Best Mocha and bacon and sausage bap I’ve ever had. Service was amazing, staff all very helpful and chatty. Nice atmosphere with some lovely paintings on the wall. Beats the pants of the standard lame chains

Great place, staff are lovely, meals are beautifully cooked and great value. The rooms are very homely with little teapots on shelves, and her hot chocolate is the best outside of France where I paid a fortune for a cup.

Had a family lunch for 6 & it was good quality food. The service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely be going back again

A great spot for light refreshments, from hot drinks to lunches. The menu variety is great, as is the selection of homemade cakes which are very tasty! Good value for money and friendly, welcoming staff. Child friendly and dog friendly too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local business with great food!

Teacups is our favourite tearoom very welcoming staff and also dog friendly we’ve always enjoyed their cakes as they are absolutely delicious and recently asked if we could buy a whole one for my daughter’s 18th. They made the most delicious red velvet cake for her it was truly the best cake I’ve ever eaten thank you so much our daughter was delighted

We had a lovely dining experience at Teacups. The cafe itself is homely, with lots of artwork and decor on the walls. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and expertly put together by their chef. My family had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Our family love coming here as it has options for all of us. It has great breakfast and lunch options for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. A very relaxed and happy atmosphere with amazing staff.

We have been to teacups twice now and found the staff very welcoming, the food and drinks were first class. My wife and I travel from Cornwall every few weeks to visit family and will certainly be making reservations for lunch each trip. Please teacups, keep up the good work.

Excellent new find in Romsey. Went for breakfast this morning and was delighted with the choice on offer. Such lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Will be back to sample the lunch menu and afternoon tea!

This was our 3rd visit to this tearoom and things didn’t seem the same. As we arrived we waited to be seated and stood for a while before anyone approached us after many glances to be asked if we had booked. We hadn’t so they went to check to see if anyone was leaving, fortunately they were. We found our table which they hadn’t cleaned or did clean once seated. After a while they came to take our order which I didn’t think was too difficult. Both coffees oat milk flat whites. 2 mushroom cheese and onions omelettes one with chips and one with out. We were waiting a while, and this seemed to be the trend with other customers, before being asked have we had our drinks yet which we replied no. These then did appear. When our food finally arrived the order was incorrect . One omelette was cheese and onion the other was correct with the mushrooms but both came with chips. No cutlery which we had to go and fetch from downstairs and at which point we did mention that our order was incorrect. Seeing that we had already waited so long we decided not to have the order changed and just share between us, when asked if we wanted to reorder. The omelette’s themselves were not good, they were very greasy and the consistency very wet and flat. Nothing like the ones we had before. Neither of us ate our chips as these were greasy and one portion wasn’t required. I went to settle the bill but was offered a 5% discount because of the mixup. They didn’t give me the bill to check just the print out of the credit card receipt. After leaving as we needed to return to work I checked the receipt to find that I had been charged the full Price of £9 for both omelettes which states on the menu they come with salad and chips. Plus an additional portion of chips. So my discount of £1.75 did not cover the £6 that I had been overcharged. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

I always come to Teacups when I visit Romsey, Excellent food and great service - always feel very welcome. Better cooked breakfast than any other place for an excellent price and comes with a pot of tea or coffee.

Fantastic food. We had a great lunch and the staff were incredibly helpful. Our son is dairy intolerant and they went out of their way to check all was ok. The children were very happy with their lunch

We usually go to this welcoming family cafe when in Romsey. Food really tasty and reasonably priced. I had the egg and bacon stack whilst my husband had full breakfast with a cup of tea included. Both meals hot, well made and tasty with local ingredients.

We visited for an early Mother’s Day treat and booked an afternoon tea in advance. Was amazing value for money in a great intimate setting, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

This little tea rooms i visited on a Saturday morning with my mum and sister we parked about 2 minutes walk away as we went here for a walk around so I'm not sure if there is parking nearby.We booked a table which was lucky as they were fully booked and busy there is three areas here upstairs outside or in the main area which the stairs are quite narrow as a old building. The staff here were super fantastic lovely couldn't help you more the food was delicious and nice portion sizes for the prices.We will be visiting here again when in romsey highly recommend here

Absolutely amazing afternoon tea for my mums 86th birthday treat. Lovely and traditional with scrumptious homemade cakes. Service was second to none with a lovely young girl serving. A must go to place we regularly use when on holiday in the area. Breakfast is lovely always freshly cooked and cakes are delicious. The only downside is that it is small and we have often been dissapointed when they are busy and no table so we now ring ahead and book , lovely charming place and people.

