Visited today and staff very helpful. Outside areas looked clean and tidy. Bins not overflowing and another tick on the McD database. Enjoyed my McPlant as ever.

Slowest branch you will ever order from. But other then that it's OK

Service was poor, food was not hot only barely warm, could have done with a good clean and tables wiped, waited 15 minutes for food after ordering and the young girl was not very polite when bringing the food out, gave the impression she was not happy

Took my 3 boys here to eat plus my husband at about 5pm 2 hours after eating my youngest son started getting tummy cramps then he starts being sick then he had diarrhoea and is still being sick now at 12am then my oldest son starts being sick after and my middle son they all had the same big mac meals large all had strawberry milk shakes me and my husband have been fine but we didn't have big macs I'm thinking it's got to be the food my boys was all fine before we went in to mcdonalds and now at 12 am I have all 3 still being sick and the have the diarrhoea

Everytime I have stopped at this mcdonald's and not just this anytime after 9 in the evening they are never doing milkshakes,unbelievable

Disabled toilet was filthy and covered with flies. Ladies toilet very cramped. Fries were overcooked. Glad it isn't my local.

I went thru the drive thru and the young lady (Olivia) who took my money was absolutely lovely..... She had a lovely smile and was a pleasure to see.... The young lady at the next window was also lovely, I try to make people laugh as much as possible and she definitely found my humour funny..... Absolutely amazing service and then it was let down by the food that looked like it was made by someone who was blindfolded.... How hard is it to make a double big Mac??? Didn't realise it was make your own food day....

Bins were overflowing, rubbish on the floor. Tables are dirty, flies everywhere. Doesn’t look like there’s enough staff. Floor in the kitchen where visible from the counter is filthy!! Tables stayed like this the whole time we were waiting but the kitchen did get swept eventually.

I really don’t know how you guys manage it, just got back to tuck into my chicken selects…..

Food and staff are both well turned out, but don’t go at peak times, as it’s chaos and they can’t seem to handle the increased workload. Have tried a couple of times and just gave up after waiting 20 mins

Why do they show food on the TV that looks nice nothing like it in reality run by kids.chicken and bacon burger like eating rubber.my mates never got chips in their meals luckily a one of visit after many years.

We dropped in for breakfast whilst staying in the area. One of the better McDonald's we have been in, very clean and quick service.

The manager was really clueless. We asked about Vegan options and she had no clue what was vegan even with the tags on the menu. Worst Mc Donald's we've ever visited 🙈

Didn’t put cheese bites in our order and also didn’t put any of the garnish on the quarter pounder just cheese ….. don’t waste your money

This McDonald's has somehow managed to mess up every single order I have placed here over the last six months or so. This runs the range from incorrect customisation on burgers, to missing or completely incorrect items. The staff just seem to amble about with a completely disinterested look the entire time, so it's no wonder the service is so shoddy. If you have to eat here (and I'd advise against it)... CHECK YOUR ORDER

Been here many times but I don't know why. No milkshakes ever!!!! No ice creams!!! When we speak with the manager she advised its broken. It's been broken for over 2 years. I'd say around 20 percent chance of getting one. Also, went for a breakfast wrap to be told they weren't available. The worst McDonald's buy unfortunately the only one in my area and my daughter loves them. Oh well. Maybe they will read the review and get the milkshake machine fixed once and for all. Standard maccies food. The iced coffee wasn't very cold tho. Toilets were clean.

Tbh the food wasn't bad but we could have booked a restaurant drove there sat down ordered and paid the bill by the time we got through the drive through . They need a significant change in system as there was a backlog through to the main road which isn't great .

All in all one of the better outlets we have visited…they were very busy however the food came quickly and was fresh and hot. Clean toilets. Reasonable size parking spaces and full disability access throughout and disabled parking spaces too. Also E charging for cars too.

Blimey, hottest McDonald's I've ever had., almost burnt my mouth. Has something changed there as service was totally different to that we've had there before! Massive improvement.

