Si pudieras darle a un lugar una reseña de SEIS estrellas, este sería el lugar. Hermoso lugar, con un servicio increíble - un equipo tan cálido, amable, acogedor. La comida era deliciosa - el desayuno Keto era particularmente increíble. A nuestros dos niños les encantó su merguez y huevo revuelto brioche, también. No se me ocurre un mejor lugar para desayunar en Harborne. Definitivamente volveremos!

Este se ha convertido muy rápidamente en nuestro lugar favorito de brunch en Birmingham. Tiene una gran variedad de opciones y el servicio es excelente y amable. Todo es halal, lo que siempre es una ventaja añadida.

Tasteology always has brilliant food, whenever I bring my friends here they rave about it afterwards. The Mediterranean brekfast, wraps and burgers are top notch. The staff are always friendly and happy to chat whenever we pop by. Definitely our favourite place for breakfast in Birmingham.

Asked for an Americano Coffee and dash of milk! Was charged extra 40p for milk without being told of the extra charge. Be careful of hidden charges

King of toasties! 5 stars! Popped in for a quick lunch after a few people recommended the place. Warm greeting, order taken and drinks arrived hot. My toastie was beautifully presented and tasted even better! Another local independent I highly recommend for breakfast or lunch. Not dog friendly inside but they do have seats outside and offer takeaway.

Great eastern med cuisine, done well, the boss is a gem and cares about the food and service, what more can you ask for, shakshuka wax delicious as was the coffee

I arrived at the restaurant on a Friday at around 1pm and online it says that they are open from 8am-5pm on a Friday. I was extremely disappointed and distraught when I found out it was in fact closed. As a diabetic my blood sugars were extremely low as I hadn’t eaten prior to this. I waited outside the restaurant for around 45 minutes, however there was still no staff in sight. The lights were on which was quite deceiving so I was extremely shocked. For future reference, please can the staff at tasteology be present at all times as this is a huge inconvenience and waste of money to travel to the restaurant for it to be closed.

This place is such a hidden gem, we have been multiple times as a family of four with a 7 and 9yo. I am vegan and my family are very much not, kids slightly hard to please at times. We all love this place, great range of options with something for everyone. The owner is so lovely and friendly, today when we arrived he literally high fived all of us! He greets everyone on arrival and just couldn't be more welcoming. A couple of times he has given freebies to the children and speaks to them as individuals which I just love. The food is excellent and absolutely always prepared fresh, it's often very busy and high turn over but they rush around and we never have to wait long for food or service. If I could give six stars I would, could not recommend highly enough.

Honestly the best breakfast I’ve had. It’s hard to find halal spots and we went here in hopes it would be decent. Decent would be a disrespect to the standard there. The staff are so lovely, and the chef was in and out of the kitchen checking on us and our meal. The mushrooms were genuinely life-changing 😂 , you could tell they were made fresh to my order, aswell as the scrambled eggs. Portions were more than enough and they have freshly squeeze juices. I really can’t express how satisfied we are with finding this place. Will definitely be our new regular place

The best chai latte I’ve had in a really long time. Also a fabulous shakshouka and fresh bagel Service was quick and easy.

Amazing... the place looks lovely, functional science theme with a hint of the middle east. Served straight away, drinks lovely (dirty chai and hazelnut tea), food fast and tasted amazing (full English and a Royal breakfast). Possibly the best cooked breakfast I've ever had! Will come again!

Honestly awful. They took our order wrong to start with. Didn’t bring over our drinks until we had asked 3 times already and even then brought one at a time, asking each time what drink we were missing. Then to start on the food. Firstly they got our order wrong, meaning I had to wait until all my friends had finished eating their meal before mine had even came out. No apologies from staff other than the chef coming out to blame the trainee. Food was mediocre and service was awful.

Me and my family had a Sunday brunch, amazing service and delicious fresh food. Owner was so welcoming and friendly will definitely come again. Hidden gem x

Tasteology has become my family's regular weekend breakfast cafe. The food is brilliant with a range of Mediterranean and North African food (and twists on British classics) and their baker is fantastic, we always pick up cakes for the upcoming week when we visit.
