Absolutely fantastic food! Very fresh and perfect portion sizes. I would recommend the south indian garlic chilli and also the garlic nan bread. Fresh light and very satisfying.

The restaurant is lovely with very nice staff. The food was overpriced and very small portions. I had butter chicken which was lovely but three pieces of chicken and no rice.. £14.99 Even although it was nice it wasn't that nice. Peshwari nan was very small as well the size of a cut up tortilla wrap!!! I feel that if you go be prepared about the price and the portion sizes.

Had heard good reports of Tawa so thought we'd give it a try. Was pretty quiet which I really don't understand given how good the food was and pretty reasonably priced. Poppadoms, 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks for £60. The best Indian I've had in a while and definitely the best locally in Coatbridge. Far better than Crown Jewel which has went back the way since it reopened- and it does serve alcohol of that's your bag! It's certainly ours with an Indian! Very friendly service with the only gripe being its a tad chilly in the restaurant so dress accordingly! Definitely worth a visit - highly recommended!

Great little Indian restaurant in a local area that has friendly service , really nice decoration and really delicious authentic Indian food . Price wise , it was really affordable for when you go with family or friends such as £16 for a three course lunch and at a price like that you can’t complain. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is a nice place, staff are lovely and the food is delicious but it has one big problem FLIES , we had to cover the dishes with tissues and bat them away with menus they need a fly zapper in the dinning room asap

This is a hidden gem: the atmosphere, service and food are exceptional. The dishes are varied, delicious and served speedily and with such courteous service. Dinner tapas dishes were simply wonderful. We have also come -on several occasions -for lunch and found the food, service and highly competitive prices just great. A very warm welcome awaits. Thank you.

We occasionally get a takeaway from Rasa having followed them to the Village from their previous takeaway called Maska. We have always enjoyed the meals and told everyone how good the Peshwari Nan's were. Unfortunately during our last takeaway, you would have thought they were plain Nans - very little flavour. We have noticed the curry portions are getting smaller i.e. less meat / more sauce. We can't fault the staff who are always very friendly. Please take note.............

Used to be really good, now it has a new owner and no drinks license. Didn't eat there because of this. Went to another restaurant instead

All food had a strange taste, wouldn’t recommend. Garlic nan was hard and didn’t taste anything like garlic.
