Taste of Cyprus in Broxbourne

Ordered 2 kebabs, 1 can of fanta, eat in. Charged us £47. When challenged he stated their is a charge to sit in, plus his menus prices are out of date, plus he gave us chips (although we didnt order them - he just served them along with the kebabs).

Ordered for the first time today with 2 friends- one of them recommended the food. Ordered delivery through their website. Items could do with more descriptions also. Salad was missing and when I called the restaurant they were not friendly and called their driver who said she put salad in the bag but there was none. So she basically implied I was lying - over salad … Never mind made my own salad to go with it as it was needed. Meat skewers dry, chips dry and no salt or flavour on both. After placing order delivery time was 45 min but then got another email for 40 min delay. Will not order again. Needs improvement with customer service, punctuality and accuracy of order.

Horrible food and even worse customer service…. Some very dry… other very greasy. Horrible taste. We waited for 1 1/2 for our food. Ordered completely different food to what they send… honestly it was so bad that words can’t describe our experience. Of course on top of everything we spend just under £60 to go in the bin

The pork is NOT GREAT, you will always get your food over an hour late each and every time, the service is a joke. avoid unless you want to get sick or angry waiting for horrible food.

Ordered via Uber Eats. It was a little later arriving than they predicted. Reading other reviews, seems they get busy and sometimes you have to be patient, so bear that in mind when ordering. The food itself was delicious, crispy salads, home made vine leaves and plenty of freshly cooked meat- restaurant quality. Well worth the wait and I’ll definitely be ordering again (maybe allowing an earlier order time, that’s all). It’s obviously a family business deserved of support. A quicker delivery would get 5 stars from me (the delivery girl was lovely & polite).

Food was lovely! Tasted homemade and delicious. The koupes were crispy, big pieces of pork in the souvla and the makaronia tasted great. Little be expensive for some items, but not all. Lots of traditional food on offer, look forward to ordering again!

Placed order at 19:00, estimated delivery confirmed for 19:40... Chased via Just Eat app at 20:00 (No response from restaurant) Chased again via Just Eat app at 20:10 (No response from restaurant) Cancelled order and requested refund via Just Eat app at 20:25 Received response from Taste of Cyprus restaurant refusing the refund via Just Eat app at 20:40 Called restaurant at 20:45 and spoke to manager who apologized and said they are very busy but he will not give me a refund... Now... this is over an hour after the originally quoted delivery time expired, a full 1 hour and 45 minutes after actually ordering the food in the first place... And apparently it's now on it's way which i had to phone the restaurant about, just to get that update... (Any courtesy call to tell me my foods gonna be an hour late?) I fully understand and appreciate that a restaurant gets busy, and ultimately if a restaurant is busy, then that's a good sign.. What i don't understand nor appreciate is how you can refuse a customer a refund for food you said would be delivered over an hour before? I fully understand your busy, but you haven't adhered to your side of the contract, as a business? You were contracted to deliver a product, failed to do so, then refused the customer a refund? For a restaurant to be great, it needs both great food AND customer service.. Unfortunately, while the food here may be good i shall be going elsewhere for my greek takeaways.. Have contacted Just Eat with regards to a full refund, pretty sure they're customer care may be slightly different... Either way, if i don't get my money back, it'll be £25 spent to find out how poor this restaurant's customer service really is when it comes to their mistakes... After all, i imagine all restaurants make mistakes from time to time especially when busy or short staff'd etc.. But i would suggest it's how those restaurants respond in those situations and to their customers that really sets the Great Restaurants from the rest of these types of places. Thumbs down from me

Ordered the vegan burger but disappointed when it arrived as it was a mushy vegetable burger with a breadcrumb coating - labelled as vegan so taking their word for it. My body will let me know otherwise if any egg or milk inside the burger due to allergies😂 I was really hoping for a beyond burger or something at that price - Was £9 for a vegetable mushy burger. price was too much just because it's labelled as vegan. I would highly recommend the restaurant switch to a burger that's a party due to the demand in plant based alternatives. They added extra potatoes which was nice. The chips I was half expecting to be thicker but still had a nice flavour. I've had better hummus personally, and better more authentic bread. Overall I wouldn't get again but tasty for what it was. Excellent delivery through Uber eats. Also they don't add sauce to the vegan burger so had to add my own sauce.

