love Wenzels as it has something for everyone

One orange juice only delivered I was looking forward to have an orange juice with my cornish pasty

Food as always was amazing! Great portion sizes for the price and the food itself is very tasty and filling. The biscoff cronut is definitely one to try as it is delicious and I am not a fan of hot chocolate but the way they make it has me coming back for more. Absolutely worth the price!

unfortunately our order was wrong. I ordered 2 x sausage rolls one with Bacon and one with hash browns unfortunately we received 2 with bacon.

poor kept delaying delivery time, food was over an hour, cold and the coffee wasnt sealed so lid was off and empty,

Smallest sandwich ever. Not even the size of half a usual loaf sandwich

Wrong food item was delivered. Just Eat refused to help. Panini was dry and unappetising.

this is the 2nd time you didn't put the white chocolate cookie in. I left quite clear instructions on how to get to us and then spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to direct your driver to get to us. not impressed

2 cokes missing from order - drop down menu to report this didn’t include drinks so had to select another item to that value for refund .Not impressed.

Food missing some was cold as well as in correct sauce

food was good as normal but delivery was seriously delayed with no updates and the GPS map kept cutting out

Unfortunately the drinks got spilt (driver said sorry many times) so I had half cappuccino and wet bag with panini. These things happen but hope I can get a full refund.

took around 1hr 30mins to arrive, freezing cold food.

Changed expected delivery time by 20 minutes and then arrived without the whole order. Not the first time we've had items missing from here.

ordered breakfast baguettes, they sent wraps. not happy.

Breakfast Baguette £5.20 The sausage (65p extra) was tasteless and the bacon was rock-hard. Obviously left on a hotplate for far too long. Tuna Salad Baguette £5.15 It might as well have been a salad baguette, only a thin smear of tuna. Not worth it, not returning.

They delivered bacon in my food and I do not eat bacon!

It took 2.5 hours to arrive and was wet and cold, the delivery driver didn’t have the address

Food was late and arrived cold. We were then missing quite a few items whilst left us with disappointed kids

They delivered it to they wrong address and refused to bring it to mine. The person at the other address had to call me via the receipt and get me to collect it !!

Delivered to wrong address!! Unhappy because the bag had been opened so I don't know if the food was tampered with, it probably wasn't but I don't like thd feeling of not knowing.....hence the low scores!

upon receipt i got 2 bags, breakfast in one, tea in the other. while holding the bags the bottom of the tea one burst open, the tea had leaked, spilling it over the floor. i was not amused.

Ordered food as well as a cappuccino. All for everything to be completely cold and inedible by the time it got delivered

Cheese salad baguette missing from order

Panini wasn’t cooked throughly, cheese wasn’t melted at all and far too much tomatoes made it soggy.

Only been in Stevenage a short time, this is by far the best place for a breakfast roll, hot, tasty, good value,and on time.

Delivered bang on time, well packaged and hot items still hot. Nice.

Appalling service! Trying to explain to me that in a sausage baguette that costs £5. Two pieces means one sausage cut in half. For £5!!! Are you having laugh! Don’t lie to me! You messed up on a just eat order and trying to talk your way out of it. As a constant customer always ordering the same thing you can’t lie your way out of this! Especially to an ex employee too! Abismle!

Firstly they delivered the wrong panini. After that, my mum ate a bloomer only after consuming it she discovered it was a day out of date. Truly disgusting

As a regular customer I have spent around £170 in just over a month at this bakery. I tried to email them directly but the email address supplied does not work. The food experience I have received today has put me off of ordering from here again. The photos say it all.. £22 1 item missing and the rest covered in grease, butter and lack of filling. I always leave excellent feedback on Deliveroo. This meal was inedible. Just opened the tuna sandwich .. lettuce has brown edges and tomatoes are soggy so not fresh & the use by date is today so I have paid a huge price for a stale sandwich.

You really should employ drivers that can read and understand any delivery instructions given when the order is submitted.

The delivery driver took over an hour to deliver what should have been a 5-10 minute journey maximum. Food was cold, no apology from the driver. Absolutely dreadful service.

This order was incorrect. x1 roll should have bacon which we were charged for it. Please could organise refund for this

Items were missing and Wenzels would not accept ownership that they hadn't included items in the bag - was repeatedly told "I put this in the bag myself" when item was not in the bag. Food that did turn up was ok but have requested refund

Shocking service shop forgot to put the food in the bag. And a refund just isn’t good enough. I’ll just starve because people are incompetent to do there job. Whole order should be refunded or will not be using this company again

Overdue review from August. I placed a large platter order for my daughters christening to be collect on first thing on a Sunday morning prior to the event. What a pleasant experience, special thanks to Madrina who made everything for the event from the crack of dawn. Everyone enjoyed the food at the event and it didn’t last long. Thank You very much. Sorry the review is late. Thank you very much Madrina.

I love the food from here. Always super tasty. But every time I order a bloomer sandwich, they send me a baguette. Please send me the right sandwich!!

Driver was amazing - such a polite and conscientious gentleman

The food as per usual was beautiful. I ordered a breakfast baguette with ketchup. I love the sausages they are so meaty. I also had a hot chocolate which is so smooth and creamy. I highly recommend Wenzels. I am a frequent customer.

As can not order chicken & sweetcorn on the app, I request it on the information, today they rudely highlighted the order & comment but failed to pay attention to why I had asked for the baguettes to be changed.

Not happy as only got half a hot chocolate!
