Really pleased to see the preservation of the stations decor and look from 1863 in places. Great history explaining just how the Metropolitan line was created and how difficult it must have been.

My Favourite Underground Station for several reasons. Firstly , I live at the end of the Met Line so a fast train gets me here in less than I hour in the comfort of those larger carriages that run on the Met , District , Hammersmith & City & Circle Lines. From Baker St . Station I can use the other lines to access all of London & further afield. The station has an old fashioned ambience with ticket halls on 2 levels & an exit / entrance onto both Baker St . & Marylebone Rd . Always plenty of helpful staff on both levels & the platforms. Drink & food outlets in the station & also toilets - not common outside of Main Line stations. Regent's Park is only 5 minutes walk away . An added bonus for me is that if the Met service has a problem I can walk round the corner to Marylebone Station & get home on a Chiltern Line train.

Baker Street Underground Station is one of the most iconic stations in London. The vintage tiles gives it a unique charm. It’s well-connected with several lines running through it, making it easy to get around the city. it’s generally clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re a commuter or a tourist, it’s a great station to pass through and has a bit of history to enjoy while you’re there.

It is an important station because it is located next to the Museum of Idols, which in my view is ridiculous and boring and not worth 35 pounds. I visited it in 2009 AD and did not visit it. The important thing is that the station is located on an important street, Marylebone. It serves the Circle, Mountain, and Metropolitan lines and will take you, God Almighty willing, to Hammersmith. There are restaurants, cafes, and street food stalls in it and around it. It is old and its building is beautiful. I hope to God Almighty that I have conveyed some information about it. Oh God, Amen. May the blessings and peace of God be upon the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds alone, with no partner.

Handsome individual called ehsanor rahmen helped me. He gave me directions which were wrong but was so polite. Great staff in this station!

Easy to use underground station - simply follow the named/colour-coded lines. When I was there the Metropolitan Line was closed for maintenance and a friendly, professional member of staff advised me how to complete my journey using another line and then a replacement bus service.

It's nice to see a historical site. If you have to take the subway from here every day, forget it.

Awful station, terrible air conditioning, seating old and far between and leaks / breaks everywhere. The Hammersmith and city line is one of the worst possible line in existence, irregular and delay / have problems so frequently,bit is a joke. Terrible experience here.

I’m going to review the features within this train station and then give my overall review. Starting with: Services: The members of staff within the station are pretty helpful. I find them easy to talk to and especially helpful when I’m looking for information about incoming trains or underground information. The departure boards within this station are also well spread out within each platform in addition to the central departure board that attracts the masses. Size: This station is pretty big and even bigger when compared to the other nearby train stations. Its size also allows it to have services within it such as tea and coffee shops within the station in addition to toll-free toilets and an easy access way to the underground. But I like how wide spread the crowds are during peak hours as this reduces the dreaded bottle necking that takes place when trains arrive or depart. Hygiene: Not only does this station look good from the outside and in, but it’s also pretty clean for the most part. You rarely see any rubbish within the station, however, it would be nice if the gents toilets were also held up to the same standard. Summary: This station is pretty awesome. Sure it gets really crowded during the peak times, but the same can be said for all London train stations – it’s just that with this one, it’s usually a lot easier to traverse through the crowds compared to other stations, plus the crowds aren’t all funnelled in a bottle neck either.

Beautiful, old fashioned tube station. Outside you'll find the Sherlock Holmes statue as well as Madame Tussauds. You can also go to London zoo via Regent's park from this station.

A lovely young member of staff was very helpful in assisting me and my granddaughter with a couple of queries...sorry I did not get a name but he was.was very polite and and helpful and cheery and nothing seemed to be too much....a credit to London underground

Train arrived on time and the station is well signposted.