Went here today. Freezing cold inside. Had to wait 14 mins for food while all the drive through and delivery orders were being dealt with. Lukewarm food. Getting a little tired of using this MacDonalds. Went here again today 14th May, thought we'd give it another try, why bother. We got in at 10.50 to wait for main meals after sitting down for 10 mins I asked when the burger etc.. menu would be up. A member of staff said at 11, so after waiting another 2 mins I was then told it will be up in 2 or 3 more mins. On this statement we walked out. So definitely never again in this McDonald's

No salt on my chips and i asked for extra ketchup and they gave me NONE

Service only got three stars because of the excellent service from the drive thru window otherwise one star at best! Food was mediocre at best NO Milkshake which sarcastically means NO McFlurry (it’s the same machine) Ironically I chose to drive to Street (11 miles) as it normally better than either of the Bridgwater restaurants If only they could try a little harder

Haven't managed to have a thick shack this year. Every time I go in they are either cleaning the machine even they say they only clean it on a Monday and I gave been on a different day of the week. Now they say it is broken but it has been out if action fir over a week and this isn't the first time.

I decided to eat in on this occasion, I would normally collect via the drive through, however after receiving several luke warm meals using the drive thorugh service, so I opted to eat in, hoping the meal would be hot. WRONG, the food was luke warm, scabby soft chips, awful, I was going to report it, but it was busy and being on a time restraint I didn't. I decided to bin the food and go. So much for the improved, hotter food TV ad.

Mcdonalds food as to be expected. But the toilets are filthy, the mens and disabled. Really gross.

Food was fine, service was fine but all the shouting in the kitchen was very off putting. Couldn't tell whether it was in jest or was people arguing. Unprofessional.

The wait is ridiculous wrong orders. Cold food. Have tries here 3 times and ech time the same.

Over one hour wait for "fast" food to be prepared, missing items , cold and sloppy. Management really needs to get the grip on this place, also ordered big mac and got chicken big mac? Seriously no word for this place anymore.

Sadly, they had sold out of the Biscoff Frappe, but the fresh salt covered chips made up for it.

All I did was drive past, I didn't go in.

Ordered 2 sets of pancakes and 1 breakfast wrap. Waited 18 minutes from ordering until food was ready. Paper cutlery is worse than useless.

The quality of the fries was good nut the burgers were cold and chewed, nuggets were overcooked. Staff looked like they were on auto pilot.

Has to be one of the cleanest and fully stocked stores we as a family of 4 have attended.

Not only was my burger cold - again I also wasn't given my full order. Every time I go to Mc Donald's there is some form of mistake.

Chips were just warm, but super efficient hot replacement provided when requested.

Forever getting orders wrong even though whats on the receipt is correct, the wrong food goes in the bag.

Really bad as mcdees go! Plenty of better offerings few as bad, the greasy side of the box is actually the lid, that’s because the outside of the bun was absolutely saturated where some little pothead with a degree in agriculture or some other vague and useless education has learned it’s not worth a patch of cabbages in the real world and is now stuck working in one of the worlds least healthy eateries and is abusing people’s food with the back of a greasy spatula out of spite, and you know if this is your level then life has delivered you to where you really need to be, with all the other clowns!

Good burger Shame the thick shake machine was down... Coffee was bloody awful as always in these places...

I went on a lesbian couple blind date that got filmed for downs for love. My sever was Owen and he was great!👍🏾 very polite and would recommend his services. My date’s wheelchair wouldn’t particularly fit through the door which wasn’t ideal for me due to this this the date had to leave and I’m still sadly single but is shay and Owen available

Unreal? Waited ages for meal, when it turned up it was wrong and as it turned out they gave ours to some one else! Kids were upset. Staff were kids who didn't care 1 bit! Terrible !! Rude

Hate the cheese. Never having anything with cheese again. Normally love cheese but this bright yellow stuff doesn't taste like cheese.

Parking can be a bit tricky but good place to pop in for a coffee on way home.

It's mcdonalds the food is exactly what you expect The staff are wonderful its clean but as expected at a certain point in the day and it is everyday there will be a group of youths but have had no issues.

It was very busy, packed but the service was still 👍.

Who is in charge of this?!? What a joke, literally was parked up in the drive through with no other car in front and waited 5 minutes for somebody to speak to me. Eventually we were spoken to and then we were told to find somewhere to park up and wait for our order. 23 minutes later……….. someone came over with our food and did not even offer an apology. ( by the way we only ordered a Big Mac meal!!) Who ever is in charge of this show is a complete muppet with no idea on organising or customer care. Will never return to this outlet ever again!!

