*BEST DECISION* I went there few 4-5 times before with friends and family. We had an Iftar dinner party. We chose Taste of Karachi for the food over spice village. I must say that it was the best decision. The food was amazinggggg. Everybody kept asking us at the venue and even after party where we got the food from. We ordered for 90 people. We had lamb seekh kebabs, papri chaat, lamb badami qorma, chicken biryani, kheer, salad, naan and raita. Every single was delicious. I have never eaten such scrumptious kheer before. They gave us huge potions. A lot of food was left which we brought home (it was already mentioned by the owner Shahbaz bhai that a lot of food would be left for you guys take home). They delivered the food with a lot of care. I would highly recommend them and will go with them again in future In sha Allah.

I would not recommend it. Went for iftaar today. The menu is very decieving. They only show expensive platters so we ordered lamb chops and malai tikka separately. The costs were not on the menu. To our shock 4 lamb chops cost us £12 and a few small pieces of malai tikka £12 . Hardly any portion and £24 wasted. The butter chicken barely had 4 pieces of chicken in them. The quarter lamb charsi karai we ordered was tasty but full of bones. Barely any meat on them. This place is a rip off. Atleast during the holy month stop serving such portions of food . The bill was £56 . I would have rather eaten at Damacene which was miles cheaper than this place . Never again will I visit or recommend anyone coming here

Beautiful food, average atmosphere, and friendly staff, will definitely be back. Really nice Charsi Karahi, Nihari was lovely and food in general very good. Naans and Rotis need improvement. It was like eating in Karachi. Well done ✔️ . Please accept credit/ debit cards. I don't use cash and it gets hard. Need modernisation. 9/10

Went there on a friends recommendation and found the food to be exceptionally good. Havnt eaten better desi food than this in the UK. The owner was v humble and hospitable. Keep up the good work!

Went in spontaneously with a party of five tonight and left happily after a delicious dinner. Very friendly atmosphere and service. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, the manager improvised an extra table for us and offered us a special Ramadan-platter we didn‘t regret ordering for a single second. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience. This unpresumptious Pakistani Restaurant is a MUST for any Asian food lover. I was reccomend the Beef Kahari, and boy was it good. it was fantastic! My wife had the Chicken Biryani and she too loved her meal. Well done to all concerned.

This is my go to place for authentic food. Shahbaz always provides the best food with great service. Definetly would recommend him

Shahbaz is a lovely host, we were made to feel very welcome. Although some items were not available on a slow day, he guided us well on gluten-free items. We ended up with a zippy chicken & spinach, contrasting tadka dal (curiously without tadka topping), seekh kababs and nice naan. All about the food here - tables seem a little awkward, but the prices are low! Lots of takeaway, may need to call ahead for some dishes as everything is (refreshingly) cooked from scratch. We saw the lamb karahi go out to a family - a definite next time try! Cash only, great value!

They sell great food and perfect for take away. Nihari and biryani are the best. I ordered food in bulk today and everyone loved it. They truly represent food of Karachi and I would definitely recommend it.
