No me impresionó mucho.

Found on Trip Advisor, and had to try it for ourselves. Had delicious sandwiches, pastais, and bollo arroz. (Apologies for the spelling mistakes!) Owner was very friendly and told us of the up coming move to larger and more central premises, with longer opening hours. Will definitely be back soon.

I've been to Taste Of Portugal a few times now and everytime I am welcomed like an old friend. Anywhere that offers good coffee and a cake for less than £3 is a fine place in my opinion! A group of friends that I work with meet up for coffee once a week and this is our new place to go. We've been to others but very much enjoy going to Taste Of Portugal because of the friendly atmosphere and value for money. We're told that there are plans to enlarge the Cafe area which can only be a good thing so that more people can enjoy this fantastic little place.

Deinha1979 must have visited a different place to me as I find the owner to be lovely. His homemade soup is excellent surpassed only by mine and the cakes are different and gorgeous. My new must stop weekly treat destination.

After a visit I am shocked by what I saw. The owner of this coffee shop has no manners to serve customers. I've never seen more arrogant person. I noticed that some products were on sale out of date and the famous custard tarts are not fresh at all.The best custard tarts you will find them at Ocean Waves sea front.

Horacio who is Maderian, but Portuguese speaking, is a wonderful host and always has time for his customers. He offers a variety of snacks of both English & Portuguese origin and has many ideas for the future including offering lessons in his Language (by a qualified Teacher) and the surroundings are clean and smart a credit to him I have been twice in the last week and will certainly go again when next in Weymouth

Great pub, great atmosphere, good live music and excellent food, all in a historical setting, what more would you want.

For quick service and lovely food, can certainly say Muffins ticks all those boxes. Food is served hot and at perfect proportions; would happily come again. Enough seating for a family of 1-4 even if you’re just wanting a quick coffee or sandwich. All the staff are lovely and a big thank you to the woman with braces! Was very helpful and kind! 10/10

Really wanted to love this place but was disappointed from the start. Large sign with a list at entrance to a car park but when we drove in there didn’t seem to be parking for the cafe. We were able to park on the road outside. Interior was a bit bland with 4 tables that were very close to each other. No food menu - an underwhelming selection of cakes and one savoury croissant and one sausage roll on the counter. When asked the waitress listed a choice of savoury items - just focaccia with a few different fillings. Very little choice of cold drinks especially for children. No snacks (e.g. cookies ) for children either. Had gone hoping for breakfast type items (e.g. pastries/teacakes) but ended up having cakes . They were ok but nothing special. Won’t visit again which is a shame as we are local.