I can’t big up the people at Taste of Cyprus enough. Before Covid we ate there and the meals were great but their service during the pandemic has been simply wonderful. For my birthday they pushed the boat out and managed to make it a great evening with a little birthday message in the delivery. Octopus was grilled to perfection and was juicy and flavoursome. ‘Chips’ were nice and fluffy. Order you won’t be disappointed.

Orderd 2 lamb souvla for delivery which came to over £33 . Was all bone with a bit of dry meat which I wouldn't even give to a dog, Never again.

They should be ashamed of themself as Cypriots. The food was cold tasteless and just plain nasty. Please do yourself a favourite and never order from here. Rude and actually put the phone down. They got the order wrong they even accused me of lying. The food looks like it’s been microwaved. I ordered keleftiko apparently. Ashamed of them

Had to wait over a hour and 45 minutes.....food arrived barely warm and the chicken shish looked like it had be microwaved then briefly put on over the charcoal for 30 seconds...not worth the money or wait unfortunately. I wouldn't even give them a second chance.

Had used this place often. Lately prices have jumped extortionately and quality of food gone way down. Ordered a lamb dish which has shrunk in size and was tasteless. Thought we would try one more time as benefit of doubt given on previous order but we were wrong , it was so disappointing. We will not use again.

Ordered a take away and last time I ordered I couldn't chew the meat but my daughter said lets try it again. All the prices went up extortionately. We ordered ex large kebab and went from £11 to £14 and same size as the large. Only one skewer of pork and 3 sheftalas. Chips £4.50. The meat was cheap and unedible. What a waste of money. 6 kebabs, 3 portions of chips £72. Really mugged off. Never again. This place has gone from bad to worse.thr picture shows ex large. Ripped off. If there was a score of zero, i would have scored zero.

Purchased 2 kebabs to take away,1 souvlakia and 1 mix.Both were appalling.Meat was very poor quality and not cooked enough.Myself a cypriot, know how poor this was!Only way somebody would hand over that quality of food is if they didn't care less.

Had a takeaway recently one evening on a recommendation from my daughter who had one previously & was raving about it. Had haloumi, tzakziki, roast potatoes, keftedes, dolmades & a portion of macaronia tou fourno plus a salad pitta breads. Was very generous, fresh and very tasty & plenty for 2. Will definitely be having again.

Not very satisfied with the service we received today. The kebab was cold, the shieftalies not very tasty. Also when we open the pitta we've found some hair on the meat, that was disgusting. Please, try to be more careful when you prepare the pittas. Not very satisfied tonight, upsetting, thank you.

These guys can not cope with a by rush. The food cab be really good, but when under pressure they cut corners micro wave stuff and not grill it. Good food when not are not busy. Busy your in for a disappoint.

Ordered 2 beef stifado with rice and 1 kleftico with Cyprus potatoes on Saturday. Was told we would have to wait a while but no too bothered about that as we know the food is lovely. When it arrived there was 1 kleftico with potatoes as ordered but 2 beef stifados turned up with no rice just salad which was not what we ordered so we called them back and they said there was no drivers but would try to get some rice to us. None turned up so we had to quickly go to Tescos to get some. NOT GOOD. Its such as shame because the food is lovely its just the delivery that is very bad, and its not the first time its happened either.

Have had take aways from here for the past 4 months & was soo impressed with the quality & freshness of the food.....

This is predominately a takeaway with a small eat-in restaurant. On arrival we were greeted politely by the takeaway staff. The boss then shouted up to the waiter to seat us. We felt a stressful vibe, possibly because it was a Sat night and very busy, in what seems like a popular takeaway. We ordered wine which when tasted was not pleasant ( first time we have had to send a bottle away - not one but two) We turned to white wine but again the choice wasnt vast and we ended up with a non chilled bottle but it was better than the red so we stuck with it. We must say the food was nice. The starter order was a bit mixed up but it didnt matter as we just ordered the missing extra dish. The mains were nice, plentiful and tasty. So in conclusion. This could be a great place if a little bit more effort was put in service and attention to detail - also get some decent wines in :-)

