Drink was not provided with meal as advertised and selected

the best bacon rolls in town without question cooked perfectly now the only place I order from simply the best can't recommend it enough

not wenzels normal baguette today, shorter and rock solid

couldn't find where my location then tried blaiming me and expecting me to come find him after i told him everyone else has found my location before and by the time he found me my food was cold

Order was missing 2 main items and one baguette had lettuce and mayo which was not requested had to be binned! Awful

I usually order from Wenzel's in store and their Breakfast baguette's are always good, the last two I have had delivered have been really bad, the fillings have been cold and had a "stale" or "old" taste and today's coffee was luke warm at best.

Disappointed with man very rude

disappointed as 1 drink was wrong flavour and pannini wasn't in bag although marked off on bag, ruined our lunch, reluctant to reorder again, excuse that they are busy, and we're offered to go pick it up, but if we wanted to pick it up we wouldn't of ordered for a delivery

I ordered a cookie bomb but got a regular one this wasn’t communicated at all

After paying near enough 4 quid for a chicken and mushroom slice only for it to be cold and swapped for a cheese and onion, the worst possible substitute. Now my all I can taste is onion and not even the donuts are good enough to mask that.

The delivery time kept getting longer and longer and the delivery driver drove around the whole town before coming to us. Watching on the map they picked up orders from multiple other places on the way which meant that our food was 15 mins late compared to the original time frame… plus the hot item arrived cold, overall just really disappointed

Usually the food comes hot, I ordered a ham and cheese panini and it came stone cold. Wasn’t even heated at all just bread with ham and cheese slices

delivery driver did a great job and very accommodating, very happy with his service

when my food arrived it was cold. bacon and sausage baguette are not nice to eat when cold. I complained to just eat but they refused a refund.

Would give 0 stars but that's not an option. Placed an order on deliveroo, food was cold and over half the order was missing. Do not recommend

Don’t normally leave bad review but when your scouring hot coffee isn’t sealed properly and the entire cup spills out of a hole in the bottom of the bag when lifting out of courier bag, burning my bare feet in the process I thought I’d leave one… what a joke

No bacon on a breakfast baguette.

Used to absolutely love a Wenzels, but they've changed the bread, it's now soggy and the crust isn't crust anymore

Ordered a crunchy roll not a soft one. Gave the option to add a drink with the roll as an extra of which I did. Drink was never included and because it was an extra there is no option to get it refunded on the app.

Rather heavy handed with the salt on the tomato, cheese and pesto panini! It's not nice to have a mouthful of salt!

chicken club was dry , sausage roll was way overcooked. I ordered an iced ring donut but got a sugar one . not great seeing how expensive you are, definitely won't be ordering again.

There was issues with the order but was very well handled by the store manager and the food was great as always

A vast improvement compared to the King's Langley branch lost star due to food just being barely warm no coffee as machine out of order

everything was fine apart from the tea, I'm not sure what the drink was but it definitely was not tea

I look forward to my Friday lunch at Wenzels, I normally have a baguette and totally enjoy it along with a drink and Belgian bun today I had a Pannine when it got to me it was cold and all crunched up I was not impressed and disappointed ☹️

One orange juice only delivered I was looking forward to have an orange juice with my cornish pasty

Food as always was amazing! Great portion sizes for the price and the food itself is very tasty and filling. The biscoff cronut is definitely one to try as it is delicious and I am not a fan of hot chocolate but the way they make it has me coming back for more. Absolutely worth the price!

unfortunately our order was wrong. I ordered 2 x sausage rolls one with Bacon and one with hash browns unfortunately we received 2 with bacon.

poor kept delaying delivery time, food was over an hour, cold and the coffee wasnt sealed so lid was off and empty,

not happy about waiting so long, so I'm not going to order anything from wensles again and would like a full refund please

Wrong food item was delivered. Just Eat refused to help. Panini was dry and unappetising.

this is the 2nd time you didn't put the white chocolate cookie in. I left quite clear instructions on how to get to us and then spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to direct your driver to get to us. not impressed

2 cokes missing from order - drop down menu to report this didn’t include drinks so had to select another item to that value for refund .Not impressed.

Food missing some was cold as well as in correct sauce

food was good as normal but delivery was seriously delayed with no updates and the GPS map kept cutting out

Unfortunately the drinks got spilt (driver said sorry many times) so I had half cappuccino and wet bag with panini. These things happen but hope I can get a full refund.

took around 1hr 30mins to arrive, freezing cold food.

Changed expected delivery time by 20 minutes and then arrived without the whole order. Not the first time we've had items missing from here.

ordered breakfast baguettes, they sent wraps. not happy.

Breakfast Baguette £5.20 The sausage (65p extra) was tasteless and the bacon was rock-hard. Obviously left on a hotplate for far too long. Tuna Salad Baguette £5.15 It might as well have been a salad baguette, only a thin smear of tuna. Not worth it, not returning.

They delivered bacon in my food and I do not eat bacon!

It took 2.5 hours to arrive and was wet and cold, the delivery driver didn’t have the address

Food was late and arrived cold. We were then missing quite a few items whilst left us with disappointed kids

They delivered it to they wrong address and refused to bring it to mine. The person at the other address had to call me via the receipt and get me to collect it !!

Delivered to wrong address!! Unhappy because the bag had been opened so I don't know if the food was tampered with, it probably wasn't but I don't like thd feeling of not knowing.....hence the low scores!

Delicious food and exactly what I asked for. This will be my regular as others have sent the wrong items. I some cases no items. Wenzels are professionals and tasty. thank u!
