the spare ribs were the worst I have ever had, barely any meat and they were cremated. The beef in the curry was so chewy it couldn't be eaten, the only things they got right were the rice/curry/chips. would advise anyone to stay away or be very disappointed, what a waste of £120.

Chicken slimey been soaked in water too long, spare ribs no meat on them, prawn toast smallest pieces ever even the won tons were tiny which has barely any ingredients and as for the rest well !! Won’t be going again owner far too greedy obviously charging full prices for the cheapest quality food, which was very apparent, im pretty sure the chef would be embarrassed to put their name to it with the quality of ingredients and what you charge for it Never again, horrendous

Unfortunately arrived cold, which put a sour note on the order. Otherwise it was good.

It is very nice, tasty food. Each time we have ordered it has been above decent. Would recommend the chicken fried rice, chicken foo yung, dry chow mien, salt & pepper chips, curry sauce. DON’T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

THE RIBS WERE JUST BONES SWAMPED IN WATERY SAUCE, NOODLES WERETASTLESS, THE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE WAS THIN AND WATERY. I DOUBT I WILL EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN, VERY DISSAPOINTED. THEY ALSO TOOK NO NOTICE OF THE MESSAGE FOR NOT MUCH SAUCE ON THE RIBS.

this chinese was hands down the best i’ve ever eaten. the noodles are perfectly soft, the salt and pepper chicken is so beautifully flavoured. the salt and pepper chips are to die for! the salt and pepper ribs are lovely. my favourite was definitely the chicken fried rice, the rice is perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and the tub is SO full. the curry sauce has a lovely kick to it which we weren’t expecting but loved it!! amazing value for money!! will 1000% be coming back here.

Tastless and rubber chicken. Last meal wasn't good but tried again hoping it would be OK but unfortunately not. Most in bin...wasted money

My husband said his was just fine - nothing exceptional, but sadly mine was awful. I had the cashew nut pork. Initially, I was pleased to see a lovely variety of veg, but they all tasted very odd? Very soggy and bland as well. The sauce was claggy and flavourless. Not much pork in it and what there was wasn’t the greatest quality. We tried here as our usual place in Cowlersley was closed today, but I would not recommend. We also got the prawn crackers which were greasy and tasted of off oil.

Food is lovely, delivery was very speedy, especially for a Chinese Take Away, there’s no minimum order requirement and the food is especially well priced for ordering alone (which I did, often find to order Chinese alone can be too expensive or it’s required to order an excess of food for one person to get it delivered.) Only down side? My prawn crackers were missing.

We’ve not had a Chinese in a long time and what can I say……..well, have to admit this is one of the best Chinese’s we’ve had. My husband likes sweet n sour, but finds a lot are very sweet, but he said this one was really nice. The beef with mushrooms was a perfect mix, some takeaways have had very little beef. The soft noodles were also really tasty too, with beansprouts, onions and carrots. The delivery driver was very polite. Thank you for an all round takeaway evening.

Ordered at 7.40 arrived at 9.25 after phoning 3times. Freezing cold food when eventually arrived had to rewarm in microwave. Poor response on phone when phoned to complain

Ordered BBQ Spare Ribs. Disgusting, hard and dry came in very little watery oil sauce. I asked for loads of bbq sauce didnt do what I asked. Ribs also had a funny smell. Chow Mein tasteless. Can of coke was warm. Really annoyed. Waste of money. Not ordering from you ever again. 👎

Best meal we have ever had from Just Eat. Ordered for a special occasion as we couldn’t get out because of the snow, and we were hugely impressed - really good quality food with some really unique flavours. Our compliments to the chef (and driver) and we will definitely be ordering again soon!

waited 2hrs (1hr estimated delivery then 1hr late!!!) no contact from either just eat or the restaurant saying it would be late when I called I was told it was out for delivery but still took 40 minutes!! - half the food was cold on arrival - however the food that wasn't cold was very nice 👌

Had delivery time at 90 minutes for order placed then arrives 45 minutes late. So 2 hours & 15 min for the food to finally arrive. It was lukewarm but OK enough. Just Eat & the takeaway need to sort this out. Will give this place one more try.

the beef was inedible, tasted strongly of bicarb. which is concerning. The salt and pepper chips were just chips with a few onions and peppers on. The chicken in the fried rice was dry as a nun's bible and the curry sauce was watery and bland. Will not be ordering from here again.

