Lively place with nice coffee and staff.

Busy shop. Only 2 people serving, who did very well. Always like this firm. But employ more staff.

A nice and relaxed little corner coffee shop with a calm atmosphere..... My latte was absolutely fine. Also an iced coffee. It was very good so it seems it's a little bit. This and Missy here but I definitely hit the sweet spot with my order.

Bland cafe in Weymouth. Oat and raisin cookie bland. Cakes didn't taste particularly fresh. Had to drink my hot chocolate straight away as so cold. 2 toilets. Absolutely disgusting and stank of urine.

We paid around 30 pounds for coffee and a cookies and cream cake. The cake felt wet, to the point we had to leave it, and the coffees were either watery or milky. The iced lattes especially were just like drinking a glass of milk. This was one of the few times we just had to leave food at the table and leave. As soon as we left a seagull came down and grabbed the cake. At least someone enjoyed it. Would not recommend unless prices are changed and the quality improves.

My cappuccino was lovely but the iced drinks of the rest of my family were unable to be consumed due to poor taste. We got a cookies and cream cake which was also inedible. Extremely disappointed after reading so many positive reviews!

Went in ordered 2 drinks I was not made aware they were only serving in takeaway cups due to only 2 staff in, even when I told the girl I was drinking in I was not told, even though there was used China cups on tables, when I pointed out I can't use a takeaway cup I was told that's what I had to have, not happy I requested a refund which was given I will not return

A cafe doesn’t need to do much to be perfectly ok - pleasant surroundings, efficient service at the counter, tables cleared - the list is quite short really. This one fails on all counts. The surroundings looked dirty, the guy making the coffees was taking an age so the queue kept building up, and the tables were piled high with dirty crockery. A girl bringing out food would return empty-handed past piled-high tables and when, after at least 20 minutes, someone did start clearing them, she only did a few then disappeared again. And no wiping down of tables at all. Not a pleasant experience - what’s the manager doing?

OK it’s a chain, but this is a quality coffee shop. They manage to pull off a cosy environment AND have lots of seating, win and win. The coffee is very nice in good size cups, staff are diligent and very on top of good service. I would recommend the cakes, my wife has to go dairy free and in their splendid choice of cakes there are some nice dairy free choices.

I visited this coffee shop several times recently whilst on holiday and staying locally, on my 1st visit i had a very positive experience as the staff were friendly plus both my latte and slice of cake were delicious, however on my 2nd visit I found it to be much more of a rushed experience as nobody seemed to know what the other were doing, i ordered a large tumeric latte as a treat but after waiting absolutely ages for my drink to be made i was then given the wrong one, after complaining my new drink was made in less than a minute and was revolting as it was barely warm, and just tasted of spicy milk as they forgot to put any coffee into it, extremely disappointing.

Nice and relaxed venue with accessible toilets. Nice selection of cakes and pastries, and white hot chocolate and cappuccino to die for. Certainly tastier than some other coffee chain shops

No gluten free savoury snacks other than crisps. Otherwise all good. Sweet gluten free snacks for those who eat sugar.

We chose this cafe to have coffee with my husband . The empty tables were very dirty. Tables were not cleared even after customers had left. Then a staff came and collected the dirty plates and glasses from the tables. but none of the tables were deleted. I wonder how many times a day these tables are used like this without being wiped down? . Don't these tables need to be cleaned with antibacterial?! I will never return to this cafe again.

In my opinion this is the best coffee shop in town. The staff are always so polite and friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere.

We popped in on a wet and miserable Friday, coffee was hot and tasty along with the delicious cake. Nice to visit somewhere new, plenty of coffee shop/cafe choices in Weymouth but we would 💯 visit when we are next in Weymouth.

terribly dirty place but good coffee

I have come on here to write a review based on a member of staff from the Weymouth branch. His name is Aiden and this morning he was working on his own with members of the public pitching in to help as the shop was incredibly busy I even pitched in to take some peoples washing up over for him. I just wanted to say he was an incredible member of staff and I hope that someone messages or contacts him to say how grateful we all are as customers and that he is doing an incredible job! I can only hope that someone recognises his dedication and hard work! Oh and the coffee he made was incredible too! Thanks

Very poor experience asked for a pot of tea but was informed that they had no teapots in the café I could have had a mug but when you are given it, it has already stood for awhile and is too strong. Such a basic requirement for a café not a good experience.

The 'scone' was not of scone quality or texture. Broke to crumbs but fresh.

A week in Weymouth and this was by far the best coffee I found. I drink it black, two choices on offer, went for the Ethiopian which was excellent. Great porridge and almond croissants too.

For my money and tastes the best in town. Love the odd furnishings like settees, armchairs, dining chairs, coffee tables, dining/kitchen tables. Decent selection of rolls, paninis, teacakes, various yummy cakes. Staff friendly and efficient - what's not to like?

Was disappointed, it was my Daughter and her husband favourite coffee bar but for me the coffee was not as good as Neros,

great for not, only, coffee and snacks, but the general service is excellent. as a totally blind regular, i am treated with immense kindness and consideration. most times a well-appointed table will be secured for me and the staff and management are good people. oh i recommend the black currant crumble, lemon drizzle, and cappuccino cake. i always order a seasonal latte with an extra shot, give it a try!

A coffee shop chain that's not too dissimilar to Costa. Selection of flavoured coffees with an equally range of snacks. Nothing screams outstanding but the weymouth branch have efficient, friendly staff.
