No sauce with spring rolls a bit disappointing.

Everything tasted old the prawn toast was burnt it was just highly disappointing for an order that cos £60

Over an hour late, after the time changing 3 times even after contacting for an update and when it arrived the food was flat cold. Delivery driver just dumped it into my hand. No hello, no thank you! Such a shame I rarely get Chinese and I was really looking forward to it

Food was okay. Partner found part of a wire scouring pad in his soup, which wasn’t great, hence the low quality stars.

Where to start!! Salt pepper munch box didn't even taste of salt and pepper just all Bland. The chicken curry was just awful won't be using them again so disappointing and waste of money

Delivery woman got wrong house bless her but if was still here on time :) everything was great just beef tasted slightly off but still tasted good, would come again.

Blandest, tasteless and most overcooked dry Chinese I've ever had, don't bother an go some where else, didn't enjoy it at all. Wasn't hot and tasted rubbish

I don't normally write reviews, but the quality and amount of food you receive for the price you pay was shocking. The food texture was like hard chewing gum as if it were refried. I personally won't be ordering from here again as there will be better places for the quality, quantity, and prices you pay.

Food was cold and re-warmed, chips dry as old board, won’t be ordering again

The food arrived clap cold , the driver did struggle to find us but took his time to call . Then went on another delivery before bringing ours which was then freezing. Just eat doing nothing about it.

Supposed delievery time 35-55 minutes, Actually took more than two hours, more than one hour later than supposed delivery time. Restaurant's response was simply "busy traffic". Ordered "Fried dumplings" but restaurant sent steamed dumplings instea

The food was awful the chips tasted like they were left in oil for days. None of the veg tasted fresh I won’t be ordering from here again really disappointed

Arrived a bit later then said but that happens. The food was however cold, the won tons where lovely even if they were cold but the rest was spoilt by it being cold, salt and pepper lacked flavour and the chicken was dry and some pieces hard so not edible.

Ordered the family salt and pepper box. Unfortunately the food was cold tasted dry. It wasn't worth £17. I was expecting better given how many good reviews this place has.

Prawn crackers I paid for were old and rubbery

First time ordering from here, I wasn't disappointed. Ordered chicken curry and special chow mein, portions were so big I've saved some for tomorrow, lots of meat and the curry sauce was delicious. I will be definitely ordering from here again, wish I had taken a photo now

Cold bland food arrived after a 1.5 hour wait no sauce with the dumplings which were rubber and cold salt and pepper chicken was cold and rock hard and inedible which had 3 pieces of onion random wont be ordering again

The duck was basically just skin and fat and not a lot of it

Food was delivered quick and piping hot! It was lovely. There was a slight error with our order so I rang and it was resolved quickly and efficiently and they sent a new order up straight away and it arrived within 10 mins!

Very disappointing watery hot @ sour soup with chewy meat. Ordered special chow menu had 1 prawn and salt & chilli chicken came with no side Dias ,. Asked if the dish should have come with either fried rice or chips to be told rudely we should have checked. Will not use again

I have literally never been here, just near it, but probably pretty nice because it's still open and has been for years.

Food was bad chips some potato was hard others you bit into it and got a goble full of grease chicken was like much prawn crackers where stale best part of 25 pound wasted it's in the bin very disappointing usta be a very nice take out place

Normally OK but ruined a good reputation by putting what tasted like a kilo of salt on the salt and pepper chips which in turn made EVERYTHING taste of salt. Foolish mistake which has cost you a customer.

Food was late and cold phoned twice trying to find out what had happened to order

Obviously not the stores fault, but the driver was useless. 20 minutes late and 'lost on the street' apparently. Not sure how he's managed that considering it's a cul de sac.

The starters were good. Unfortunately we ordered a special in chilli sauce but were given just chicken. My prawns & mushroom was fine. Overall food ok & came quickly.

Need to change ur items as u didnt send what was on the menu what i ordered u need to add words or something to it u think ur ordering something and get something else

The delivery person was so rude and tried to get more money out of me even though I paid with card when I said I’d already paid he tried to say I was lying the food was awful no taste or nothing it was lukewarm

Food well done but the nasty bit was completely missed seasoning in the chow mein which is kinda the whole point in the meal and stuff ain't cheap these days I could probably have eaten better in a restaurant for 30 odd quid for the same things, usually better but common mistake there 😵‍💫

I've never ordered from here and didn't read the reviews until after ordering but honestly delicious! Tasty, hot and crunchy! Loved it!

Was really greasy and tasteless, the chicken was disgusting and watery and left a film of grease on my lips after 2 spoons never got to the 3rd as the it in the bin, luckily the chips were ok so buttered some bread and had £12 chip butties.

Spare ribs and s&p chips. Perfect😮‍💨

I ordered a Mushroom chow main very dry no Gravy :-( Very Expensive normally get Free Rice or Chips

Special chow mein...contains chicken....nope, king prawns.....nope. roast pork chow mean fir the price of special, and cold. And rubber prawn crackers. Oh dear, rubbish tea for me tonight!!

I now remember why I stopped ordering my this place the salt and pepper chicken used to be so nice and now it’s burnt when it comes and has no flavour the curry sauce has gone downhill as well

Not as nice as my last order, really need to learn and just order from my favourite Chinese that isn’t on just eat. I had an allergic reaction to this (no fault of theirs) so couldn’t enjoy it, also quite bland and tasteless

Was absolutely terrible, everything was rubbery and tasted like it was yesterday's food, not 1 thing I ordered was any good. Must of been old and microwaved, as that's the only way it could of tasted like that. We didn't eat it. And it was even late on delivery, how can you microwave something and still deliver late.

The food arrived earlier than expected. I was told it was out for delivery and the chicken was burnt and inedible. Highly disappointed. Normally a lovely Chinese so I don't know what happened last night but I certainly wasn't impressed that I wasted my money on food that wasn't edible.

Special curry as runny as water from tap & bland. Massive clumped rice,with no fried egg in site. Special chow mein, noodles were alright but everything in it tasteless. 2 specials both tasteless!! Honestly terrible. Rang to complain to be told about the curry “customers complain cause it’s too think and I agree it’s thinner than usual so just order it thicker next time cause it tastes ok to me” Waste of money n went in the bin! N there won’t be a next time

i asked for beef dish and got a dish with prawns in im allergic to shellfish

Asked for chicken balls they send me more pork balls salt and pepper chips was abit bland and the sweet and sour sauce was abit sickly had a chemically taste

Usually order a nice meal from here but today the food was really bad we had to reheat it and the Singapore fried rice was rubbery and smelt unappetising. Such a shame … we won’t be ordering again as this place now has a level 1 hygiene rating which explains why the food and service has gone down massively

Prawn toast was overcooked, pork sweet and sour batter was soft and greasy. Felt like I wasted over 20.00 not good

Ordered chicken curry chow mien and spare ribs. atrocious curry mostly onion watery tasteless.Rice was lumpy horrible chow mien ok but meal was cold. Went in the bin £19 stay well clear of this takeaway worst meal I’ve ever had Ian h heckmondwike