I’m gluten free and don’t like eating out I started just tipping my toe into teacups with chips lol but have upped my selection now I know they are truly gluten free and I don’t get sick .. the service is second to none .. I highly recommend!!

Popped into this very cute little place yesterday for a hot chocolate and it didn't disappoint! A gorgeous caramel hot chocolate. I didn't have food so can't comment on that but next time I will definitely try some. It's cosy and welcoming with attentive staff. Very busy would advise reserving a table to not miss out.

We popped in on the off chance and we're lucky enough to get a table. Very pleasant staff lovely menu. Bit of a wait for food which was explained to us. No problem we weren't in a rush. Everything about this tearoom is lovely and the omelette and chips was divine. Service was spot on five star service!

Visited today on our first trip to Romsey. Chose due to good reviews and dog friendly status. Could not have been happier. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed cream teas where opting for coffees wasn't an issue. Faultless. Highly recommend 😊

A wonderful cafe with an extensive menu of delicious food and drinks with great options catering towards gluten free and vegan diets as well as the best coffee in Romsey by far. The coffee is delicious and great care is taken with their impressive equipment and beautiful latte art! They are also dog friendly, with a picturesque outdoor area and cute upstairs area. Rupert always loves his time here!

First time visiting Romsey and was drawn in by the board outside offering home made soup. However once in I opted for the smoked salmon and avocado bagel which was superb. Teamed it with a pot of "tea pig" Earl Grey. I will be back to taste the home made cakes which looked amazing. Dog friendly too !!

What a fantastic vegan selection. We recently visited and there were so many options. We opted for the tea cakes and a fantastic vegan hot chocolate and cream. We will all definitely be returning as the food and cakes all look amazing!

Dropped in this afternoon for a late lunch. A really nice place, very clean and staff were friendly. A good menu, we went for the all day big veggie breakfast and a ciabatta with pesto & mozzarella and a couple of oat milk coffees, all of which were very good and served in good time. Fist time visit, won’t be the last, very happy to recommend Teacups - well done and thank you.

Such a lovely little tea room in Romsey. They have fantastic vegan options. The place is extremely clean, the staff are lovely and the food is well cooked and presented. Prices are good too. In the summer, there is a cute rear courtyard garden.

We were looking for somewhere for lunch in Romsey and one of the shops highly recommended Tea Cups. We went along and we would have to agree! From the start, all of the staff were incredibly lovely; if you need lessons in how to do good customer service, this would be a great place to learn! The menu was great! There were great choices for all dietary requirements and our lunch tasted delicious. We decided to stay for cake, too, and that was also really good. We'll definitely be going back.

The best hot chocolate and fresh scones. We tried both the cheese and fruit scones and they were delicious. Beautifully decorated cosy cafe. Look out for the blue door , easy to miss.

Had a decent vegan breakfast here (they have an entirely separate vegan menu and there is often a vegan soup of the day). Very reasonably priced, tea or filter coffee included with the breakfast and a choice of soya or oat milk! Cosy surroundings with polite and helpful staff.

Such a lovely find. Sadly you can almost walk past it. Thankfully we didnt. We sat in the courtyard. Although tiny, it was sunny and kept very clean and tidy. We didnt eat just had 2 teas, 1 decaf and 1 earl grey....£4. Very very reasonably priced. On our visit, saturday afternoon, there was a very pleasant young lady working there.

A family of four, we are tourists to the area. We had absolutely the best breakfast. Eggs on toast, sausages, big English breakfast. The kids say the hot chocolate was the best they had ever tasted! Perfect start to our holiday, thank you!

This little tea shop is tucked away in a busy little street, it has a small outside courtyard which was a welcome shady oasis on a very hot day. As a coeliac this lovely hide away boasts Gluten free choices on the menu. Service was friendly and efficient and reasonably priced.

I went to Teacups with my friend & we both enjoyed what we had. As there was limited of space we had to go up some really steep steps which was difficult especially if you struggle to use stairs which I found quite a challenge. Apart from this the staff were very pleasant & attentive & the food was very enjoyable & the drinking chocolate was also very tasty. I would certainly will go back to Teacups again when I'm in Romsey.

What a lovely place. Had a wonderful brunch and a great coffee. Customer service was also excellent. It’s not massive but it does have a cute courtyard.
