Very disappointed with the so called Chocolate Ice Cream, which was not real ice cream, but like Mr Whippy. A beige colour, tasted like powder and sugar. Left awful taste in mouth. I do not know how the best restaurant chain in Surbiton has the audacity to serve this cheap rubbish. The toilets were dirty, only one had a lock and there was no soap. Staff should check these in house facilities daily. Where is the management?

We ordered there vegetable soup. It was very peppery. You got a large slice of toasted bread but they only gave 1 sachet of butter, not enough to spread on your bread. You had to pay if you wanted more. I thought it was quite mean. Won't be coming back!

3-5 Thames SteetA lovely and friendly spot on the river after a gentle stroll . The team are very friendly and attentive . As fairly regular patrons we enjoy a banter with the team…even the chef has come out to check we are okay. The staff have commented that working there is a pleasurable experience and this is reflected in the service we have enjoyed for well over a year. Can’t please all of the people all of the time but definitely our first port of call to enjoy a pleasant ambiance .
