Tasty Korea in Kensington and Chelsea

Los fideos kimchi saben a malvado. Fue tan agrio. Me di cuenta de cuánto odio a kimchi después de probar tus fideos. Nada contra tu restaurante, todo contra kimchi.

Se llaman BARBACOA coreana HANRUE. El sitio web es Tasty Korea. Fui aquí para un almuerzo tarde un sábado por la tarde mientras compraba en la zona. Tranquilo entonces, pero probablemente más ocupado en la noche. Bonito lugar, personal amable y buen servicio. Tenía el Sundubu Jjigae que era muy bueno. Viene con arroz de cortesía. Deliciosa, picante y llena de sabor. Generoso con mariscos e ingredientes. ¡Solo pídelo si puedes picar! Tubería caliente, bien presentado y muy agradable. A pesar del nombre, hay otros elementos en el menú y no solo barbacoa. Algunos pequeños negativos. Mucho más caro (casi el doble) que otros restaurantes coreanos en Londres. Supongo que por la zona! He estado en Corea del Sur y el plato a menudo se sirve con una pequeña ensalada de cortesía o kimchi. Dado el precio, sería bueno incluir esto también. Recomendaría lo contrario.

Group of us all enjoyed our meal Food tasty (as per the restaurant name! ), novel korean flavours to enjoy something different but not overpowering. Bibimbap, kimchi, fried chicken, seaweed, all recommended. Quick and friendly service though we we early for a prom so pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. Happy to recommend, will return.

I never had a meat soup so delicious ever! The place was really comfortable and cozy. I will definitely come back. Keep going guys!

Absolutely incredible food and service! Food was delicious but the real delight was the service. Nathan was amazing, made us feel incredibly welcomed and kept us entertained the entire meal. Food was delicious and filing and well priced. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent atmosphere, great service and delicious food. Bulgogi and Glass Noodles (Japchae) were out of this world.

I wonder if I went to the same restaurant as the reviewers below? If you’ve ever tasted bibimbap in Asia, you are really pleased to see it in London. But lunch was not a good experience. The outside of the stone bowl was hot, and the slightly glutinous rice inside warm. The other elements were tepid at best. The egg was cold and the yolk did not break over the rice. The beef was unpleasant and included pieces of gristle. The chilli sauce was insipid and tasted as if it had come from a packet. There is no excuse. Couriers were collecting deliveries, but I was the only person eating in the restaurant itself. At this price point (£18 for one bowl of food and a cup of green tea), I was looking for better, and said so. Everyone was very apologetic, but they should not have served this travesty of a much loved dish.

tasty, fresh, large portions and deeply satisfying. staff was wonderful. had spicy pork in bibimbap, kimchi pancakes and seafood with spicy rice.

The food at the restaurant is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the chef is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

Excellent. Great food and friendly staff. Would recommend. Nathan, front of house manager keeps you entertained and explains a cuisine not yet truly known in the UK. A lovely change from your typical Thai or Chinese.

We travelled all the way from Birmingham to try out authentic Korean food and eating here made me feel like it was worth it! I would actually travel again to eat here. We had spicy galbitang with rice, army stew with rice and Korean fried chicken. All of the dishes were tasty and had a good portion size! The restaurant owner was so kind and the staff rendered good customer service. The music was nice as well. Overall, I would rate this place 5/5! Don’t miss out on good Korean food! Thank me later for recommending you to this place!

I did not go to the restaurant but I ordered a dish (toppoki) yesterday on Deliveroo. Every elements of the dish were undercooked : the rice cakes, the noodles and the vegetables. I paid £23 in total for only one dish and I could not even eat it...

We went here on a trip to London and the food was excellent. Good prices given the location so close to Kensington. The buffet menu was confusing but the rice bowls were excellent

Went to this restaurant yesterday with a friend the place was empty food was over priced. 6 pieces of Fried chicken what was cooked the day before for £15.90 and a bowl of rice what had no tastes at all Very disappointed with this restaurant 12 pieces of chicken 2 bowls of rice and two small beers came to £45 after paying the £45 by Apple Pay received a message that the actual bill was £50.10 I would advise any to keep well clear of this restaurant Food is over well over priced with no atmosphere Keep well clear be advised

I haven’t actually been to the restaurant yet but I’ve been ordering their Bbq beef Bulgogi and haemul pajeon every week lately on deliveroo and am totally hooked. From the taste to the size of portions, it’s absolutely a must if you love Korean food. Cannot get over the tenderness of their beef. Prices are very very reasonable, food delicious and portions HUGE. Can’t wait to visit the restaurant once Covid restrictions are over. For now, deliveroo it is.
