Tandoori Nights in East Riding of Yorkshire

Tandoori Nights in my opinion is the best Indian Restaurant in Bridlington. They pay great attention to detail, eg they warm the plates, the staff are very friendly and eager to please, it’s a pleasant atmosphere, spotlessly clean….and the food is top notch and reasonably priced.

Wow....another perfect meal full of delicious flavours and amazing dishes.The food is always consistent and perfectly cooked .Love this place.Unbeatable food and value for money.Looking forward to our next visit....Christine.

Had a take out meal delivered and WOW WOW WOW, everything was amazing the staters perfect hot and delicious and the curries perfect hot and delicious, they forgot the garlic naan but with a quick phone call this was rectified in record time. This curry house is outstanding and we will most certainly be ordering again yum yum yum 😀

We found this restaurant between the station and the old town. It looked a little like a takeaway on entry but the eat in service and food was delicious. I asked if one meal could be made vegetarian and they did this no problem and it was delicious. The restaurant does not have a drinks licence but it is OK to bring you own.

After reading the reviews we chose Tandoori Nights for our first takeaway since moving to Bridlington.Family members who "love a good curry" were visiting. The ordering process was easy and the meal was ready for collection at the promised time.The staff were friendly and efficient. The quality of every dish was excellent; the main dishes were well spiced and full of flavour (my Chicken Tikka Dhansak was probably the best I have ever tasted), the popadoms, rice and naans were exceptional too. None of us could find a single fault. The restaurant size is small so I would recommend booking if eating in and remember to take your own alcohol with you. We will be regular customers if the quality of this meal is the standard.

Every time I have come and tried a different curry and each one has been delicious. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times now. Let's start with the downsides.... It lacks ambience and has a cafe feel. If they allow both doors to be used, it is cold and draughty in winter. However after shutting one it is much better. There are no other downsides. Upsides... Bring your own alcohol, they serve soft drinks. You can drink what you prefer at your chosen prices when you bring your own. Perfect. The staff are nice, if a little reserved. Now the biggie... Their food is the best in Bridlington, in fact the best I have tasted in my many years of eating curry. As someone said the sundries are typical, although I love their crispy, bubbly naans, with a hint of burnt at the edges Gorgeous. Rice is lovely and soft and clean. Chips are chips. But the curries are EXCEPTIONAL! So tasty,spicy, without silly hotness and with a lovely afterburn. But so clean and non oily. I always have lamb and it is perfect, soft and lean. I honestly dream about their curries and have worked through the menu of dark sauce ones. Naga, Resala, Madras, Garlic Chilli, Desi Handi Bhuna and Bombay Jhol. All delicious..... Go and make your own mind up.

Since buying a caravan in Brid I’ve been trying out the local Indian takeaway’s . Now my search is over Tandoori Nights main courses are outstanding. The starters are ok , nothing special, same with the rice and breads all pretty standard. It’s the quality of the main courses that stand out, great portions , fantastic taste and good quality meat. The star of the show is the Lamb Desi Bhuna , so good I actually take some back home 👍

We ordered a takeaway last night 22nd October, It was fantastic arrived promptly within the hour, was piping hot and absolutely delicious!! I had the signature dish and it did not disappoint, full of flavour and very generous portions, I have been looking for a really good Indian Restaurant in Bridlington for ages and now have found it I would wholeheartedly recommend this Restaurant and will definitely be back

Second time here, and second time perfect. Good service, great food, well priced. This is now our go to Indian restaurant.

Omgoodness the best indian restaurant in Bridlington and we have tried them all now ....You can take your own alcohol as well...the food was amazing,the service was amazing as well, really lovely guys ...we will definitely 100% be back again ...highly recommend

After reading the reviews we decided to have our first visit. We were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and warm. The staff were very attentive and the food was served quickly. Everything was hot, flavoursome and well cooked. I would highly recommend the lamb shank bhuna and the Desi handing bhuna which is an authentic Indian meal. See you again soon.

New restaurant with clean premises. Service was efficient and the food was delicious and not too greasy. Not too expensive so value for money. Would recommend it.

Just had the Desi handi bhuna chicken which is made for the staff with special rice and two poppadoms which were light and crispy, i have got to say it was absolutely delicious and tasty can't wait to go when family is here 😋😋😋😋

Think this recently expanded to offer eat in. Excellent, simple as that. The popodums arrived so quickly we expected cold soggy ones that had been sat in the side - absolute opposite. They were hit super crispy and very tasty, possibly the best I have had. All four mains were delicious and a tasty lamb shank for under £10, awesome. It's a bring your own place so if you fancy a tipple, it helps keep the costs down further. 6 popadums, 2 starters, 4 mains, 3 nans and 2 cans of coke -£54. It's going to become a regular haunt for us

Booked a table with friends for my birthday, they were quick in serving us but the waiter wasn't very friendly. He told us that our bill was £5 short even though we checked the cash 3 times, he also wanted to hurry us out, told us to be quick because he needed the table, even though the place was half empty! The food wasn't anything special and I ended up being poorly for 3 days after. Fair to say, I won't be returning!!!

This place is well worth a visit for authentic Indian food. Onion bhajis and lamb tikka starters were good, as were the curries… Garlic chilli chicken in particular. Quick service and take your own alcohol are other positives that make up for the feeling your in a cafe but separate entrance for takeaway is a good idea as very busy. If booking ahead I would avoid table 3 as it’s very close to the entrance door which could be annoying.

Very tasty food, not too expensive. I visited early evening on a Saturday, I had not booked but they were able to fit me in. Will definitely re-visit when next in Brid.

Absolutely love this restaurant the food is always amazing, we have been a few times and we try something different every time and we have never been disappointed, staff are alway pleased to see you

Lovely clean little place, staff friendly food is amazing and very good value for money. If you visit Bridlington then go try for yourself this is a gem of a place
