Great Bubble Tea place! I am a Bubble Tea fanatic and love trying Bubble tea from different places. Tealith in Bournemouth is a very nice place and i have been there in person but decided to order from. deliveroo today. the service time and delivery time were very quick. i ordered one drink from the special menu 'mango and peach with the mango crystal balls' and another drink from the normal menu 'tropical with Lychee juice balls' I also ordered a packet of fruit flavoured mochi and the Ube and oreo cookie which i heated in the microwave for 30 secs and it was delicious. I enjoyed all the food and both drinks. the only thing i wasn't sure about was the lychee juice balls as they didnt taste right but i will just get another flavour next time.

Really disappointed, The bubba balls were thick balls, which is not normal they should be thin and melt in your mouth. The flavour of the juices were horrible, they tasted like PERFUME!

I visited on a weekday lunchtime I ordered a tea and some goyza. The staff were friendly when taking my order. Though there was some confusion. I was given a buzzer and just after a new member of staff came in. My buzzer went off. I went to get my order. It wasn’t ready. Buzzer was reset. Only after I handed it to them. There was no apology or instruction of what they wanted me to do. Buzzer went off again. Order was ready. I took to the table area. I ate the goyza and then they came over with the soy sauce. I was surprised it didn’t come with soy sauce and found it bland but to offer me it once I had finished? What’s the point? Then to the drink. It tasted like perfume. As a rule I love bubble tea. This was not nice. I gulped it and left. I was expecting a nice lunchtime treat. Never again. The staff are friendly. Just incompetent:

Después de una visita a la playa en un caluroso día de verano, la mejor manera de terminar el día es tomar un té de burbujas. Encontré este lugar en el centro de Bournemouth. Es una tienda pequeña que en realidad fue bastante difícil de encontrar. Tuvimos que aparcar junto a la estación de autobuses y caminar para encontrarlo. En el momento de nuestra visita, no había nadie dentro que no fueran los 3 empleados. El servicio fue agradable. El té estaba muy bien y al precio normal, por lo que es un valor razonable. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que visitemos Bournemouth.

He sido cliente de la tienda de Bournemouth, pero la actitud y la mala educación del personal y el gerente realmente nos desanimó. El pedido salió mal y reclamé un reembolso de Deliveroo. Evitaría este lugar y visitaría una de las otras tiendas de té de burbujas que son mucho mejores.

We recently moved to Bournemouth and in our area there are only 2 “Bubble Tea” places. I wish I visited Tealith first as the other one was just not worth going back to. Tealith has a nice spread of choices and one visit is definitely not enough to sample all that they have to offer. There are also a lot of flavour combinations you can do with the flavoured pearls and nata de coco. I love the paper straw touch that they do although piercing the covering with it is a challenge (we suggest you use the instore hard straws to pierce the film before you leave). Ordering process is straight forward and you can control the sweetness and even the ice in your milk tea. If I live closer I’ll probably pop in everyday as it is affordably priced too. They hand you a device while you wait which buzzed when your order is ready to collect. Staff are friendly and helpful when choosing your order. I can’t rave about it enough! We will definitely go back. I can see the place being packed though on busy times as space is a bit on the small side, but that aside, their Bubble Tea is worth queuing for.

I ordered a large bubble tea with watermelon and apple and strawberry bits to take out. You order pay, get a numbered buzzer which buzzes when your order is ready to pick up from the counter. 😋 Drink was delicious but gave me the trumps afterwards. Seems quite popular with young women in their teens and early 20s, casual bench like cushioned seating with no tables inside. Staff young too. A good range of drinks and can choose almond milk instead of dairy and can choose no ice and sweetness levels. I chose regular sweetness and went large, ideal as a snack.

Dropped in for a Bubble Tea. Lots of choice and very much aligned to the original Taiwanese bubble tea. If your a bubble tea fan your going to love it, If not you’re still going to love it and want to try all the different ones too. They also pay dues to the English palette with fruit syrup balls that pop in your mouth with bursts of flavour. It’s fun, funky and definitely authentic - recommended

I took my girls to Bournemouth for the weekend. We came across Tealith by accident and they love bubble tea. The tea was so good and the serving staff so cute and lovely that we made a beeline there the following day before leaving. Such good bubble tea and their coffee isn't bad either.

The drinks are outstanding! Unfortunately, I find that they don’t have many tea flavours to pick from. I’ve had some really polite staff however I’ve also had some who are rather uncooperative.

I was in Bournemouth with my wife last weekend and i was happy to find a bubble tea shop as i love bubble tea and i have to say that Tealith serve a really good one! I had a Banana milktea and my wife an Oolong tea, two different kind of drink but both great!

