Came way before closing and they didn’t wanna serve us

We have eaten at Tapa Brindisa in Soho a few times and has been outstanding, both service and food, so we decided to try the London Bridge for a small family get together over Xmas. Mid-afternoon on a Sunday and were shown straight to a table. The bench seating along the back wall was uncomfortable and the restaurant was a bit chilly to be comfortable (it struck me as odd that the staff were all wearing gilets). The service was rushed to the point that we were asked if we wanted to order some food as we were seated, which we didn't, we wanted to order some wine and water and look at the menu first. The wine came promptly but we had to ask three times for the water and eventually had a carafe delivered to the table, then another, and nearly a third but the waitress realised just before getting to us that we already had some! There didn't seem to be any organisation as to who was serving us as we were approached by a couple of different members of staff about ordering and finding ourselves repeating what we had just told the other member of staff. The food was excellent, came out quickly, as we had hoped and helped to make up for the chaotic start but don't think we would go back to this one again in a hurry and back to Soho next time - a more comfortable and relaxed vibe.

I was at this place on 12/31 to have dinner with my sister and niece who came from Portugal, I was surprised after we drank wine and had dinner, we were finishing the wine when the manager asked us to leave the place because he needed the table, and there was a couple at the next table longer than us and they didn't ask them to leave, I do not recommend this location

We were here twice, the service was perfect, attentive and helpful 👌🏻 the food was great, for me it was oversalted, but some people like it that way... Just the wine a little more expensive than elsewhere. Otherwise great :)

food is worse than the one in soho. All the food is super salty. Sourdough bread tastes like rubber - don’t even know how long have they left the bread for. Music is super loud compared to the one in soho. The atmosphere is just loud in general. The toilet is the WORST toilet I have ever used in London. Can’t imagine Brindisa would have such disgusting toilet. You can smell the urine the minute you walk in to the toilet and inside is really messy. Just go the one in soho not the London Bridge one. Really disappointed. Probably is opened to scam tourist

The Tapas Brindisa on London Bridge offers an excellent selection of tapas that taste great. The service is quick and attentive, and the quality of the food leaves nothing to be desired. However, the prices are quite high, so in our opinion the price-performance ratio is not entirely consistent.

Food was great but once I asked to take off service charge the waitress gave me my change in 10p denomination on purpose

We came here with 3 adults and 2 under 1's, staff were super accommodating and friendly from start of our table waiting until we left - they really went out of the way to make us feel welcome and no request was an issue. Food was lovely and atmosphere felt really authentic.

I am well aware times have changed and Brindisa is not what it used to be, the food is still delicious, and there is where the positives ends, the waiting staff have interrupted our conversations countless times in the 2 hour catch up that I have with 2 of my dearest people with whom I have not shared a meal in a long time. We used to get together at Brindisa for many years and we were all more than happy to have conversations with the staff back then. Today we were basically rushed the entire time, when we ordered the pork belly the waiter decided it was “too fat” for us and that we would prefer the solomillo wellington instead, if you know of Spanish food or any food at all you’d know those are very different dishes, he “suggested” that dish not once but three times, of course we ended up not having either, so nobody won, shame. As I mentioned the food was delicious, but the prices and the lack of attention (please don’t ask me if I’m finished when I’m speaking and my friends are still eating, that’s just manners at their basics, guys) are not going to make me come back. Every glass and plate was almost removed just before being completely empty, and also there’s the universal cutlery code for “I’m finished”, if you and you’re boss don’t know it I’m sure you can google it) the bill was produced in front of us without request, and when I tried to pay I was rushed back onto my table making it really awkward for my guests and myself to witness. When we were getting ready to leave, the waiter was desperately standing next to my elderly friend who was taking her time to pick up her stuff. I said “you can certainly give us another minute” to which he replied through his teeth “yes of course” without moving a centimetre away. Awkward. Again. Manners. Again. Brindisa is no longer the pleasant chilled Spanish experience it used to be. Oh well, another reason to stay in, spend less, cook more and entertain friends the way they deserve: at home.

I ordered a small ham and in the end they charged me for a large ham and even insisted that it was the large one when I was looking at a larger one and there were only two size options lack of honesty

Very warm welcome with a good table and a lovely atmosphere with good service. Food far below standard of Barrafina. Spanish omelette served warm and was too oily with an unpleasant sauce. Patatas Bravas. covered in salt. Ham croquettes average. Non alcoholic cocktails overpriced. Kitchen need to check on what is coming out.

Hello!! Good night. Two weeks ago we were eating at this restaurant, everything was great and the waiters were great. We wanted to thank Andreu for everything. The prices are a bit high compared to other restaurants and with Spain.