When I come to this station I feel like I’m going back in time, it has many original features and is just so British. I’m from in London ( Cypriot origin ) and still love it, if your a tourist or Londoner come and see how wonderful it is 😊

Indicator board failed to warn passengers that trains to Amersham & Chesham were not running due to a fault at Moor Park and that alternative routed needed to be planned.

A supervisor kindly let us in to take photos. Old beautiful station, which thank God is preserved and is also being renovated. Old wooden elements that are so beautiful. That was a nice 20 minutes that we were able to immerse ourselves in the story. Take the time to linger here.

The station where you can go to the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

Great example of London undergrounds. Never short of an elevator or 2.

Location of the supposed Sherlock homes. You need to buy a ticket to visit the house. Visiting the store is free. You can buy tickets on site. As soon as we leave the metro, we immediately see a statue of the detective. Funny place.

Visited three, last was me and my brother toured the Baker Street Underground, it very interesting. Street famous for Sherlock but also famous for first Underground station.

What a station and what a great place to visit .Great for Sherlock fans, well-connected lines. Clean, but often crowded. Watch out for peak times! Historical charm and always busy Efficient sites and you can do shopping here .

Some parts look rough and others look decent. The biggest tube station I've been to besides Kings Cross St Pancras and a few others. Unless you look at the well sign posted signs, you would find this station confusing. The only station in Zone 1 on the Jubilee line that is not step free. Helpful staff though.

I want to thank the young gentlemen that we’re working on the 25.11.23. I broke down worrying I wasn’t going to catch my coach home with my young son needing to get to victoria coach station for 6pm. These guys were so kind and treating us with the upmost respect they gave us the help and advice we needed without hesitation they were so helpful. True gentlemen I appreciate all the kind help and support.

Lovely staff, and great service, amazing food cooked to perfection. We were travelling with kids and were serviced by one of the managers Vanessa, she was kind and helpful to kids for making right menu choices.

On way home from stonebridge park.

I have just been on an Open House weekend tour of the Baker Street Complex hosted by London Underground TFL. We were given a great insight into this historic Metropolitan Railway site with it's origins going back to the first London Underground in the 1860's powered by steam of course. Starting at the old HQ building at 13 Alsop Place and several other parts of the non public parts of the whole complex. Well worth it if you get a chance to do this.

Great location for the station. In and out in 2 min and can even catch the jubilee line. Iconic Station and location too

A tube station with a lot of history.

Wow this is one amongst the oldest operating underground stations in the world. The interiors on Platform 5&6 are maintained as they were at old times. I would appreciate if they could get some more coffee shops at the station but the connectivity to other places is well. I was quite intrigued by the history behind this place and hope they continue to let it stay this way.

Baker Street Station is an excellent point to start and end your journey. The location of this station is easy to get to as it's close to the city center. The station has a good connection with other lines, making it easy for transfer. The station itself is well maintained and provides a refreshing experience while waiting for your train!

One of the historic underground stations in London but it is not disabled friendly and there's no lift or even ramps. Cannot update station due to it being Grade II listed building. No disabled people off and on trains in that station so far.

Provides access to Baker Street, Madame Tussauds, Sherlock Holmes and Beatles museum and Regent Park. It is a Functioning tube station, but, Old, complicated, difficult, in need of major refurbishment

Very poor service and no explanation as to why, shame I was really considering investing in this station but after today I don’t think I’ll bother 😡

Amazing history. A station literally carved out of the ground and covered to create the metropolitan railway.

Historical landmark. Well connected to most of the underground lines.

Does what it says on the tin. Nicely central - just off Marylebone road. Excellent Madame Tousaude is just outside. Loads of nice places to eat in Fitzrovia. If you can make it to the #reformclub by Bond street, I'd definitely give it a go - great food, great beer❗

It is very disappointing to have a cleaning company called abm with a slogan that says 'building value', cleaning at Baker st station. The two girls with long black hair responsible for the toilet area are rude and not interesting in helping others at all. They did not even look at me when I spoke to them. I can only guess their value is to build frustration in the customers.