I have been to Taste of Cyprus many times before and some times the food has been great and recently the food has not been so great but my eldest son wanted to go for dinner so four of us went. The adults ordered a meze and the children both wanted octopus. We were told after about 5 minutes that there was no octopus so the children had to order something else. There was nobody else in the restaurant when we got there although a few other people turned up afterwards. We were quickly given some dips to start which was good but then nothing turned up for ages. The kids were getting very hungry so I asked when the food was going to turn up and I was told very soon. A while later the starters of the meze came which included dishes that were the same as the dips. My kids were complaining constantly that they were so hungry and an hour later we got the kids meals, one of which was not correct. They had lamb chops and calamari with chips so nothing too taxing so there was no reason for this to take so long. There was still no sign of the next course on the meze and a while later, having taken one of my children to the toilet, on our return I saw fish fingers on our table which nobody had ordered. My mum confirmed that this was the "fish course" which included 3 fish fingers and 3 pieces of scampi. We were also given 1 mushroom between us. I was absolutely appalled that after an hour of waiting from the starters we were given that. I complained straight away and I was told that we were given the fish fingers because they had no calamari left. How ridiculous. Why did nobody think to tell us that they had no real fish or seafood left and give us the choice of having something else. Why would a restaurant serve fish fingers to adults as an alternative to octopus and squid. We were also expecting some prawns and a grilled fish but got nothing but the fish fingers. We cancelled the meal as it had taken almost 2 hours to get to that point with hardly anyone else in the restaurant either and after the fish fingers we had no idea what we were going to get for the meat course or how much longer it would take. The chef seemed not bothered about the whole experience and when I said that I was only prepared to pay for the starters and children's food he just said "fine" and walked away. The only person who seemed to be apologetic was one of the front of house staff. I have had many mezes in my time and at no point should fish fingers be considered part of it or should any food take so long to turn up. The starters are all cold and should take no more than a few minutes to bring. I believe that had I not complained they would have charged me the full amount for the food and not thought any more of it. It seems that the restaurant views the takeaway service far more important than the sit down guests. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

My mother is Cypriot and I cook a lot of Greek food at home still. Taste of Cyprus was very authenticity cuisine. The food tasted great. Myself, my English husband and children all enjoyed it. There was something for everyone to eat and enjoy on the menu. Portions were very generous too. The service was excellent. A three course meal without alcohol was £20 per head. We had a great relaxed casual family meal out. Will be going back now that we’ve tried it.

My husband and I had a meal there last Wednesday the food was amazing well worth a visit every table was full but the service was excellent

Having grown up with Cypriot and Greek food, it’s a good meal, although expensive compared to Turkish alternatives locally, but you won’t get the same style of food! You come here for quality not quantity. If u decide to eat in it can be a tight squeeze as the take aways are always busy ( a good sign). Give it a try and see what you think!

I'm going to leave them a good review because they deserve it. I order quite often through (just eat) as it's easy for me to pay through card, I never carry cash on me anymore. The food tastes really good.... one thing I will say is my favourite dish the lamb is always sold out every time I order it. I think I've ordered about 8 times and twice I've been lucky enough to get my favourite lamb on the bone and my god it's bloody amazing!! All the other times, I get a call 5 mins after I placed my order to tell me they have sold out or they order me another dish instead.... I wish they could sell me the lamb dish I want every time as I'd be ordering it everyday (if I could). Not sure if it's been taken off the menu now on just eat or not as I couldn't find it on there last time I was on there. Think it's £12.50 now as prices went up. But I don't mind paying it if it's avalible

I spent tonight £50 quid on a takeaway which was disappointing to say the least lamb chops had hardly any meat on them portion of haloumi was so small 3 tiny pieces and a an order of pastourma with one burnt sausage rip off and tasted disgusting let alone the burnt order of sheftalies bland burnt and hard ... never again will I order from here... if you want a proper Greek meal go to desiree in Cockfosters

I visited here with my partner, son and friend. One thing is for sure, this is NOT a taste of Cyprus. Food was unseasoned and tasteless, hard undercooked rubbery calamari which I got changed for it only to be the same again. Everything was an absolute disaster, it looks like somewhere you would go after you’ve had one too many on a night out for a cheap kebab fix. I would definitely not recommended nor would I ever go again. They are bringing the amazing food of cyprus’ name down!

Food is very enjoyable and good quality. Always comes within 45 minutes. Occasionally the chips (which are little square potatoes) are over cooked, but other than that I cannot fault it.

Tiny place added to the takeaway. I’m working my way through the menu, learning as I go. So far everything has been melt in the mouth. It’s very small/cosy and there’s a small choice of wine which is passable.