Tapas Brindisa at London Bridge is a fantastic spot for amazing Spanish food with exceptional service. We started with the tomato bruschetta, olives, and potatoes as appetizers. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I do wish the bruschetta was warm, but I believe it’s traditionally served cool. Either way, it was delicious! For our main dish, we shared the lamb shoulder (I can’t recall the exact name from the menu), and let me tell you—it was one of the best meats I’ve ever had in my life. Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, it was truly unforgettable. If you go, don’t miss the lamb shoulder—it’s an absolute must-try! The highlight of our experience was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed, our waiter. He was extremely attentive and recommended the best dishes for us to try. He also suggested a fresh lemonade, and I’m so glad I went with his advice—it was out of this world! I highly recommend Tapas Brindisa. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Brindisa has excellent food and excellent waiters. A tad overpriced though. I highly recommend Arroz Negro and Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil Croquettes.

Fantastic meal here as a pivot from Borough Market when we realized that it wasn’t open on Monday. Excellent tapas and our server Andres was great!

We ate here on a Saturday evening. Service behind the bar was superb, a lovely lady talked me through a few wines to choose from. As is standard, we had to wait about 45 minutes for a table. We were given a table for 2 (we were a group of 3), so it was a tight squeeze but we let it go, and when the two ladies next to us finished up, we asked if we could add their table on to ours to make it a bit bigger. Food was very good, although the squid ink risotto was a bit disappointing. We were just about to order desserts and another bottle of wine, when we were told by the manager that we had exceeded our time limit and needed to settle up. Nobody had mentioned this when we sat down. We explained that we wanted to order more, but this fell on deaf ears. We paid and went next door to Bedales where we had much better service. We spent just shy of £300 and would have spent more, were it not for being pushed out. Won’t be back.

Extremely disappointing-spoit a birthday evening! Very overpriced for quality which was quite basic, had to sit outside on uneaven paving in the cold because our promised table inside was given away-twice. Waiter did his best but manager lost control of busy and very tiny venue. Much better tapas places in London-not recommended.

Good food but big door wide open. In winter, it is eating in a fridge... Will not come back in autumn or winter. I said it was very cold to the management but it seems it was my problem.... People were keeping their coats and it was ~10C+ degrees that day... It is far from a restaurant feeling...if you want to be indoors but have the feeling to eat outside, it is the place to be...

Dishes outrageously expensive ! Not recommended at all

We ate there this afternoon, after visiting the Borought Market. The truth is that it has been a total success. We tried the acorn-fed ham and the garlic prawns that the waiter recommended and the truth is that they were spectacular. Furthermore, the service has been very good, specifically I highlight Andrés, who was very attentive and friendly to us. It all adds up and of course, we will repeat on our next trip to London.

I went last Monday and the place was lovely and the service from Andre's was amazing, he recommended the pluma iberica and was the best choice.

I loved the restaurant but I think it was a little expensive for the amount of food. Andrés attended to us and was incredibly kind to us! Always attentive and friendly, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We had a wonderful time at Brindisa, we came at a busy hour and they were able to fit us in within 10mins! Valeria our server was fantastic, she was very considerate about my friends dietary requests. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was suitable for her needs. Food was delicious, they had outdoor heating on and the atmosphere was lovely.

Yesterday we went to the restaurant and we left delighted. The food was very good. As it was the first time we went, we were guided by the recommendations of Andres, who served us, which were the mushroom croquettes and the cheesecake. We are also very happy with his treatment, very welcoming and receptive to questions as it was our first time there. We will not hesitate to return the next time we visit London.

Stumbled across this quaint tapas restaurant, while walking through the busy streets around Borough Market . Food was absolutely divine, everything you want in a traditional tapas restaurant!!! Our server was Louis he was brilliant informative and full of passion. Quite reasonable prices for London. The highlight for me was the potato Bravas and the Hosp cabbage, unreal and the ham and cheese croquettes were to die for. Give them a go for all your tapas needs!!

Nice place for food, thought the effort made with the addition of black truffle was a bit ridiculous, made it seem as if they had the ingredient kept under lock and key and only brought it out on very special occasions, overhyped nonsense. But otherwise the food was very nice, staff were friendly although seemingly somewhat micro managed.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. The staff provided impeccable service and checked on us every few minutes. We had the peppers with cheese, octopus, and grilled broccoli and cauliflower dishes. All were fantastic. We finished the mezcal cocktail too quickly because it was so good and refreshing. We then switched to a jug of red Sangria which was very well balanced and not too sweet. I highly recommend and will come back again

We visited TAPAS Brindisia and had the best Spanish food in London. The vibe was fantastic. Our servers Cristina and luis gave excellent service. All of her food recommendations were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend everyone to visit Tapas Brindisia atleast once!

We had a really wonderful meal at Brindisa last night. It’s one of our favourite spots and it’s been a while since we last visited but absolutely as good as ever, if not better. Kyle looked after us so well - just the right amount of attention without being at all intrusive. Good recommendations for the wine and he let me taste a couple before I decided which to order. The special lamb chops with red peppers were out of this world! The cheesecake with tomato jam was unusual but very delicious. The atmosphere was buzzing as ever, and we lucked out to get a table almost immediately but we were prepared to wait.

