Ordered food at 21.00 22.30 still no food can't get hold of them either very poor services think I'm going ro go elsewhere next

Usually good with great food but this time after placing a expensive order online it never turned up tried calling the number with no answer not a courtesy call to say the order was going to be over 1 hour late or even be cancelled I had to request a refund through the merchant but feel pretty dissapointed by the lack of communication I won't trust a delivery again so if I was to order again I'd have to do it as a collection

The drive through is always super quick and the food is always nice and hot. KFC as it should be.

Wessex FieldsVery slow... often had wrong orders so we now always go in to order. Even if order is correct it's almost always cold Avoid.

Gravenchon WayFood was ok but I have had better in other MacDonalds. Standards slipped a bit. Me and my colleague was the only two in there for a short while and it took about 25 minutes to get out to us. I don't hold high expectations as it's a fast food place... Fast food ! I won't stop using it because I still like the food.