Ordered a takeaway of 5 kebabs. Lamb Mixed Sheftalia and Pork. Arrived in time but I have to say the pork and sheftalia were borderline. they were pink. left half of it. Didn't phone to point it out. As an ex chef I would recommend the sheftalia are uniform in size and slightly smaller. Wont take the risk again as I like to avoid food poisoning.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years every now and then and it's one of the best 'kebab shops' around. It's more upmarket than your standard kebab shop, the meat is always so tender and not greasy at all and the salad is always fresh unlike a lot of kebab shops. And the traditional Cypriot chips are amazing! It's slightly more expensive than similar local restaurants but not by much and is worth every penny!

Vegan ordeirng from here when moved to the area started off well with the odd mistake on the order. Every time staryed ordering after that the quality was getting lesser and the portions were less generous. Souvlaki often over cook and tough. Expensive for dips. Always send back some feedback but never get any apologies for mistakes. Dont seem to recognise you orser form them often so just began making own kebabs. Poor service and food average at best unfortunately not sure what happened

The wife and I thought we'd try the food here, the food was OK and the staff really friendly. The only negative thing that we found was that the restaurant was a little cramp.

We got souvlakia and sheftalies which were good. Perhaps would have been better if we ate in. Would give this place another try.

We visited, by chance, at the same time as other family following a local family event. As a Cypriot family we had high hopes. The staff were quick to adjust the tables to accommodate us together.

Popped in to give it ago and decided to collect food to take home as there is not much seating inside the restaurant so thought we would takeaway. The inside was nicely decorated and the small space was used well. We waited for our food as it was cooked freshly. Sadly portions were really small and it wasn't a cheap kebab. I believe you get what you pay for however here the portions were just a little on the small side and price a little on the high side.

Sunday night at 6pm, We wanted Cypriot kebabs cooked on charcoal (not a grill) and a relative recommend Taste of Cyprus.

The food was nice and arrived warm but felt it was a bit on the pricey side. Also the delivery time was super slow. It's took 1:5 hours which was a real shame as the food tasted great. If an order is placed very early and budget is not a problem - then would recommend a visit.

Ordered a take away delivery last night from yourselves. We placed the order and where told the food would arrive within the hour. Given it was a Saturday night we felt that was quite reasonable. An hour and 10 minutes later our delivery still hadn't arrived so we called and the lady on the phone told us our food was just coming off the charcoal. Wasn't particularly apologetic so we assumed our food would arrive within 10/15 minutes. But it didn't! Our food arrived at 9.15 after having placed the order at 7.20pm. Nearly 2 hours later!!!!! Only to find out that our food was cold and burnt! Almost as if they had it on the charcoal the whole time!!! ... I understand take aways can get busy so it's probably best not to overtake orders if you can't handle them and give people a realistic delivery time frame! Last night was a joke!!!

This is mainly a takeaway with a few tables. It's a little tight in there but the food is delicious, they have an alcohol licence and the staff are very friendly. It's good value.

Called in very friendly staff. Food all fresh but meat was a bit fatty, however I would give it another go and then see. Quite small in restaurant but plenty of people eat there so they doing something right. Maybe the chicken will be better.

We've had takeaways from here several times. The food is excellent & portions generous. The fries & Cyprus potatoes are scrumptious- give them a try!

Ordered 4 kebabs for delivery, they told me due to being very busy it would be an hour wait for delivery, I accepted and he took my order. My order was 4 kebabs but 1 with just pork souvlakia & salad no pitta. An hour and 15 mins passed so I called up and after 5 mins I got through and the girl told me there were 2 orders in front of mine so wouldn't be too long! Well 50 mins later they arrived, cold!!! If they had just cooked them why were they cold? Plus to top it all we received 3 kebabs in pitta and 1 just the pork souvlakia, no salad!! I think they take too many orders and can't cope, my advice would be just concentrate on take away and not serve food in that tiny shop as you can't cope with both! 2 hours for a delivery of 4 kebabs is a joke!! Never again!!

great service food taste amazing real traditional kebab reminds me of my childhood with chopped parsley lemon wedge chopped onions not soaking wet easy to eat meat cooked lovely great chucks of potatoes instead of chips nice to have something different, clean and reliable

Wow. I can't believe I paid £11.50 for 2 and half lamb chops and salad. Paid extra for chips ( which were just chopped up potatoes). I no lamb is expensive but this was a joke. Plenty of places near by are much better in terms of value for money and much better tasting. Not happy at all. Can't get through to anyone on the phone either!! First time we have eaten from here and will most certainly be the last.

