food at a fair price and can tolerate the levels of service (which I’d describe as always polite but basic) then give it a try. We’ve been using this restaurant since 2019 and always enjoy the food.

Gave a go for first time today with a go

Great food, well done chefs! The front of the house staff are really nice and helpful. They forgot to bring the desert which I followed up with but it happens. The only part which needs improving is the outdoor seating area and tables are very poor.

Burgers were cold, waited a long time in the shop even after the designated collection time. It was very busy in there. Don’t accept more orders if you can’t keep up the quality. A bit disappointed. Also so much more expensive ordering through this app which was a bit of a joke.
