I usually love the food from here, I've ordered numerous times, but tonight all 3 dishes were not up to the usual standard. The Korma was thin and kind of tangy and weird, the Dhansak just didn't do it at all, and the peshwari naan was cold. Very disappointing

Food was ready on time for collection and tasted really nice. Chicken was perfectly soft with loads of flavour.

This was just Ok for me. First off I ordered a lamb samosa, I don't like spicy, this didn't say it was spicy and yet it was very hot and I only took one bite! It ruined the rest of the meal. Nothing else seemed to have any seasoning, the butter chicken was jus really bland for me, I have had better. Maybe my taste has changed but I struggle these days to find a good indian takeaway. Disappointed. Binned most of it. It would be nice also if these places did smaller portions for one person, far too much.

We always order from this restaurant and will not again. Saag aloo was watery, onion Baji was uncooked and doughy. Lamb Dhansak, meat was tough. Not nice at all.

Been a regular customer for years Unfortunately last 3 deliveries food has been soooo spicy, maybe new chef? Rang up was offered replacements requested refund no call back from manager Wont be reordering again.... shame

The naan bread wasn't great and it turned up cold had to put it in the oven

Nicely presented, with nice packaging and overall look. The peshwaei naan was very nice and a good size! The main vegetable biryani was OK, but did not find it did not have a lot of taste and the mixed rice was similar. The Mago Chutney that was separate with the poppadoms also lacked some sweetness and was not very thick. The Ferrero Roche desert however was very well presented and tasted great. The free chocolates was a nice touch.

Didn’t taste like an Indian Biryani at all

First time we tried this place, food was delicious. Cooked well chicken was very tender, flavour was on point, naan fluffy. Only negative it could have been warmer.

Ordered a curry on a Saturday evening. It was delivered promptly and the lamb in the Rogan and the chicken in the Pasanda was beautifully tender. Really tasty- only thing, the naan could have been hotter ! #Supportlocal

Arrived on time. Food was tasty, loved my king prawn rogan josh! Naan bread perfectly crisp and sides were tasty. Would definitely order again.

the worst one from here after we'd decided it was #1 after 3 good meals, this was bland tasted like something thrown together and probably was 6pm delivery obviously too early, chefs special "horrendous,wet tasteless and basically had the mixed starter thrown in" oh well.

Overall the food was really good. I ordered 2 poppadoms, received 3 but only 1 was fresh (crispy) the other 2 were soft and couldn't be broken up with no dips given. The Chicken balti was excellent, as well as the Chicken Jalfrezi and garlic naan. Egg rice were fresh and tasty.

Ordered a takeaway, absolutely poor it arrived cold, both dishes bland, cucumber raitha looks gone off, cheese garlic naan bread is stale and can't taste any garlic what so ever would not order for the price I paid absolutely disappointing no love in this food whatsoever

Had to wait approx 10 minutes past the stated collection time. The food when we got it home was still hot & the portion size was very generous. Everything tasted great & wasn’t too oily. I have to admit it was one of the best Indian meals we’ve had in a long time. Keep up the great work 🙂

Hi. don't wish to bash, the food. curry was, decent /ok. Hot (temp). Great! Unfortunately the rice. was in my opinion, tasted 2days old.* Give up the marketing packaging * Not needed* If the product is made fresh & tastefully daily . via order Only . Use packaging for restaurant patrons. Not 4 delivery. ( My sink is near me...Wasteful money).

I have been ordering from Taste of India most of the time if ordering Indian food and found the vegetable curry tasting sometimes off so resumed ordering alo ghobi this time and saag paneer as vegetable. Alo ghobi was now tasting as gone bad, the cauliflower tasting slightly sour. We couldn't consume it, I am pregnant and I didn't serve it to my kids neither. The saag paneer tasted very bland as well, different from previous occasions. Not sure what happened, whether the chef changed, but everything in the order was different than previously, not fresh and missing taste....

Really gone down hill. Ordered from here and then a few days later from another place and the difference was absolutely shocking. Sadly we won’t order from here again unless the quality improves. Some of the food was stale and overall taste just not the same anymore.

As always. Delicious hot food delivered on time. Never let us down. Have only scored 4 for quality this time as disappointingly onion Bhaji was over fried and inedible due to its hardness.

Can't fault the food and normally on time. But this evening was 20 mins late. They did ring to let me know though. (Also missing a poppadom) but given an ice cream.

Ordered through Uber eats. Arrived exactly in the middle of the delivery window. No supplement for ordering through Uber rather than direct. Used their own delivery guy who was very courteous. Food was delicious, although the Patia was hotter than I’d expected. We had done a split order and all the boxes were named with who had ordered. Very impressive. Plus some little freebies. Will definitely order again.

first time trying taste of india and was impressed, the only minor complaint i had was my peshwari naan had zero sultanas and the coconut was bland. Will be back though as the rest was bang on, and the presentation was superb. I particularly liked the naans being placed in grease proof heat holding packets, a very nice touch (my mrs had the cheese naan and she said it was delicious so maybe i just got a random poor peshwari) very good. Will return.