I don't get what the fuss is all about. I had a nougat flavour drink which tasted really not very nice my partner had the amaretto he thought it was really nice though maybe I just need to give Tealith another try the place looks cute there isn't much seat's and no bathroom FYI

Best bubble tea in UK for me lol. I'm totally in love with their grapefruit (fruit tea) with tapioca and peach toppings. I and my friends come here quite often. Really nice staff, good music. It's a little bit far from center and where we live, but it worths walking to Tealith!!! Highly recommended (y)

I have been to many bubble tea shops but all have been a miss apart from Tealith. The teas taste beyond amazing and the bobas are delicious. All of the other bubble tea shops lack this quality and the quality of friendly staff, amazing atmosphere and a perfect place to hang out and enjoy.

Its amazing!! The flavours of the tea taste fantastic and the staff are always friendly. If you're unsure they will help. Love going there (go every time im in Bournemouth) They even cater for coffee drinkers. 10/10!!!!

I was completely new to bubble tea and the girls in the shop were fantastic at helping me figure out what to have. I went for a strawberry yakult with tapioca, it was a great suggesstion!

I came here as recommended by one of my friend. They surprised me when I can choose whatever I like from the flavour, topping, ice and sugar. The staff were really nice and the price was also reasonable. Then I started coming there once a week and of course, I highly recommended Tealith to people who is interested in bubble milk tea.

This was myself and my partners first experience at 'Bubble Tea' so we didn't really know what to expect. The decor is very modern and colorful. What made our visit was the lovely gentleman behind the counter. He clearly explained all the different tea options, and gave us samples so we could find the one which we fancied the most. I went for a strawberry milkshake whilst my boyfriend went for the tropical bubble tea. Both were very delicious and whilst it lacked a bit of atmosphere (it was empty when we were there), the drinks and service made up for it.

Sign up for their loyalty cards if you are a local or frequent visitor to Bournemouth, they earn you free drinks when you collect enough stamps. I highly recommend this bubble milk tea shop, especially to my Asian friends!

Although not much seating, what there is is comfy and the place is nice! Very modern and different to anywhere else in Bournemouth. So glad I gave this place a chance as it is quite out there but I now love it! Offers incredible variety of drinks from milkshakes and bubble tea to iced coffee as well as their puffles which I am yet to try. Very nice staff and helpful with the menu. Can also choose sweetness and ice levels of drink as well as tea base which is cool! Love it here, fantastic.

I love this place. They are always so friendly and it was my very first experience of bubble tea. I've now had others but this place is my favourite. Ohhh, and the little nutella-filled waffle things are incredible!

Un prodotto innovativo che non avevo mai provato prima! È tè ma rivisitato, ci sono tanti gusti tra cui scegliere e abbiamo provato il tropicale e il mango con il té verde. Erano buonissimi e la particolarità è che ci sono delle "palline" fruttate che tiri su con la cannuccia che ti esplodono in bocca che lo fanno diventare un drink super originale! Lo staff era super gentile e sicuramente lo consiglio qui a Bournemouth! Da provare!

Very tasty teas and staff is lovely. I tried other places in town but here you can tell you're drinking jasmine tea when you're ordering it. You should try mango jasmine green tea for example, so refreshing!

We come here weekly to get our bubble tea fix and the original milk tea is always spot on. Best tapioca ever, we always order double of it. Definitely recommended.

Très bon bubble tea boutique avec un excellent choix des bubble teas. Tu peux choisir perles de tapioca et des poppin boba qui explose dans ta bouche, il n'est pas très sucré par rapport aux autres boutiques en Londres et après un repas c'est simplement parfait!

J'ai été ici tous les jours en rentrant de l'école, mon bubble tea préféré c'était le pomme vert avec les perles de tapioca. Superbe !!

At 37 years old, I think I'm probably about 25 years too old to understand the real point of Tealith. I am also a chef who has been interested in Asian cuisine for a long time and who has also had both the pleasure and displeasure of working around spherification.

We have had many bubble tea's and this has definitely been the best! So much choice and a very helpful lady helping us choose which was needed. Somewhere to sit too which doesn't happen in the London ones! Will definitely be back when we're over this way again.

這裡的茶很好喝，讓我想起台灣的手搖飲。店面小但是很精緻，喜歡喝珍珠奶茶的人一定要過來！茶可以調糖分和冰塊，對於不了解手搖文化的英國來說很可貴。

We love the place and during lunch break we often sit there on the comfy yellow sofas made from pallets and drink the most amazing bubble teas. The service is excellent and we'll be going again there very soon, see you later guys!

We've tried bubble tea in London a couple of times in different shops and then we tired Tealith in Bournemouth.. honestly the quality there is impressive.

