My girlfriend went in to order a cup of takeaway tea. She was told they had stopped serving at half past two. Fair enough. She was absolutely desperate for the toilet and said so to the lady there, asking if it would be possible just to quickly use the loo. She was told ‘no’ as it had been cleaned. Pretty mean spirited I think. I notice many people have mentioned how friendly the staff are. When things are going fine it is easy to be friendly, a little bit of humanity here would have shown the owners to be truly thoughtful.

¡Qué hallazgo! ¡Botas, zapatos, bufandas y bolsos de mano servidos junto a un pequeño gran salón de té! Me encantó el café y el pastel de té tostado (hecho en las instalaciones) opciones encantadoras para el almuerzo en el menú. Servicio amable también. Definitivamente vale la pena un viaje de regreso o dos!

Visitamos y tomamos una taza de té y un bollo de queso que eran encantadores. Tiene un buen menú de almuerzo con sándwiches, paninis, papas al horno, pasteles, cafés, etc. Sin gluten estaba disponible. Además, el té de la tarde era un precio razonable. Fueron muy amigables. Mi esposa dijo que los zapatos y las bolsas también eran buenos. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias.

Me encanta esta pequeña tienda. Es muy amable y, mientras te tomas un aperitivo, ya sea en pasteles, pasteles o savorys, puedes mirar los zapatos, bolsos, etc. Todo a un precio muy razonable también. Muchos de uno offs.

I enjoyed a nice light lunch with a friend here. I deliberately arrived a little early and bought some Christmas presents. First time of visiting, and I was warmly welcomed. The products in the shop were nice and reasonably priced, and the lunch was enjoyable. Convenient on-street parking too.

A friendly easy going cafe with wonderful cake and scones. Excellent selection of shoes and accessories and a loyalty card! Perfect.

Nice little tea room and lots of gorgeous shoes! Helpful staff and good tea/cakes plus a purchase of some new shoes! Lovely idea and lady serving us in tearoom/shoe shop was really helpful. Only little suggestion is that the decor in tearoom was a bit bland - could do with some pictures, flowers or bunting etc. Wil definitely visit again.

This is an absolute must. What more could a woman want.......shoes, handbags, jewlery and more, then after all that hard spending, what better way to relax than to sit in their lovely tea room and have a cuppa or two with delisiously home made food. Well done to Pippa & Georgina Yum Yum lovely xxx

Shopping for shoes as your food cooking passed the waiting time which was not long , delicious food and cakes , fabulous and friendly staff .

Having toured, Norwich City Centre to no avail for a pair of 3.5 size shoes, travelled home and saw this little shop. Got myself a lovely pair of shoes, with the help a a very helpful sales lady. Highly recommended

Who can resist food and shoes - not together of course but what a briliant idea. Went with my sister and we had a bit of a giggle at first as it had that sort of giddy feel about it. We went for the afternoon tea and it was gorgeous - then onto the shopping with shoes and accessories which we did indulge in. We are definitely going to go again and take our other sister with us. Service was great, friendly and could not do enough for us.

Went with my daughter in law for a quick cuppa. We had home made teacake and cheese scones. Then followed with homemade cakes. Small menu but everything is beautifully cooked. Afternoon tea is available too. Next door great selection of shoes, bags and handbags.

I often pay a visit to the lovely shop/cafe, and it never fails to disappoint. The food is freshly prepared that day, a wide selection of shoes and accessories. I recommend a visit, it truly is a gem. 😄 Xx

After stumbling on this lovely shop and finding they cater for Gluten Free to say I was happy is a understatement. They were so helpful and will certainly visit again as we are moving to Little Plumstead very soon, only a stones throw away. Thank you Jill

Have been past this little place several times and seen their posts on Facebook with their shoes and bags for sale, so popped in with a friend for a coffee and catch up.

Pippa will greet you with a big smile as you walk in the door. Great selection of drinks and homemade cakes on offer as well as shoes & handbags for the lady in your life. What more could they want? The lime cake this morning was delicious, see you again real soon.

I love the fact that I can browse handbags and shoes, whilst deciding on what eats to have with my coffee! A lovely bijou cafe, with scrummy homemade cakes and scones (which are close to my heart!). Beware parking!

Went in for a cup of tea and a cake ended up with lunch and cake .Nice staff ,nice food ,nice shoes worth a visit .

It's friendly and cosy, just round my corner. The food is all cooked freshly and tastes it. The cakes taste just baked and are. The scones are heaven. But that's not all, half the village, the female half are wearing their shoes!

Been meaning to visit this tea shop. Finally made it, I was not disappointed. A little gem, hidden away on the out skirts of Norwich. Parking easy, but must importantly, the food is excellent, plenty to choose from, and all home made. A little retail shopping for the ladies, shoes, handbags and accessories. Very relaxing tea shop. Staff very friendly.

Have been here a few times, perfect for a quick get away for our lunch hour from work. Very friendly helpful staff, quick service and always a large selection of freshly prepared and very tasty cakes and snacks. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been here quite a few times now and the service and food are always excellent. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the proprietors and there is a comfortable homely atmosphere about the whole shop. There is cake therapy one side and retail therapy the other, really quite charming. The scones are easily the best I have ever had and are always fresh. The stock of bags, shoes, scarves and jewellery is most impressive and reasonably priced, I usually come home with a purchase !

Just been back to tea, bags and shoes for about the 5th time and am never disappointed. Such a lovely little place where you can relax over a cuppa and a cake or something a bit more. The staff are really chatty and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You can enjoy your cake therapy and then go and have a bit of retail therapy. There are lots of shoes, bags, scarfs and purses plus some jewellery to browse at, with the staff on hand to help you. Nice unusual bits and pieces if you are looking for a gift (or spoiling yourself of course). Well worth a visit.

A wonderful shop. At the front of the shop are shoes, handbags and jewelry leading through to a little tea shop. All The cakes here are handmade on the premises and are absolutely delicious, the only problem is deciding which cake to have. They also do panini's omelette and savory items. A little gem of a find on my doorstep.

Any time I can I will invite friends for a cuppa and cake at Teas Bags & shoes. The staff are friendly and the list of homemade cakes extensive sometimes making it a problem to pick one. All the ones I've tried so far have been excellent, they also do savouries and their savoury cream tea looked tempting for next time. A great range of shoes and wonderful handbags beautiful scarves and jewellery too. Plus free parking.

Located in the peaceful hamlet of Thorpe End my sister took me here to experience a proper afternoon tea, and I was pleased she did. The tea room is at the back of this small Bag and Shoe shop, with fast and friendly staff and a wonderful selection of teas and home made cakes. Instead of the traditional cream team I opted for the savoury version of a cheese scone, cream cheese and home made chutney, washed down with a proper pot of tea (3 cups worth). Must return soon to explore the cakes.