I just came back from 6 months abroad and was really craving a Chinese, so ordered one to my partners house. I got the wrong door number by 1 digit which was then followed by an aggressive and confrontational phone call from the staff, and followed by allegedly lying about my address and not giving the correct one on purpose. I remained apologetic throughout but this seemed to rile her up more. This was then followed by them saying they’d send it back out for delivery but it would be cold as they can’t re-heat it which was fair enough…this was then followed by another hour and 15minute wait and another phone call which I got my partner to answer following the animosity of the first. This saga and huffiness continued from 1900-2130 to which point, I was so upset and annoyed by the interaction the food went in the bin. My partner tried some of the crispy shredded chicken and said it was probably best to bin it all anyway. What a great start to being back in the UK. Actively avoiding this takeaway.

It would have been on time but i made a mistake on the door number. Following an 18 hour flight and an out of area deployment and ordering my first takeaway back in the UK was a horrible experience. I rang about the order and faced animosity from 1 the lady on the phone and 2 the delivery guy, so much attitude and aggressiveness which really put me off my dinner. Customer service was terrible and everyone makes mistakes especially when they’ve been awake for over 34 hours. Really disappointed by

Ordered here because of the reviews. Wish we didn’t bother. Food arrived cold, chips soggy, food tasted like it was cold leftovers from the night before. even the prawn crackers were dry. Regret the decision to try somewhere new. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

The food was okay, not the best quality or authenticity but it’s local and decent enough. I’d happily pay more however for more authentic & tasty cuisine of it’s cost that’s the problem

Ordered at 17:00 when the restaurant opened, but did not get delivered until 18:48. I was told the driver was on his way at 18:14 so the food was in the car for half an hour and turned up cold. Very disappointed.

The food was terrible, duck was covered in a 5mm layer of duck fat. Spring rolls burned and requested Singapore chowmein with egg noodles ignored. Truly want a refund they can rake back their inedible food

Crispy beef was totally soggy, crispy duck mushy and had no taste.

Soup was like water. Food was an hour late and the other couple went home, so left with half the food that was thrown away. It wasn’t worth keeping for the day after TBH.

First time I've tried this restaurant - food was delicious, generous, and hot. Delivered ontime by a friendly driver. Very pleased with the whole experience!

The chicken was dry and the lamb was all fat!! Kicking myself that I spent £17 on 3 over cooked chicken wings a couple of mouthfuls if lamb 3 small pancakes and some strips of cucumber !!

Our order was on time , but was cold & 1 main was missing , so called the restaurant & got told it’s on its way , 30 mins later , when everyone else eaten there meal ??! A lot of people seem to have the same problem ? Late or cold or missing part of order ??! Will not be ordering again !!!

The wrong order was delivered, they collected it and brought the original food from wherever after I was told they would send a fresh order, it was sent back with the driver who brought the the order for the second time and was wrong again!. I ordered duck in plum sauce and got pork with pineapple

Disgusting BBQ ribs dry no sauce sure just warmed them up in microwave definitely weren't fresh... Ordered fillet steak for my wife my job is a butcher wasn't fillet steak. Crispy duck greasy now 2.10am my stomach is in turmoil thankyou for ruining my short stay 👍 hopefully get through rest weekend without food poisoning.

Really fast delivery, which was good but also bad considering it took them 10 minutes to deliver duck chicken curry and noodles Duck was really fatty greasy and slimy. Also was on the bone still so was really hard for me to eat. Chicken curry was frozen when we received it. And all the food in general just didn’t taste good. We also requested for no veg in any of the food but they obviously didn’t read the request, or the food is just frozen and they couldn’t be arsed taking it out. 0/10 don’t eat here. Also seen other people say that this places food has made them ill.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Stale, cold, arrived over an hour later than expected. Chicken was PINK! And I mean PINK!!!! Curry sauce tasted like custard, chips were as dry as a desert, chow mein was so slimy I don’t think it passed my lips. If I could rate this below zero I would. However, Julie the woman who runs the phone was lovely and very polite and understanding.

Shockingly bad food. Like it was old, stale and it was cold. Prawn crackers cold, greacy not crisp. So unpleasant. Chicken pineapple, like warm. Very pale and very bland. After a very long day visiting my sister who has cancer. I wanted me and my daughter to enjoy a takeaway. Just awful. And a waste of money.

The food was stale. The chips stale. The bbq spare ribs are was not bbq cos you couldn’t taste bbq, all you could taste was salt. Waited 45 mins which is not a problem, the problem is COLD, REHEATED FOOD.
