Costa in Stevenage

I went in on Tuesday morning due to trainstrikes affecting my usual commute and I had such a wonderful experience. Even though it was busy the lady on the till was friendly, smiley and made the transaction a great one. Plus the communication between her and the birista even though it was busy was great. Not to mention it was a fabulous hot chocolate and sausage roll, which helped me forgot my train troubles. Amazing costumer service and hot chocolate

I love this Costa. The staff are always very pleasant and enthusiastic. They also understand that at a train station you need a quick service.

Best Costa I have ever been to. Super charismatic and professional staff, fast through and through, food always fresh in neat displays, coffee made quickly in perfect fashion. Costa headquarters, note this gem of yours!!!

This is a kiosk very convenient because you can grab drinks hot or cold,sandwich just on your way to get the trains. Unfortunately it’s not much options but still very useful. Of course picking times are busy and requires time to wait.But the staff are super! The quality is good,because it is a kiosk isn’t place to sit but it’s ok , all the area very tidy Really good to grab something quick.

The coffee is boring. I got a leaky takeaway cup the first time and considered it just to be bad luck. The second time it happened I was slightly agitated since I dripped coffee over my shirt and trousers. The third time in a row made it for me. Not going back there.

What do you expect it's a normal costa.
