Amazing food and very welcoming and friendly staff. We normally order in from them and always loved the food. The prices are higher and the portions smaller (but still very big) when eating in, but it's certainly worthwhile. It is not the cheapest, but 100% recommended.

Great chefs, delicious food, delicious desserts, especially the creme brule was incredible.

I can't note less than 5 stars. The service is perfect, waitress are attentive, ready to come if you ask, always polite. The plates are generous, even for kids menu, and the quality is amazing. The restaurant is very nice, spacious well decorated and calm. I can't recomand enought Tarla for lunch in familly, for business meal or for romantic dinner.

We have been here a few times and it’s been excellent. Last night we booked for an anniversary meal for the two of us and it was really busy. We were really looked after our meal was piping hot and delicious as usual. The service was the best we have had in any restaurant for a very long time. 10/10 TARLA We will be returning very soon

Had a great meal with family as it was a family member birthday the staff made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place for a dine out.

The mixed kebab was missing half of what is usually delivered. No lamb chop, no chicken wings just a chicken kebab and a couple of small lumps of lamb. We complained to Just Eat. We should have contacted the restaurant in hindsight but was so disappointed with our meal

This restaurant is suitable for everyone from 3 to 80 years old. The service and atmosphere of the entire restaurant are very good. The food is of good quality, such as the grilled lamb rack, which is excellent; For other foods, forget about the photo.

I can't give this place more praise. The staff were on hand and to a high standard. The manager/owner was fantastic!!! They really make any customer seem like a VIP. That's just the service. The restaurant is amazing, decorated, and fitting with the old town theme as well as Turkish background. The food? You won't find better. The guys in the kitchen knew what they were doing, presented it well and obviously worked hard. Zero faults. I will definitely come back here.

The best restaurant in town for Turkish food. Food is delicious and service is excellent. Even at their busiest times you can relax, enjoy your meal and are never rushed to clear the table. Tiramisu is superb and top quality along with all the other items on the menu 👌. My first choice for a meal in Stevenage.

Lovely experience at Tarla restaurant. We visited unexpectedly and it was the best Turkish we have ever had. Nexzat was our lovely waiter he looked after us so well.

We have been here a few times now, always great service, a lovely restaurant, food is great. This evening I had their home made Creme Brulee, it was the nicest I've had in years! Highly recommend this place.

Me and my partner when to go dine here not long ago and it's a great resturant. The food was filling and we got some free bread before our mains :) It wasn't busy at all when we first came in but then quickly filled up as the evening went on

Myself and my mum have been here for lunch today, it's our 4 time at lunchtime. Everytime we have had lovely service, and the food has been amazing everytime. For and hour or 2 you feel like you are on holiday and that's a great feeling. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family.

Popped in for a random weekday lunch and had a great meal. Staff are friendly and attentive but not overbearing. My partner had a great espresso martini!

Just had a delicious meal at Tarla Turkish Restaurant. I had a king prawn dish served with rice, mixed peppers and salad, he had the Lamb shank, which were both delicious! He said, there was a lot of meat, and it was so tender, it fell off the bone. They gave us bread n dips to start, and Turkish delight selection and a lemoncello complimentary. The service was so friendly, and attentive. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a luvly sunny day, they immediately sat us in the window, where half of it is open, very nice. We will definitely be returning soon, there are lots of other things we would like to try on the menu, thank you so much guys, see you soon.

Nevzat was absolutely brilliant with us from the start, had a lovely dinner with some amazing food

I came here with family for Eid, it was our first time and we were running late but they were fine to extend time, we were greeted by staff, the food was quick and nice. Although, the lamb was a bit chewy, but everything else was delicious and good quality food generous portions of bread. They had even brought me out a surprise birthday dessert and all the staff was nice.

The whole experience was OK but I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. I thought it was expensive for what we had. Please note that I'm comparing this to my local Turkish restaurant in Bedford which I think is excellent.

Took my beautiful wife for a date night at Tarla's. First time coming here and trying Turkish cuisine, the food was absolutely delicious and so too were the staff. Although it was busy they still made sure to check in on us, would highly recommend this establishment.

We celebrated our friends birthday that day and we received such a lovely welcome and the service was outstanding. Our waiter was Navzat. This is a very busy restaurant. Food was very good even though quite pricey. We felt we were being rushed to order all of our food in one hit. My advice is order your starters , when you are finished have a drink and then order your mains. Apart from anything else, you do need 15 minutes between courses or you won't finish your meal. Great buzz about the place and obviously worth higher than normal prices as it was heaving. You must book in advance.

Restaurant was understandably quite quiet on a Sunday at 6pm, but food was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. Ate Mixed Fish Kebab which was really tasty. Salmon, monkfish and prawns.

First time visiting Tarla , with my partners parents who invited us out for brunch. Greeted by overly attentive yet never bothersome friendly staff, who throughout the entire meal were superb in asking how the meal was, if we'd like drinks topped up, bringing more breads and dips to the table and every other wonderful formality you'd expect from dining out in an establishment that is obviously very proud of it's food, staff and dining experience that they provide. The chefs were on form as the food sent out was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Every meal I ate was simply sublime (the lamb beyti is a must have...wow!) and i could have eaten double. On that, the portion size is spot on and the selection of starters and mains will have your mouth watering as you read through the menu. If you haven't already visited Tarla i would recommend that you pay a visit to this wonderous little gem of stevenage. Lovely restaurant. Food was nice, lovely venue and great service.

Had lunch here and it was really tasty. The reason for bot getting 5 stars is that the chicken wrap was burned on the outside and it overpowered the flavour of the rest of the meal.

This a great place for Turkish food. All yhe staff specially Iranian waiter were very friendly and the service was great. The food was fresh and the portion size of the platter was very good and you may struggle to finish it if you are light eater. The decor of the place was immaculately nice. This place is a must try. We enjoyed the sauces and Their Musaka was very extremely delicious as well it is clear they make it fresh! Overall, a great outstanding restaurant to dine out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A little bit on a pricier end, but the service and atmosphere you've got makes it worth a visit. Cozy, great quality lighting and ambience they've created. Food is nice, nicer if the portion is a bit larger. We tried mixed shish, lamb could be marinated better. Chicken is on point. Salad is really great too. Will visit again