Located in the heart of the Borough Market, Brindisa tapas are really good. We ordered about 3 per person and they come out as they are ready. Ruth was our server and she was excellent - attentive and responsive. We sat outdoors at the covered tables.

Went for a late lunch while browsing Borough Market. So glad we held out until we found Tapas Brindisa. We tried 4 dishes - the cauliflower (wow!), fried cheese with light honey (hell yes!), the chicken thighs (reallllllly good) and the hake (special - extremely good). Great ambiance. Solid hard working staff. Appropriately priced.

The place was busy and the food served was ok but, not as fanciful as the very expensive pricing. It is tapas so don't expect to see very much on each plate, probably the smallest and most expensive portion of octopus I've ever had anywhere, tasty though.

A bit crowded but such good simple tapas. Our server Ruth was really nice and made sure we have plenty of space on our small table. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.

I was there with a friend after visiting Tate exhibitions. We were served by a lovely young woman - Ruth - who was very patient with my friend who was a bit indecive re. her order. And although I did enjoy the food, the setting outdoors was too noisy for me to conduct a conversation (traffic noisewas rather overpowering) 1 remark: to add "discretionary service" @ 13.5% automatically and not leave it to the customer's discretion I cannot condone. I would've gladly tipped the lovely Ruth but not when the restaurant takes the initiative to add it themselves. Rude habit!

My first visit to any of the Tapas Brindisa chain and I was mildly disappointed with the food value in comparison with other tapas groups in London. This was a family birthday celebration lunch so the alcohol intake was limited to a few Estrella Galicia draughts but the overall cost for 3 with 13.5% gratuity added was a whopping £199.76. Some plates were particularly expensive such as the Jamon Iberico de Bellota at £24 for a few thin slices and the 250g Txuleta Rubia Galicia bone-in beef at £30.00. This had too much inedible fat and the meat, whilst served medium rare as requested was not tender. Croquetas de jamon (£8.50), Pimientos de Padron (£6.50), Tortilla Espanola (£7.50) and Ensalada Ruso (£13.50) were all tasty and well served without any being outstanding. I find that the ordinary Pan con Tomate (£6.50) is a bell weather dish for a Spanish restaurant. Very few do it really well and Brindisa, sadly was no exception. Bread not crunchy and the pulp too wet meant a fail for this classic. Overall, poor value for money.

Wandering around borough Market and wanted to try something new for lunch and this was the place! Super friendly service From arrival and the food was incredible! The potato's with eggs and sausage (sorry cannot recall the dish name) was incredible so flavourful and the prawns were incredible! Looking forward to my next visit! Cristina looked after me and she was so friendly even while having a lot of tables!

Not sure what has happened here but my favourite Tapas restaurant has gone severely down hill. We ordered a few items and the waiter tried to take all the menu's, even when challenged he only wanted to leave one and I had to axtually insist he leave two, one each for my wife and me. Attentiveness was bearable with staff chatting and people watching at times. Thankfully the kitchen was generally still on top but, one of my favourite luxuries, Pata negra was beyond awful. The first plate had been cut so long ago it was all curled up and had to be returned. The replacememt plate appeared freshly cut but was such a bright red colour and poor flavour I doubt the pig had ever seen an acorn let alone eaten one. I will probably give it another try, as I have had such good evenings there before, but for a meal costing just short of £160 excluding alcohol I expect a lot better.

Food good, albeit fairly pricey for what it was! But biggest gripe was how rushed the experience was! Finished our food and decided to buy another drink, £30 for the two! About two sips into our drink we were told ‘we need the table’ and to ‘drink up’! The funny thing is we had been there less than one hour and arrived after the table next to us, but they weren’t getting the same pressure! I had big a fan of Brindisa in the past and have visited on many occasions, but I won’t be back!

This wasnt great at all, Padrons were old and bitter, Prawns were overcooked and over salted. Chorizo in wine was bulky and not very flavoursome. Staff were very good.

I came this afternoon with my partner and we had a lovely date thanks to Cristina and Pablo who served us. Also, we went to the bar and asked for cocktail recommendations and Kyle made the best drinks we ever could ask for, for not talking how great Josh host us in the entrance. We really had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back to Brindisa. I 100% recommend this place if you want to spend a lovely time with your friends, partner and family!

Luis was a very friendly host. The service was very good, the food as typical as it can be and the taste awesome. We are coming back to London in spring 2025 and will definitely visit again.

I went for a few drinks in the restaurant and was given amazing service at the bar from Karan and Kyle who were a joy to be around and got me leaving with a smile. I then went to the same branch at borough market on a different day and was blown away by the service from Elisa and Luis who were very kind and attentive. Both places have a great selection of drinks and the tapas food is like no other Spanish restaurant in the world. I would more than recommend for anyone to come and try out this Brindisa branch!