Came across this place a couple of weeks ago and I instantly fell in love with bubble tea! My favourite so far is the Tropical fruit, but there’s a lot of options, a large selection of types and flavours. Thanks to the friendly staff that help me choose my first bubble tea! Fantastic and quirky place!

I found this place in the summer months, and have been back ever since! The bubble tea is amazing and is good value for money! A large size is £3.70 which is far better than yobu (the other bubble tea room) I love the atmosphere and music played is great! I find it a shame it is soo out the way as I feel it could be packed if discovered!

I think the title says it all really, I love this place and am here all the time! Matcha milk tea is up there with my favourites but the seasonal specials they do are also incredible. Staff are super friendly and always ready for a chat with you, don't know why the person who left a 1* review did so, never anything wrong with this place. Keep it up beautiful people! Fantastic bubble tea. We started with the fruit teas and moved onto the milk with tapioca. So far they're all delicious and plenty of options regarding sweetness/ice/size etc. They even have some small snacks if you're hungry but the teas are the best.

As a picky tea drinker this place has met my expectation. Had a signature milk tea, proper tea leaves, no artificially flavouring. The tapioca bubble topping is close to the original ones from Taiwan, good enough in my opinion.

We found this place by chance after walking past it one night when we were on a long weekend in Bournemouth and we were on our way to a restaurant nearby. The shop decor and menu intrigued us so the next day, we returned. We went just before lunchtime and it was very quiet, but by the time we left, there were 8 people in the queue behind us. The guy explained the menu and we got given a sample to try. The menu had vast choices of flavours, teas, milk as well as pearls, tapioca, etc. Whilst they were making our order, we sat down in the comfy seating and used the complimentary wifi. The drinks were great, very refreshing and we loved they had Yakult in them as well as we had never had this before so was a great change. The staff also came round to let us try a drink that had a few flavours and for a bit of fun, we had to try and guess the flavours inside. Having tasted many bubble teas around the world, this was a great place - staff was friendly and good choices available. Would recommend for something a little different!

I love this place! There are such a great range of flavours and bubbles to try, and the teas are all beautifully combined with great natural taste. I'm now a regular and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming! My girlfriend loves the nutella puffles which are also a must have. Very glad Tealith has arrived in bournemouth!

As a tea lover I have to say that this place meets my taste buds fully. I had bubble tea around Bournemouth before but they seemed made with artificial flavours and powders which were too sweet and not refreshing. Here you can taste the natural true taste of the tea and you can also see what kind of tea they serve. It's great that you can choose the amount of sugar and ice and also the kind of milk if you are a vegetarian/ vegan for the milk teas. This really satisfy all ages and tastes! So if you love your tea, this place is your place! PS: Love the nutella puffles!!!

I wrote a review for this place near when it first opened. I'm not sure how the owners got it taken down, but they did, which I find very unfair. I wrote an unbiased review based on my own experiences. Anyway, I will reiterate.

We had never tried Bubble Tea before and were a bit confused over all the choices! The staff were unbelievably helpful on our first visit and very patiently helped us with our choices, never once making us feel silly for asking. Since that first visit we were hooked and Tealith has become one of our favourite places to go for a drink. All the staff are so friendly and the bubble teas are absolutely delicious - I have yet to try one that I don't like! My 5 year old daughter thinks it is amazing. We think it is amazing. They have the combination perfect - wonderful service and absolutely delicious drinks.

Love this place! All the teas I've tried have been so good. I have more than one favourite now!

Recently stumbled across this whilst in Bournemouth. My friend and I had heard of bubble tea before and both wanted to try it.

Having tried bubble tea in its origin country, I'm always a bit reluctant when drinking it somewhere else, but I can definitely say that this bubble tea tastes like the true one and I will go back for sure!

I came here during my holidays, all I can say is that this place is so cool, stylish and comfortable! All the products are great, I've been here a few times and I tasted different things. The food is also good and the people are young, talente, full of energy and very kind..you should go! Especially if you want something truly refreshing to chill out your day!

I love bubble tea and was so excited when I heard about this store opening in Bournemouth! This lovely independent store has an amazing variety of teas to choose from, the owners and staff are some of the friendliest people I have met and are always happy to chat and recommend their favourite combinations! The teas are delicious and the shop is very inviting with it's unique decor. I have been here a few times with friends and they all agree that Tealith is the best place to get bubble tea in Bournemouth!

I had a Peach oolong with lychee and yogurt bubbles. It was very refreshing after a sun bathing afternoon! The Nutella puffles were a very nice surprise. The staff is very friendly and helpful to combine tea and bubbles. I really liked the atmosphere of the place with the seating area.

I have been a regular ever since Tealith first opened a few weeks ago, by far the best bubble tea I have ever tasted. You can really taste the quality of the teas and bubbles they use and the customer service makes you feel right at home.
