Dipping sauce missing for churro

Awful, over an hour and a half from ordering to delivery, delivery was 45 minutes later than originally stated. No apology or explanation for the delay. Terrible customer services.

11 times rang the store. No answer once

Nearly 2 hours late and the drink bottles were put on top of the salad box so it was all squished !!

we ordered 3 sandwiches and a muffin. muffin didn’t come, one sandwich had wrong ingredients inside and another wasn’t toasted. all sandwiches were soggy and was 15 mins late

I ordered at 1530hrs waited for hours and no show (despite the app saying it was delivered) so I left - I then get a call at 1800hrs saying he's at the place of which I've left. Did not receive my order nor do I want it anymore - may I get a refund.

Delicious food, I rang the restaurant to ask where my order was and I spoke to the most lovely man on the phone

The best Subway around. We come here for food instead of a Subway just down the road from us, as the quality of food and the customer service is just SO much better here. Even when ordering a delivery - Toasted food is still nice and hot, it all tastes so fresh... They should add an option on Just Eat to add a tip!!

my order turned up an hour and a half later than their estimate and upon opening it turned out to be completely the wrong order. when I phoned them to sort the issue they just hang up on me, very unprofessional. the only plus I guess is that they send you a random sandwich after they steal your money. should by allowed to put no stars as one is to good for them. AOVID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Was late and cold. The food was actually very good once warmed.

I had a problem with the delivery: ordered 14:50. Estimated was 15:30. Requested an update via just-eat from the place. New estimate was 16:05. I called them at 16:30 and was told "the delivery guy left 3 mins ago, should be with you in 18 mins". Food arrived 17:10. Had an apology from the delivery driver. I don't mind about the delay. I don't blame the staff for the delay. But at least be honest with the estimate.

Food is great but the woman staff is horrific. They tried to give me an allergic reaction by putting olives in my food even tho I SPECIFIED no olives. They spoke in their own language and giggled at customers and refused my free side from my points, made funny faces at customers too. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR GET THEM FIRED!!!!

very rude and didn’t care at all. they were getting annoyed at the simplest things. get rid of them. the cheek of the lady when i asked for salt and vinegar crisps she just chucked them on the desk at me.

not only was our food late, but the sub that was not toasted, the bread was stale. on one of the meal deals the cookie was different to what was ordered. Plus the 3 extra cookies we ordered were all wrong. Very disappointed.

found a mushroom in my sandwich and i’m allergic to mushroom

Was really nice what I did have although was missing the cookie and drink from the meal deal plus the extra cookies I got additional. Not sure if driver just forgot to give me the bag or something…Everything else was really nice though.

I ordered 14:10, and it arrived late at 16:00, it seemed like there was a bag missing as I ordered 3 subs one of which was a meal deal and I didn’t receive the drink or the cookie, which I’m quite annoyed over as I payed roughly £17 for the meal deal and didn’t get it all, when I could have just gotten a regular sub and it would have saved me £6. Very unfortunate.

2 hours late. Girl at the restaurant wasn’t even looking at the right order so was delaying it even more, food was cold on delivery and then had the nerve to say they wasn’t going to give a refund as driver was stuck in ‘heavy traffic’ I checked… not a single road of traffic, pathetic lies and excuses. Never order here

It was about 2 hours late. Lady on phone was looking at wrong order the whole time. I recommend never ordering from this subway. Shambles

I ordered at 3:50pm and was told for 4:15-40 minute wait and then i was told it was delayed. Until 4:40 - 5:00 and even then it still didn’t arrive I texted a notification to the retailer and said 5:10 and then finally at 5:15 it arrived. It was stone cold and I didn’t even receive a apology when delivered just a here and then walks off. Considered i ordered just so I can have a quick bite to eat whilst getting ready for a important meeting and I couldn’t even have that because I had to leave ad

There were multiple items missing from each salad box, chicken was stone cold. Contacted the store multiple times to find out where our order was and just kept being told it was on the way for over and our! Shocking service

Part of my order was not available and a substitute was provided, however, I was not advised or given the option not to accept the replacement item. Total lack of communication and now not confident we will receive what we order in future.

Went in 40 mins from close but for some reason the food was rushed through and taken out the oven half way through the allotted time, leaving food not that warm and not toasted!

Delivery driver had the most appalling attitude. Calling me to tell me to hurry up as he was waiting outside when he was no where to be seen. Then arguing with me about my address and telling me it was my fault he could not find the house. The house name is clearly shown outside the house. Ordered originally said delivery between 5:10-5:30 it finally arrived at 6:35 stone cold and not even cut in the middle. Absolutely pathetic attempt hugely disappointed.

Had to call twice. Ignored my delivery note. Hash browns were burnt. Sub wasn't toasted, soggy and generally unpleasant. The cookies are good. Absolutely not worth the money. It was my first Subway. It will absolutely be my last.

Really tasty but over 2hrs late! Needless to say we were absolutely starving when it arrived which did make it harder to enjoy.

The salads looked awful, like some ones left overs, all mixed in and messy and small portion... Usually buy from Radstock subway and they are layered neatly, look appetising and you get a box full!!!! Shame on you frome... Take your standards from Radstock subway!!!

We live in quite a rural area so was surprised to see Subway come up as an option. Especially since it wasn’t the closest Subway to our house Food was lovely though understandably not warm given the distance

2 hours late to be delivered, the man on the phone said they had been extremely busy but couldn’t let his customers know that. Was said to be arriving at 13:15 didn’t arrive until 14:35 when ordered at 12:30! Was showing on the app at 13:30 that it had already been delivered when it hadn’t. Wasn’t even worth it. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely shocking it took 2 hours to arrive on a Monday lunch time I wouldn’t call this a peak time when I rang after the first hour had gone I was informed the food was prepared so after it sat sweating for another hour you can imagine the state of it when it arrived I have never written a bad review before but this order has gotten me fuming

Pleasantly surprised that they delivered out this far since other Subways are closer , lovely food ,great delivery man ,friendly and professional, highly recommended.

Ordered, said delayed. No problem. Waited until updated time, no change on the app. Rang the restaurant 4 times with it ringing for 5 minutes each time before they cut me off. Final time answered asked for postcode was inpatient when I was looking it up as we are visiting the area didn’t know it off the top of my head. They Said thanks bye and ended the call before I could explain why we rang. Seemed annoyed probs because I was bothering them with the phone. Don’t accept the order if you can’t fill it or are too busy. Do not order from here unless it’s a walkable distance.

Our food arrived an hour and a half late after it being given to another person and them Having to redo our order. We couldn’t eat it as it arrived as we were walking out the door to a swimming lesson. At no point did the restraint answer our repeated phone calls until they were sending the 2nd order.

They kicked us out and was rude for no reason we was going to share some nachoes and they said we all have to pay. Disgraceful.

Delivery taking mad long its been 2 hours wheres my food

Usually dont have a problem but food was cold. Don’t mind sub being cold but the hot sides were also. Heated up in the oven before eating. Sticker said 4 on it so wouldn’t be surprised if 4th drop off. Usually all okay but just wanted to let the store know that maybe 4 drops is too many or they were too far out from each other
