The worst service ever!!! First and last ever time I will order from here!! Absolutely appalling service and a fortune for this very poor service, An hour and half to arrive and no sundries I'd ordered when i rang and explained about my food missing I had to wait a further 45 mins for it to arrive, Never again will I order from here, and it cost a fortune for my food missing!! Disappointed is an understatement and no apology or proper Explanation.

Had munchy box for for first time last week was lovely ordered 2 this week with extra portions food wasnt fresh chips either old ot warm ups been coming here for a few years very dissatisfied yoday

The food is alway tasty for here. We can recommend the lemon chicken , hot and sour soup, Szechuan chicken or salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper munchies box

Special curry and chicken chow mein quite tasteless. Ordered bbq ribs as a side; didn’t look anything like ribs or taste like them. Now I have the runs. Not good won’t be ordering again.

I don’t understand the 1 star review. Ordered last night but decided to cook my own rice. The food was delivered before the rice was cooked! 5 mains all piping hot and the best Chinese meal we’ve had in a long time. The sweet & sour chicken has the sauce separate, I’ve never seen such a large portion of huge chicken in perfectly cooked batter in my life, more like huge goujongs (can’t spell that!) The delivery man was really friendly and polite too. First order but it definitely won’t be our last.

Just had a delivery sweet and sour chicken and chips chips under cooked the batter on the chicken is dripping with oil/fat tried to ring them and not answering the phone I will not be ordering from them ever again put it through bin 🙃 I've only give one star because if I don't pick a star you can not leave feedback

Ordered online at 4-30pm. Order cancelled by restaurant at 5-10pm. No explanation, no very sorry. Very sorry, you’ve just lost a customer.

Placed my order and was informed that there would be a £2.50 delivery charge then asked me how I would be paying I said cash there was a 50p service charge What's that all about so three pounds added to your bill so we have ordered elsewhere

Ordered a take away for collection this evening. When got the food home, immediately noticed it didn't look as it usually did. Upon examination, we had been given Pork instead of Chicken. Would NEVER order Pork. Telephoned to advise of the error and the man on the telephone swore me down that Pork was ordered and even said he had checked the order with me twice!! None of which had happened. Chicken, sounds nothing like Pork!!! We had the Chips and Rice and the gristley, greasey Pork hit the bin. Will never order from here again.

Just enjoyed the set meal for three. Fast service and first rate food. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Order from here a lot the past couple of years. Always been nice until we order a 3 in 1 box tonight with fried rice, curry sauce and chips. Definitely all the night before food or even the night before that 🤮 The chips were rock hard. The curry sauce well if that’s what you could call it was lumpy and smelt strange, just ate the few mouthfuls of the egg fried rice as we were starving ( after not eating all day) it’s now been few hours and we have the worst stomach cramps. Hoping not to fall ill tomorrow! I certainly will never be ordering from here again! Absolutely disgusting 🤢

Avoid don't waste your money guy's does anyone know how to add a photo my crispy fine noodles will definitely make you laugh they are literally raw noodles still shaped as the ringlets you buy them in thrown in a white paper bag advertised as a large container costing £4.70 can you imagine opening a paper bag of noodles absolutely ridiculous

Had two meals delivered tonight, a chicken chow mien and a sweet and sour chicken. They were the worst ever and both went in the bin! Never again.

I got curry normally very nice but this time tasted like burnt bbq rang up n explained all he could says was well i dont really know what to do sorry about that best he could do was offer some discount next time i ring sorry wont be ringing again

Food is normally okay but the delivery times are shocking get told 45 mins been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes now. When you ring them up its always 2 minutes away!

Used to be good but has gone down hill recently Had deluxe starter tonight but there was nothing deluxe about it It was dried out and had been microwaved several times I'd guess Chicken was like rubber, prawn toast tasted of disinfectant Spare ribs were completely inedible Won't order again

Use bonnie chinese as my local takeaway normally before it went under renovation.. Ordered tonight since reopened.. I ordered at 17.09, They said 40-50mins delivery.. After 1hour and 45 mins ish the takeaway was no where to been seen they rung the driver twice who didn't answer!! They wouldnt knock money off for the ridiculous waiting time.. Anyway takeaway arrives at 18.47.. Chicken Cantonese was cold and the chicken was pink.. Beef in peking sauce smelt like vomit and looked like chicken feet.. The chips rice and noddles were cold!! What a waste of 16 pounds!! I will never order from this place again!! Saturday night treat down the drain!! Hope to god I ain't ill through the night!!

Ordered 2x spring roll, chicken chow mein, king prawn in black bean sauce and fried rice... Although not a regular I have used Bonnie's ever since they opened on Bond St. 30 odd Yrs ago, and always thought it one of the better take aways in the area. Not anymore, I got 2 cartons of slop for my £19.30, the pancake rolls where good, shame I can't say the same about the rest. The chow mein was wet and tasteless and all the veg was soggy and overcooked, the black bean dish was 3/4 sauce and contained only 1 soggy piece of pepper with the whole dish being overcooked and blande again. Both me and my partner have been up half the night visiting the toilet and still feel dodgy 18 hrs after eating a small amount of the food. Definately the worst Chinese I've eaten in 55 Yrs.