Very nice Cypriot food. Kebabs are really good, and the Cyprus roast potatoes are so nice. Me and my wife share the mixed platter which is so good, comes with rice and potatoes. Restaurant is very small though, probably better to get takeaway, although delivery can take a little while sometimes.

We been here with my partner and enjoyed every single piece of our food. We ordered mixed kebabs, the pork meat was tender and nice and the sheftalya oh, the sheftelya was simply the best. Have tried them in many places where they put loads of cinnamon on the mince, but here everything was perfect. Their chips are home made not frozen and the taste is like my grandma used to do them. Will recommend a visit to this small, but big on taste restaurant

Decided to have something different and ordered home delivery, had a beef stifado, it was lovely, just like you get on holiday. Everyone enjoyed their food, would definitely order from here again

Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, delivered on time which was a bonus probably around 20-25 minutes, food was ok felt abit overloaded with salad and not enough meat, got a mix pork and chicken kebab, the pork was 10/10 however the chicken had abit of a funky taste and was abit dry (don't know if that's the marinade??). Also abit pricey really for what u get... 17£ for two pitta and a tzatziki that taste like plain yoghurt... overall it's ok for a once in a while sort of thing till u miss it again...

On a business weekend came across this place, staff is friendly and food is tasty. Next time in the area will sure visit again.

Placed an order on just eat, my delivery said it will be delivered in a hour and half. I called within 5 minutes to change one thing on my order. The rude lady said I couldn't change it and they put the food on the grill already to cook. I said to her but my delivery time is a hour and half and she quickly changed her tone to '20 minutes' . The food would not have been fresh it would have been sitting there till someone delivers it. I said I want to cancel my order and she said she cannot do that and to call just eat. I called just eat and a nice guy cancelled my order. I will never order from them again . Very rude and obviously money grabbing

We spent a good 2 hours in here eating the full meze for 4 people. The food was to say the least, fantastic and plentiful.

Warm friendly staff and very accomodating. The food is cooked fresh and is excellent quality. You can eat in or take food away.... once you havve tasted this food it will be hard to go anywhere else for real Cypriot cuisne

Decided to get a pork souvla take away. I got it with roast potatoes. The roast potatoes were delicious but the pork was terrible. I was so angry with myself because when I ordered I see the pork was taken from some tin foil and put back on the charcoal to heat up. Was soo tough and hard. Was impossible to eat. Even the dog couldn't chew it after I gave up. I've always been used to my souvla being tender and soft. Staff were nice and friendly

Passed here many times and decided to finally visit. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing and fresh. Will definitely be coming back again. A lovely meal was had and worth every penny. Very excited to learn they do take away delivery too. would highly recommend.

We have had a takeaway delivered and enjoyed the food so decided to call in on our way home and pick up a takeaway. We didn't realise you could eat in so we decided to sit down and order. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, freshly cooked and served quickly. Felt like we were on holiday. Only seats 25, not sure if they take bookings. We were lucky as the tables were quickly taken. Will definately return.

On walking in I could see the signs, bottled cash and carry chili sauce in little pots, meat with no marinade on display but I thought I would give it a chance. My lamb was more gristle than meat and had no seasoning or marinade on it, my partners chicken was the same. Just plain and certainly not what you get in Cyprus or a decent Turkish kebab shop in north London. My rice however was very nice.

I have ordered delivery from Taste of Cheshunt at least 4-5 times, and I've eaten in twice. Going to be honest as someone who has been visiting Cyprus for over 15 years and have lived out there and have family who live there. I know Cypriot food. When we ate in; the food and service was okay but everything was too covered in lemon juice, everything tasted bitter.

Good food, the range of Souvlaki is always nice and portion size is good. Reminds me of kebabs I have eaten whilst on holiday in Cyprus. Service is friendly but erratic. I have had two deliveries from them. One was very late arriving. The other was on time but they forgot the pitta breads! Speaking on the phone was difficult as the guy on the other end kept misunderstanding what I was saying. Bear in mind that if you are eating in, it is small inside.