Don't usually frequent McDonalds but my wife and 3 children had a great meal here. We were visiting Clark's Village and the food outlets there too expensive so this was a great alternative. All the staff were very polite and friendly and when little George (he's only 4 years old) spilt his drink the lady cleaned it up without question and just said that these things happen. Wasn't angry at all and made us feel comfortable. The prices seem to have gone up a little since my last visit but still represent great value. The wait for the food also seemed less than I've experienced in other McDonald outlets. I would say this is a very well managed restaurant with an excellent team.

It was a macdonalds just like any other. Everytime I eat at a macdonalds I'm reminded why I don't eat at macdonalds and with the push for touch screens and less and less human interaction I'll be going there even less. Ok for a focal point to meet up and grab a coffee but thats it really.

Bob offered absolutely lovely service. He was super friendly. We're on holiday and he told us to visit the Wookey hole caves. We went later that day and It was amazing. Thank you so much Bob for your amazing service.

I’m absolutely appalled at the food here I bought a bbq wrap and I found a rather large chunk of lettuce. Pictures below. This is so bad even as a cheap fast food chain. This order had no care whatsoever put into it. Disgusting

I came here in a dire time of need at my lowest…. Life was cold hard and dark and I was miserable. I saw the golden arch and decided to take a chance.. to turn over a new leaf. I entered this establishment cold hearted and distraught and left a new man.. the staff were angelic… sent from the heavens… the food was unlike anything I had tasted… each bite an explosion of flavour and joy. I truly felt happy. Thank you. I will come back here again. I love you.

Quick and cooked well. One of the better ones.

I find the hygiene at the street restaurant most troubling, a short time ago the water was shut off, but this restaurant remained open even though the staff had to used sainsbury across the road as there toilets were not functioning, I also over heard staff complaining they couldn’t wash there hands correctly, sadly I believe there is bullying amongst staff, so I not be returning to this restaurant.

Service was fine, food taste passable. My complaint is the drink. My banana milk shake taste like coffee, there is a clear lack of quality assurance here. It seems that someone placed coffee grounds in this cup or reused it. What a waste of money.

Ordered 2 Big Mac Meals with coke and Quarter Pounder Cheese Burger with Sprite at 545pm. Got served promptly and was asked to wait for food as quite busy - no problem, food came out 10 minutes later, chips were scorching and burgers were stone cold. Took them back in and spoke to a young lad behind the counter and asked for hot ones, he threw my cold ones to one side then he put 2 Big Macs in a new bag, chucked it with other customer orders and walked away to serve another customer. After he had served that customer I asked what was happening with my order, there was a lady beside me who had to go back in for half of her £50 order as it had not been put in the bag - his reply a huff and a rolling of his eyes!! Seriously mate if you don’t like your job, quit, you don’t need to give the customers attitude because there order was messed up especially when I was polite to you and didn’t blame you for the mess up!! Then the manager asks what’s going on with the bag (the one with the hot burgers in), I explain, she rolls her eyes at me and says ‘You can’t have Quarterpounder yet as there’s none cooked!’ - No problem I can wait for a hot one but can I have fresh chips based on the fact they are gonna be cold now?? Again she says yes. 5 mins later I get my order - hot chips on my cold burgers (wish I’d checked in store not when I got back to the car). How did I know they were the original burgers?? Because I ripped the burger in half on each coke one and put them back inside the bun!! Absolute joke - pay day treat for me and my family after a long week at work. Customer service from staff member and MANAGER absolutely disgusting, attitudes are shocking. Poor lady with half the missing order was still sat waiting and they are STILL taking ordered despite people queuing round the car park waiting for food.

Over the last few months, everytine we go in there is never any milkshakes or ice cream. When I questioned it on Saturday I was told the machine overheats and needs replacing. Conr on McDonald's this has been happening for months - sort it. Also since you've been doing deliveries, the customer service has gone downhill. Endlessly waiting longer. Diners instore seem to come last. Improvement needed.