Otherwise fine food was spoiled when I discovered a metal shaving in the curry! Too stiff to be foil, maybe steel wool? Unacceptable in any case. Food delivered on time and was hot.

Some of the Food was lovely but the special curry was disappointing as the prawns were cold and the beef was tough couldn't eat those but, found the prawn crackers a bit stale. Food was a bit pricey for what we had.

Really dissapointed in the food quality from New Bonnie, the delivery time was late and everything was cold. The prawn crakers tasted stale. Would defiantly consider not going back here.

Never order just after they open, usually it's alright but today it was vile, gravy was way too thick and mildy warm, egg fried rice was dry and tastless, as if it had been reheated. Will not be ordering again

The food has always been excellent and I’ve never had a bad order when I’ve gone in however on this occasion the order took 90 minutes to be delivered. I didn’t get any apology when it did come or complementary prawn crackers. The portion of chips was also very small. Delicious food but could be better on delivery.

Very prompt delivery, food ok, had to buy extras such as chips as at my local they come included in the price. Part of order missed and after a phone call, they said they’d deliver this. The curry sauce didn’t show up, and the rest of the order went cold.

The food was hot, the fried rice was bland, the chop suey was OK, would order again...

Tasted ok but.....super Small portion of mixed grill the carton was only half full. Would have been okay had I been a midget which I'm not I'm a 9 stone 5ft4" female that was pretty hungry after decorating all day!! ! Fried onions was more fried outer onion skin than actual onions. Sausage was cheap tasting bacon wafer thin liver was an inch square (again ideal for a dwarf) steak was more fat & gristle than meat. 3 half's of mushroom. Gravy tasted nice tho. Other half's chow mein was a better meal than mine Won't be ordering again. Will be sticking to wo-sang

Always delivers quickly, usually earlier than expected. Food was hot on arrival and tasted good. Only down side is that everything is overpriced. I used to order regularly but I don't as much now for that reason.

This was the worst food ever ordered from a takeaway! ordered a Thai red curry and a Thai green curry. this was not Thai curries at all. Not the right colour and the smell was foul. However, the delivery driver was lovely and we got our money back, after re-packaging up the food and sending it back. the Manager was rude and accused us of eating the foul food. I would not recommend Thai food from this takeaway.

by far the worst takeaway I’ve ever Eaten it came freezing cold, rock hard and just awful. the gravy was like water the chicken was dry and the chips were like rubber. finally they charge 2 pound delivery when we are 1 mile away it’s crazy how they can over charge for this garbage. do not order from here I certainly will not order again unless they change there service would not recommend in the slightest!

Constructive criticism... Far too much onion, literally 1 small onion in my Special Garlic. 1 water chestnut (must be a shortage), Supposed to be a Special (only 1 prawn) . Ended up putting the meal in a wok, adding some some garlic with a touch of garlic salt as I couldn't even smell it let alone taste it, and added some fresh ground black pepper seasoning. The starter was excellent - although I would like to see different ribs offered so customers can get to try other items on the menu? Overall, the meal was disappointing this time. Iwill return as I've never had an issue before with other meals purchased, everyone's tastes are different when all is said and done.

We ordered from here on a Friday night and unfortunately it doesn't state that most of their dishes come with mushrooms. Rang the takeaway to see what they could do and unfortunately had a very rude and ignorant guy on the other end, he said it was our fault and never heard of an allergy to mushrooms before and debated everything I said to him. What happened to customer service!?! After 5/10 mins of debating with him I finally had enough and asked for them to send another out. They did however was lukewarm. Overall, Food - Rather tasteless and not very hot on 2 occasions Customer service - next to nil Delivery - driver polite and in reasonable time Wouldn't recommend or order again unfortunately.

Food was a bit of alright, nowt special but it filled an hole. Bit pricey too but i was hank marvin and had it in my head i wanted some prawn toast so thought why not.. i'll treat mysen. But wow, 1 hour and 20 mins for a chinese? I mean, where was it coming from.. China itself? Send it from China by lantern next time and it might be a tad warm when it arrives. But, nevermind, 1st world problems. I'll just get a pizza next time.

Ordered online, said 45-60 minutes for delivery. Confirmation email received stated 1 hour 20 minutes. Food turned up 25 minutes late and cold.

The restaurant added an extra 20 minutes on to the delivery schedule, but managed to deliver it in half that time. The food however was spot on.

Absolutely dreadful. Microwaved rubbish. Second attempt was a slightly dressed up microwaved version of the first attempt.. tried to tell me it came out of a wok.. lol.. don't waste a penny with these jokers. Arrogant bloke on the phone no interest in listening to you, no interest in serving anything that resembles authentic and I don't think they are capable of spelling fresh. Just get a pot noodle and save your money guys. Truly dreadful.

We ordered and paid £2 delivery but the takeaway added another 20 minutes onto the 40 min waiting time. Ended up going to collect it instead and still had to pay the £2. Mixed veg means mushroom and onion which is not mixed veg. Large container for the 3'in'1 was just the same as a normal container.

The food arrived within an hour and was piping hot, but it was very bland, had no taste whatsoever. We mixed it with some sauces we had in our cupboard to make it edible, but that didn't help much. Unfortunately we definitely won't be ordering again.