This is the first time that i've tried this place out and ordered a takeaway. It took around 30-45 minutes to get here which is fine as that is clearly stated before ordering online. The food was spot on, it really was lovely. As a greek cypriot myself, I am certainly no stranger to authentic greek cypriot food and this was great. I have been to a fair few reputable greek restaurants I will say that this place is right up there, with the best of them. I will be ordering again most definitely. Takeaway places should never be quick when delivering food as a bit longer you know the food is fresh, cooked with care and worth it. Like this place perfect- Thank you

I recently visited when this establishment when it first opened and I was not impressed. My order was wrong and the food was not cooked well. Again foolishly I ordered for the family as I gave them the benefit of the doubt being new. The food was terrible, bland and overpriced. They are an embarrassment to Cyprus cooking. Ask any Greek from North London and they will agree. If you like good Greek food do not come here. The only positive is that they deliver. But based on the food I would rather travel 40 minutes to any other Greek restaurant.

Just ordered for the first time all I can say is wow. The best food I've ever tasted the Cypriot potatoes were amazing aswell as the souvlaki and kleftico only had takeaway this time but will definately go and taste in the restaurant

Regularly get takeaways from here. Delivery is very fast and food always tastes delicious. Price is good for the quality of food. Would highly recommend!

We traveled 2 hours from south London to have some proper Cypriot food as there isn't anywhere I would call decent down here and the food was spot on. We had mezze and main courses and could not fought anything. The service is fantastic and we felt like our journey was worth it. It was the tastiest mother's day ever and thank my dad for recommending it. Cant wait for an excuse to go all that way again.

Having a Cypriot heritage the food from here reminded me of good home cooking. Freshly prepared and quality ingredients this is the best takeaway by far! Thank you for such a delicious takeaway - your staff a re very courteous and helpful too! highly recommended - try the Pasticio to die for!

Me and my wife have been to many Greek restaurants as she is half Greek and I have to say the meze for 2 in here was one of the best we have had. A couple of weeks ago we had a takeaway but unfortunately the meet in mine was just so fatty I left so much. Would definitely eat in there again we maybe were just unlucky with the takeaway that night.

I have been here 3 times now and each time pleased with the food, the kebabs taste nice and are a better quality than your average kebab shop, the chips are more like diced potatoes but I much prefer them than normal chips.

Last evening we ordered food for 2 people. I payed online and we couldn't wait to enjoy our food.

I have tried this restaurant more than once and have been unimpressed by how long it took to receive my food but by the lack of instrumental elements that provide customer satisfaction. Most local businesses provide a card service to pay. this restaurant only provided this service if you bought food i their shop. If the Cypriot food was very good, maybe I wouldn't have minded, but the food was average. I have been to Cyprus so I can compare its authenticity. Such a shame I won't be using them again but I believe you shouldn't sacrifice convenience for good quality food.

BEST taramosalata, not too fishy and fresh. Kalamari taste soft and fresh. Souvlakia are juicy. Best souvlakia I've had since Vrisaki.

Met with smiles, lovely food and well presented, a definite Taste of Cyprus. Recommended. Great food to take away also.

It's a take away that has been expanded to allow diners to sit and eat. It should be considered more a café than a restaurant but it is licensed and having an evening meal there provides for a very enjoyable evening.

My husband and i have visited Taste of Cyprus on quite a few occassions, and tried various food from their menu. On the last visit my cousin was over from Australia so we took her and her partner and they absolutely loved it. We ordered meze which neither had had before, and they were amazed as to how much quality and quantity delicious food was served. I must say on another occassion i tried their macaronia tou fournou and i must say it was ten times better than the one i make, and i am known for making a good one.

I went to this restaurant with my family for my father's birthday (who is originally from Cyprus, so food is important!) This lovely little place did not disappoint at all, the food was delicious and plentiful and the service was great. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and attentive.....sometimes they were a little too attentive, but this is not a criticism - it's a small place and there is only so much they can do as the place is spotless already. They were great at making sure that we were happy with our meals and comfortable. The restaurant is small, but the owners/staff have made very good use of the space so that you don't feel cramped inside the building. The special was kalamari - if you like your seafood, you HAVE to try this! I had chicken souvlaki (kebabs) and the meat was very tender and delicious. Their chips are of a different style to traditional french fries, but still try them - they are moreish and tasty. They give you generous portions here, so come hungry! All round a great experience and will certainly be making this a regular eatery.

I ordered tsatsiki and slow-roast lamb (kleftiko) for takeaway. The massive chunk of meat (must have been about half a kg) was juicy and tasty. The presentation was simple and straightforward. I would have liked a few more potatoes, which were good too. The tsatsiki, which was fresh with the right amount of spice, doubled up nicely as a sauce. Everything appeared freshly prepared. No issues at all with the service.