My son didn't even have his chicken nuggets in his meal and the food is always cold ask to cook it again because it was cold come back cold with half the food not there I'm disgusted with the service and how the food is cooked and the fact you order it and your meal isn't even there worst place ever it's not upto standards who wants no food and it cold to

Not much to say really, its a McDonald's, service was quick, food nice. The only complaint was that it was a bit chilly inside.

I get take aways, the service is usually quick and efficient. I love the mcplant burgers.

Staff friendly and work hard. Generally too small for demand so crowded. Car park is also too small and badly laid out, and the EV charger is oriented so you have to go round the car park to get to it, at busy times that means you get tangled up in the drive through queue and the "deliver to your car" service means the chargers are probably ICEd anyway. Definitely not recommended for charging

I have far too many Loyalty points (20000) to say I don't like it. But still feel automation has changed the atmosphere and service experience. I want more than just cheap and chearful. Staff are hidden. Grabbing the attention of them is impossible. Do we really want this?

Easy parking, easy to order on the App then delivered to the table. Especially useful if you are on your own and places are busy.

They have no milkshakes. What is wrong with McDonalds and milkshakes these days? It's practically not worth going to them anymore. There's never any explanation or apology. They must be phasing it out off the menu.

An average Maccies all things considered. Walked in and ordered the order itself seemed to take a while, with staff rushing to satisfy drive through orders first it felt like. The order itself was placed around 2:00 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t overly busy all things considered. Would probably still go again but maybe do drive through for that quicker service I guess, it wasn’t just me but a bunch of us waiting 15+ minutes which for McDonald’s is relatively slow

I ordered for delivery in the app I was given a 45-60 minute wait. I could have walked there and back faster. I check the tracker 3 times and the ETA kept getting extended. The final time I checked the app my order had just been cancelled by McDonald’s. Awful service, the company cares nothing about customers they just want to take the money. Nothing offered as a good will gesture for just cancelling my order without notifying me after I had waited 1.5h

Typical Maccies, food is up to usual standard for the chain, not the worst atmosphere but I will admit I've never eaten in there. Staff do their best, but are frequently overwhelmed so please do check your order before you leave if taking food away!

Most food ready quickly and was hot, normal burgers and chips were good only downside is if you order chicken you have a longer wait and not as good as your standard burgers. Drinks taste nice but are not filled all the way up and I would also not recommend the hot chocolate promotional or otherwise.

Extremely busy on Saturday afternoon, queuing out the door, but food was great

Had a grilled chicken wrap and it was dry and rubbery. And that silly paper knife and fork (I ordered a salad too) didn't cut the mustard either. Sadly it seems to me that not only has McDonald's raised their prices significantly, they have also compromised on food quality. A great shame. The coffee was ok.

Keep saying I'm not going to return but keep thinking it's going to get better. Always a long wait for food in the restaurant, very slow staff and never enough on shift, food always cold but by the time you get to eat if taking away you can't take it back to complain.

Today , I was feeling down, wasn’t having a good day , I ordered some food and normally it’s just like a normal drive through no enthusiastic people , workers who seem to not actually enjoy there job , but no not today a young energetic man made my whole day a guy called Freddie I had To ask his name Because he was so happy , joyful, and made it like he wanted you to enjoy the experience of getting your food , I just had to take some time out of my day to say how great full I am for him working there.

Fred on the window is amazing he is always so happy to be working, always smiling and very polite … the best worker there !!!!

The service is so slow. This McDonalds need to expand. The drive through took me 10 minutes before I even got to order (on a thursday night) and on a friday night it normaly takes 15/20 to complete the drive through or go in and order. Inside is always super crowded. I can't even imagine what it's like over the weekend!

Avoid this branch of McDonald’s!!! Staff aren’t lead by anyone who appears to be in charge. Food thrown together, fries cold, staff mucking about when there’s lots of them , At busy times there is never enough staff. Franchises obviously run a POP Culture here. The management don’t care when you provide constructive critique. Last weekend I visited a branch at Sleaford, Lincolnshire. What a difference, slick well lead branch, staff enjoying what they were doing and communicating with each other and customers when items weren’t available. I think Street need a trip to the other side of the UK to learn a thing or two.
